The hotel was extremely overpriced for what it was. Very dated, no towels at the pool. Hot tub wasn’t very hot. Staff wouldn’t stand up to check us out just sat in back office and said “leave key on desk”. Would not stay here again. Definitely not worth the money.

Stayed here 2 nights with my teenage son’s team for a tournament. This was perfect for us. It was clean, attractive, comfortable and very convenient to Hartford area colleges. Parents appreciated the friendly staff, modern decor & gathering spots in the lobby and patio, comfy beds, mini-fridge, soft towels & nearby restaurants. The teenage athletes appreciated the pool, hot tub & waffle bar.

This was a very comfortable hotel. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition as was the laundry facility we used. The room was clean, the breakfast was decent, and overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

My daughters had a softball tournament over the weekend so I booked this location specifically for the hot tub to help them recover after their games, and for the games to follow the next day. The hot tub was cold (heater wasn’t working) and I was told “they didn’t have an ETA as to when it would be fixed”. We stayed Friday-Monday and it was not fixed when we left. The price was higher than average but the hot tub amenity was worth it for my girls. I did explain this all to the hotel representatives and being a Hilton Honors member, the agent checking in with me via text, but nothing more than an “apology for the inconvenience” was done. Thoroughly disappointing customer service, in that regard. Also, washer/dryer on site, quarters only, and the hotel would only accept cash if you needed quarters. No ATM on site. I had to drive to find an ATM and take out cash so I could purchase a roll of quarters from them. First time I’ve had to pay for this amenity at a hotel, and what an inconvenience to do so. The Front Desk staff (Jaden in particular) was polite and courteous though, and actually was the highlight of our stay at this location. The breakfast was also good, my girls enjoyed the waffle maker.

This is our go to hotel when visiting family. The kids love the pool and gym, and we all enjoy the breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly and helpful. For example we ordered subs for dinner to eat in breakfast area, and staff brought over plates/utensils for us to use. This time the bedding had some clearly fresh blood stains (likely from person making the bed given color and size) We didn’t notice until turning the bed down the first night. Room was warm so we didn’t use the comforter that night. In the morning I requested they be changed and explained why at the front desk. The next night the same comforter was on the bed; blood less bright but same locations. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean room, night manager was excellent when we checked in late. Only strange thing is the maid didn't clean our room when we left for the day. She did put the "Do not disturb sign" to make it look like there was a reason it wasn't clean.

Got here Thursday Friday, went to breakfast and was all cold, told the desk and they said they would tell them. Saturday… had to ask for room service and they came late day when we were getting ready for a function told them to come back . And they asked if I wanted room service. Really, I asked for it. housekeeping came and didn’t fill cups, creamers, bag for ice bucket, and one roll of toilet paper holder on top of wrapped toilet paper on toilet… Saturday, breakfast cold again. Sunday. 930 am. Stopped at desk to get extended night and girl asked if we wanted room service, said yes. Went to room and talked to cleaners. They said I was not on list but will take care of it. Got back at 330 pm and room not done. Went to desk and all mgr said well they have 21 rooms…and will get housekeeping in there and do I still want it …I realize they have a lot of rooms but they should have done mine before rooms not being used. I gave a total of 25 dollars so far tip for nothing!!! ◦

Check in was easy. Pool was accessible late in the evening and early in the morning. Standard free breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. We were on the first floor and the only downside was noise from people walking any but that ended by 10PM.

Great stay. The rooms were clean and in very nice condition. We did have a door lock run out of battery once but the staff were helpful and got it fixed quickly. Would recommend this place.

Our room was clean with plenty of space, it was decently quiet at night even though we were there on a Sat evening, and the air conditioning worked well. I just didn’t like the comfort of the bed, too firm and springy for my taste. Breakfast had decent options such as fruit, bagels/toast, fresh waffles, oatmeal, premade omelets, and sausage patties. There was also a variety of juices, tea, and reg/decaf coffee. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would come back again!

Everything about this hotel was great including the breakfast. The only thing I was disappointed in was the bed. The mattress was not as good as I would have expected. It sagged in the middle and I found myself rolling into it. The sheets were paper thin and you could honestly see right through them.

I am currently at the hotel, and I must say that my stay has been excellent. Matthew was very accommodating my first day by arranging an early check-in. The room is very clean. Beds are comfortable. The noise has been very minimal. Hot breakfast is served. Each day had a different style of eggs and breakfast meat. The only issue I had was that the hot water in the shower is cold in the mornings, but that is pretty typical with many people staying at any hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future. minimal.

I appreciated the fact that they had a laundry room. We were placed right around the corner which was heaven sent. Got quarters from the front desk. Thank you. Kathie was especially helpful with check in but really made went the extra mile when I asked for milk for my toddler who would not go to sleep unless he had a glass of milk. So very thankful.

The digital check in does not work. We did the digital check in on the app and were still asked to visit the front desk for ID. Then the front desk asked for a credit card for the room incidentals when I already inputed this information in the app. Frustrating! The digital key never worked but the check out did. The bed was really firm and low to the ground since they gave us a handicapp accessible room. We always stay here but dissapointed about the bed and breakfast.

The digital check in does not work. We did the digital check in on the app and were still asked to visit the front desk for ID. Then the front desk asked for a credit card for the room incidentals when I already inputed this information in the app. Frustrating! The digital key never worked but the check out did. I have stayed 9 nights at this property over 2 visits. It is clean and a good value. The breakfast is decent. You need a car if you want to eat a meal nearby. It is not walkable. Some staff pretty nice. One or two are not hospitality savvy. Overall a pretty good experience but you need a car or you will spend a ton on car service.

Great stay. The rooms were clean and in very nice condition. We did have a door lock run out of battery once but the staff were helpful and got it fixed quickly. Would recommend this place.

Stayed here 2 nights with my teenage son’s team for a tournament. This was perfect for us. It was clean, attractive, comfortable and very convenient to Hartford area colleges. Parents appreciated the friendly staff, modern decor & gathering spots in the lobby and patio, comfy beds, mini-fridge, soft towels & nearby restaurants. The teenage athletes appreciated the pool, hot tub & waffle bar.

Nice spacious room, comfortable bed and bathroom. The breakfast was varied but the oatmeal had a gunny consistency. More pastry choices would be good. The wifi was not working when I arrived but the issue was fixed quickly. Quiet area, not a lot going on nearby.

Excellent stay, loved the room, staff, cleanliness, location, pool area and easy parking. Breakfast was not up to par with the rest of the property in my view. I would recommend more hot and cold options and of higher quality. Complimentary coffee and tea all day was great!

Biggest issue was the entrance is 299 not 301 and not lite up. (As we arrived in the rain and dark.) This looks like a new house group and there is where you have to turn to get into 301. Maybe our gps is out of date. But very beautiful place. Super clean, great breakfast choices. They had hot coffee available when we arrived. Much needed.

Charming unit of Hampton Inn few minutes away from Hartford. Very well maintained, with lovely staff, good breakfast and free parking. Spacious room, clean, quiet, and good amenities. They also have self-operated washer and dryer, definitely a plus! Highly recommended.

I am currently at the hotel, and I must say that my stay has been excellent. Matthew was very accommodating my first day by arranging an early check-in. The room is very clean. Beds are comfortable. The noise has been very minimal. Hot breakfast is served. Each day had a different style of eggs and breakfast meat. The only issue I had was that the hot water in the shower is cold in the mornings, but that is pretty typical with many people staying at any hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future. minimal.

Our room was clean with plenty of space, it was decently quiet at night even though we were there on a Sat evening, and the air conditioning worked well. I just didn’t like the comfort of the bed, too firm and springy for my taste. Breakfast had decent options such as fruit, bagels/toast, fresh waffles, oatmeal, premade omelets, and sausage patties. There was also a variety of juices, tea, and reg/decaf coffee. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would come back again!

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Lots of parking. The breakfast was great. There was a coffee bar available 24-7. We will be back.

My daughters had a softball tournament over the weekend so I booked this location specifically for the hot tub to help them recover after their games, and for the games to follow the next day. The hot tub was cold (heater wasn’t working) and I was told “they didn’t have an ETA as to when it would be fixed”. We stayed Friday-Monday and it was not fixed when we left. The price was higher than average but the hot tub amenity was worth it for my girls. I did explain this all to the hotel representatives and being a Hilton Honors member, the agent checking in with me via text, but nothing more than an “apology for the inconvenience” was done. Thoroughly disappointing customer service, in that regard. Also, washer/dryer on site, quarters only, and the hotel would only accept cash if you needed quarters. No ATM on site. I had to drive to find an ATM and take out cash so I could purchase a roll of quarters from them. First time I’ve had to pay for this amenity at a hotel, and what an inconvenience to do so. The Front Desk staff (Jaden in particular) was polite and courteous though, and actually was the highlight of our stay at this location. The breakfast was also good, my girls enjoyed the waffle maker.

Got here Thursday Friday, went to breakfast and was all cold, told the desk and they said they would tell them. Saturday… had to ask for room service and they came late day when we were getting ready for a function told them to come back . And they asked if I wanted room service. Really, I asked for it. housekeeping came and didn’t fill cups, creamers, bag for ice bucket, and one roll of toilet paper holder on top of wrapped toilet paper on toilet… Saturday, breakfast cold again. Sunday. 930 am. Stopped at desk to get extended night and girl asked if we wanted room service, said yes. Went to room and talked to cleaners. They said I was not on list but will take care of it. Got back at 330 pm and room not done. Went to desk and all mgr said well they have 21 rooms…and will get housekeeping in there and do I still want it …I realize they have a lot of rooms but they should have done mine before rooms not being used. I gave a total of 25 dollars so far tip for nothing!!! ◦

From the greeting at the front desk through checkout, this was a wonderful hotel. The pool area was particularly well designed. (I'm SO tired of hotels where you have to walk through the lobby in your bathing suit.) At this Hampton Inn, the pool and gym are tucked away in a short hallway just feet from the elevator. There are bathrooms next to the their entrance, so you have the option of changing there. There is both a pool and a hot tub in the pool area. The steps into the pool are nice and shallow. There is also a working clock in the room, which helps immensely if you are trying to squeeze in a swim before checkout! Beds are comfy. The rooms come with a coffee maker, and while there's no tea maker --and your tea is likely to taste bad if you use the coffee maker for it-- you can go down to the lobby for tea 24/7. Breakfast was nice with a good variety.
