Well...if you just need a place to "lay" your head...it was OK. Newer mattress & better updated bathroom area is needed. The office was a window you stood outside of and spoke through it via microphone. Not real good business practice in my eyes. For the price of the room...simply needs to be better. Thanks!

It was ok. We basically slept there. The bed was comfy but they did not provide shampoo, hair dryer. The towels were small and very thin. They did provide a small microwave a d refrigerator. There were no bugs but the outside stairs needed to be power washed. Will not stay there again

Hotel was clean, although somewhat rundown & it did have a refrigerator and microwave although it would’ve been nice not to have to go to the office to ask for a remote control for the television, would’ve called the office unfortunately the telephone in the room was a dummy telephone that didn’t walk. There was quite a bit of traffic noise and the daycare right next door to the hotel was quite noisy in the morning. The location was extremely convenient for our plans for the evening. Having said that I’m grateful we didn’t have to stay a second night

I just wanted to let you know that this isn't a place to stay. Old run-down motel in an unsafe area. Check-in outside through a security window, ring the bell and someone appears and asks to pass your driver's license in an opening at the bottom of the window.

I was highly impressed with east lake inn. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The room was newly renovated and clean. Plenty of outlets and usb ports. Great location being a mile from hard rock casino and right off the free way, Room looks just like the pictures.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and it had been remodeled. It was clean and comfortable. A fridge was in the room. I didn't like that there was no coffee or coffee pot provided. It was a comfortable stay for 1 night but don't expect the Hilton.

It was planned to just be 1 sleep, from flight to leaving town. But Flight was late. We were there for 6 hours only. Don't remember much except we had no complaints. And they were kind enough to answer promptly when we buzzed in at 4:40 a.m. and they called at 10:55 for our 11:00 am checkout.

This stay was all about convenance. The room was clean and close to the Mid Florida Amphitheater. If you want extra frills, it's probably not for you but the doors locked, and it was a decent rate for a night's sleep.

I wasnt impressed... The room was just decent, but disappointed that not even a coffee pot, nor coffee was available anywhere. The location was good for our purpose, but wouldn't spend more than 1 night there.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and it had been remodeled. It was clean and comfortable. A fridge was in the room. I didn't like that there was no coffee or coffee pot provided. It was a comfortable stay for 1 night but don't expect the Hilton.

I can say with all honesty the staff was nice of what we saw and the place was clean. Other than that I have nothing else positive to say. It was just a bed to sleep in and a shower to wash off. Rooms have no coffee pots and no snack vending machines. Rooms also didn't have shampoo or conditioner and no iron or hangers. So all I can say is if you're a person that wants coffee in the morning this is not the place to go unless you bring your own coffee pot. And if you like munchies bring your own because there's nothing there. We stayed there because it was close to the hard Rock Cafe but if I had known ahead of time I would have never had booked this place.

Very old, bad damp smell inside the room. No gas stations or restaurants within walking distance. We left a day early and moved to a different hotel and lost the second night’s rent, which I was just glad to find a cleaner place.

This is a very low quality motel. The windows in room did not lock, the doors were not secure and the chair was not even tall enough to shove under the door handle. The first thing you sign is a “no refund” paper before you get to even see the room, that should have been a clear sign of what was to come.
