It was a beautiful place and so convenient and close to every place we wanted to go to and shop, And the staff were so nice and welcoming and very helpful. Definitely would recommend staying there. We plan on going back next summer for our vacation.

Not ocean front or even ocean view, it’s across the street. Pretty outdated overall. Check in is MILES away from the property. No towel exchange, charges for it. They basically ask you to clean the whole thing in your own before you leave with instructions to put all dirty towels in the kitchen, remove all the trash and bring it down to a dumpster instead of bagging and leaving outside the door like most places. No beach towels provided. Beds were not comfortable. Small pool barely any chairs around it, the lay out chairs were broken/torn. Would not stay here again for the price.

Walls & ceiling are incredibly thin. We were on the first floor and steps above us all thud and floorboards creak excessively in spots. I'm not light sleeper and it was enough to be a deal breaker for me in the future. The room itself was great, furnishings were all nice and everything was clean. Parking is definitely tight, but manageable for a standard SUV. The price we paid was the saving grace, it may be worth it for some or if you can overlook the noise.

Hotels.com failed to send our reservation to the condo company and after driving 10 hours, we were in the office with no place to stay when we got there. The agent was very gracious and was able to find another unit for us and saved our vacation. The condo was very nice and clean and a short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and all appliances in good condition. Not sure if I would use a travel site again, but would definitely stay there again.
