2. Location: The Hideout Hiraeth is located about 8 km or approximately 25-minutes' drive from the Manali Mall Road, on Manali-Jagatsukh-Naggar route, just about 150 metres from the road. Please refer to online maps or contact us in case you face any problem locating us.
3. Check-in time: After 12:00 NOON
Check-out time: Before 10: 00 AM
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability, and are ONLY allowed at an extra charge. Feel free to contact us to know more about this.
4. Check-in formalities: Full payment of the accommodation price at the property at the time of check-in.
Check-out formalities: Full and final payment at the property before leaving the premise of The Hideout Hiraeth.
5. Prepayments for Booking Confirmation and Taxes: (a.) If the total booking price is equal to or less than ₹500, you will be required to make a complete prepayment of the total booking amount. Your booking will ONLY be confirmed only after you make 100% prepayment to the property within 4 hours of making the booking on Hostelworld.com. The property team will contact you regarding 100% prepayment on the contact number provided by you while making the booking on Hostelworld.com
(b). If the total booking price is greater than ₹500, you will be required to make a prepayment of 50% of the total booking amount. Your booking will ONLY be confirmed only after you make the 50% prepayment to the property within 4 hours of making the booking on Hostelworld.com. The property team will contact you regarding this prepayment on the contact number provided by you while making the booking on Hostelworld.com.
Failure to fulfill the formalities of prepayment as mentioned above in 5.(a) and 5.(b) will result in an unconfirmed booking, and your accommodation will be opened for other Confirmed Bookings. This would mean that The Hideout Hiraeth would no longer be responsible for your accommodation or booking.
Also, please note that the 5% GST is applicable as per the law of the land. All such taxes are not included in the prices mentioned on the hostelworld.com. Acceptable payment methods:- UPI transfers, online bank transfers, and cash. Indian customers who wish to make payments using their credit/debit cards, depending on the type of card they choose to use, will have to bear an additional platform fee ranging between 2%--3%, plus 18% taxes per transaction.
International customers who wish to make payments using their credit/debit cards, depending on the type of card they choose to use, will have to bear an additional platform fee ranging between 1.5%-3.5%, plus 18% taxes per transaction. To know more about this, kindly contact us.

Please note that if the payment formalities are refused/not completed by the guest as mentioned above, The Hideout Hiraeth staff and/or management reserve the absolute right to deny the check-in/check-out and take appropriate action, including raising a complaint with Kullu Manali Hotel Association and/or local police station.
7. Meals at The Hideout Hiraeth range between ₹120-₹430**, depending on what's on the menu. The meals will be prepared and served according to the menu and timings curated by the staff and the management. The same will be displayed on a board near the common area.
**The prices mentioned above exclude the extra cost of special customisations in the meals, items that are not on the The Hideout Hiraeth menu, and the meals prepared on special occasions. Please confirm the availability and price of the customised food items beforehand.
8. Meal timings:
Breakfast: 09:30 AM-11:00 AM
Lunch: 1:30 PM-3:00 PM
Dinner: 8:30 PM-10:00 PM
9. If you wish to have any meal, you will have to inform us well in time. Once you say "Yes" for any meal or place an order for any item, it will not be cancelled because we are against food wastage and we expect the guests to respect the same. Apart from that, whatever you wish to have, let us know in time and we'd love to prepare it for you.
10. If you wish to have something other than what's being prepared for any particular meal, we also offer a la carte menu from which you can choose and order items.
We take the first order at 09:00 AM and the last order at 10:00 PM.
Beyond the aforementioned timings, The Hideout Hiraeth staff/management are not responsible to heat or serve the food.
11. Hookah is NOT ALLOWED anywhere inside the property. If found, the guest will be asked to leave immediately.
12. We don't provide the service of daily bed-making at The Hideout Hiraeth. Linen (bed sheet, pillow cover, towels) is done after an interval of 5 days. Room cleaning (private rooms) is also done after an interval of 5 days.
13. Please do not indulge in asking about the financial/business-related questions about The Hideout Hiraeth. Such questions will be ignored bluntly.
14. The Hideout Hiraeth is located in the middle of apple trees. This could mean that insects, spiders might be present in that area. Though we try to keep the place clean, we cannot guarantee that the place will be 100% free of any such living beings. If this is a non-negotiable, please consider looking for some other stay options.
**Check-ins between December 19 and January 04 for every year:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time
**Check-ins between May 13 and June 30 for every year:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
