위치는 아주 좋습니다. 4인 가족여행으로 왔는데 잠만자고 여행을 하기엔 좋았지만 휴식이나 힐링을 위해서라면 다른호텔을 추천하고싶어요. 도시 한가운데라 위치적으로 아주 좋고 중심지여서 걸어다니거나 트램타기엔 좋았습니다. 저녁에 잘때 시끄러웠답니다. 청소는 매일 깨끗하게 해주었으나 환풍기 먼지가 있고 샤워기가 없어 불편했습니다. 세탁기와 건조기가 있어 편리하고 주방이있어 식사가 가능합니다. 수영장이 있으나 작고 이용하는 사람이 없으며 아파트형 원룸이라고 생각하시면됩니다. 쇼파배드가 있지만 덩치큰남자 한명자기에 적당하며 우리는 싱글베드2개를 신청했지만 결론적으로 말하면 2~3명이 적당합니다.

Hi I had just travelled 6 hours from the bush back to the city for work. I was so tired. So happy when Joseph immediately grabbed my luggage and took me to reception to check me in. Unbelievable kindness. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My room was exceptional, full kitchen, full sized fridge, big bathroom , living area and bedroom and the decor! Two balcony doors. The view is sooo beautiful, there's two tvs one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Washer and dryer in my unit too, which makes its so convenient when you just want to rest. The cleanliness is an 11 out of 10. I love the large lounge in the living area to lounge on. Beautiful furniture! Definitely stay another three nights and the restaurants and so close within walking distance!

The apartment was a good size and had all the facilities in good working order. It was in a convenient position and it has a neat little veranda at the front. The main bed was comfortable but the pull-out bed for our son a little it uncomfortable but okay

주방과 수영장 시설을 갖추고 CBD에 위치한 아파트먼트로는 가성비가 좋은 편이나 꼼꼼한 면까지 청결하지는 않아요. 베딩과 수건 교체는 깔끔하게 잘 해주십니다. 직원분들도 친절해요

A good central location. Very convenient for city, restaurants, etc. The apartment was great, with good bathroom and kitchen areas. The pool on the roof top was good, with one exception - the steps into the pool were broken and couldn't be used. Also, the air conditioning in the main room worked OK for that room, but the air didn't flow into the bedroom. Hence it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping.

The air conditioner did not work properly and needs servicing, as it did not cool the room at all. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on and was also quite noisy during the night. The rooftop pool was poor. The only good thing about this apartment was its central location.….. Would not recommend

The location of the unit is why I chose it - it is within walking distance of Darling Harbour - so a great location. This is probably the only positive of the unit! I knew the unit was an older one, but the condition of the unit was not what I had expected! We didn't stay in the units as advertised in the pictures, but across the road in another building that had Metro owned units - so we didn't actually see the unit until we got the keys. The unit we stayed in had a leaking air conditioning unit and we had to place a saucepan under each of the leaks to try to prevent any damage to the floor. The pans had to be emptied frequently. This was obviously an already known issue as the painting that was supposed to be on the wall under the air conditioning unit was in the wardrobe. This issue was reported to the management. The bathroom was shabby! The tiles in the shower had been painted over and the paint was peeling, the extractor fan didn't work and the paint around it was peeling. The carpet and the rug in the lounge had dirty marks on them, and the carpet in the bedroom was fraying. This unit was booked as a little holiday for my husband and I after suffering a bereavement in the family, and I have to say I was expecting more for the price paid.

The living area was reasonably spacious, and the balcony was reasonably private. The bedroom was separated from the living space. The bathroom was spacious, with a bath, but in desperate need of a deep clean and renovation, as was the entire apartment. The bathroom fan did not work, the paint was falling off the ceiling, and there was mould all through the shower and surrounding walls. There was heavy overnight road works going on at the end of the narrow alley that our balcony overlooked, and the noise and vibrations were horrendous; we were not forewarned that this would occur. There was also renovation happening in the building, but this was sign posted. Reception staff were lovely, but we will not stay here again until renovations are done.

Very poorly cleaned , dirty towlels in dryer ,dirty tissues laying around ,bins were not emptied ,mould in bathroom the best thing was the location to darling harbour and the nice reception fellow that went out of his way to come give us a apology and some fresh towels a bottle of wine and box of chocolates

Great location except fir traffic noise friendly helpful staff room serviced each day which we didn’t expect but the place we stayed in was dirty rundown old ( is next to be renovated a staff member told us but we paid full lprice) the front entrance full of stuff out of a unit being renovated sat there fir 3 days . Carpet was filthy walls dirty balcony disgusting even the lift snd vestibule dirty Very tiny room with bulky furniture so no space when sofa bed out resulting in someone else knocking a hole in the wall prior to our stay just painted over!! Towel was so thin it went into holes. Very disappointing was to be a treat weekend for my cousin from NZ who needed a pick me up Lucky the area is nice or things would have been worse. I could not rate this place anything other than a disgrace

The property is in a great location. It’s definitely a bit run down. The air on didn’t work properly and we asked for a fan. The manager was excellent and went and bought one as they didn’t have any. It was definitely over priced but we were there for the Taylor Swift weekend so everything was overpriced.

As you would expect for the price tag. We had a pleasant stay. This apartment provided great value for the size of the room and the location. So centrally located making it easy to get around the city The only negative is the apartment was just a bit rough due to age, it could use a refresh but it’s liveable

The noise from the street and the music playing venue nearby was LOUD and we were on the 7th floor The windows and doors need double glazing, they were already screwed and taped shut, but it definitely wasn’t enough Great location apart from this.

Hi I had just travelled 6 hours from the bush back to the city for work. I was so tired. So happy when Joseph immediately grabbed my luggage and took me to reception to check me in. Unbelievable kindness. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My room was exceptional, full kitchen, full sized fridge, big bathroom , living area and bedroom and the decor! Two balcony doors. The view is sooo beautiful, there's two tvs one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Washer and dryer in my unit too, which makes its so convenient when you just want to rest. The cleanliness is an 11 out of 10. I love the large lounge in the living area to lounge on. Beautiful furniture! Definitely stay another three nights and the restaurants and so close within walking distance!

Reception was on a call when I was about to check-in. So I waited until the call was done. But Reception proceeded to do another call. So I waited patiently for it to finish as well. Finally it came to my turn. But in the middle of it, the phone rang.\xa0 And I was kept waiting until that call was done too . Reception could place that call on hold politely and finish my check-in first.

The property is in a great location. It’s definitely a bit run down. The air on didn’t work properly and we asked for a fan. The manager was excellent and went and bought one as they didn’t have any. It was definitely over priced but we were there for the Taylor Swift weekend so everything was overpriced.

who we dealt with were kind and extremely helpful Our room was not the cleanest nor modern but had the basics even though our pot to cook in handle was broken, fry pan was of poor quality. On our 3rd day the person who makes bed and empty rubbish left our door open all day, we found this upsetting as all our stuff was inside. We notified desk and they said they reported it but felt like that was the end of it......I think leaving a room door not on its latch pretty poor for the amount of money we paid to not be looked after. After this i felt pretty unsafe and asked the desk to not send anyone over to do beds or bins as trust was gone. No compensation was offered.

Very poorly cleaned , dirty towlels in dryer ,dirty tissues laying around ,bins were not emptied ,mould in bathroom the best thing was the location to darling harbour and the nice reception fellow that went out of his way to come give us a apology and some fresh towels a bottle of wine and box of chocolates

The staff at the hotel were really so accommodating and friendly, let me store my luggage after and early morning flight before check in was possible, put a rush on the check in due to my said early flight, swapped out tv with a brand new one after I mentioned some issues, bedrooms were nicely serviced daily. The location of the accommodation was perfect and central to walk to everything and catch trains to wherever. Loved it.

The location of the unit is why I chose it - it is within walking distance of Darling Harbour - so a great location. This is probably the only positive of the unit! I knew the unit was an older one, but the condition of the unit was not what I had expected! We didn't stay in the units as advertised in the pictures, but across the road in another building that had Metro owned units - so we didn't actually see the unit until we got the keys. The unit we stayed in had a leaking air conditioning unit and we had to place a saucepan under each of the leaks to try to prevent any damage to the floor. The pans had to be emptied frequently. This was obviously an already known issue as the painting that was supposed to be on the wall under the air conditioning unit was in the wardrobe. This issue was reported to the management. The bathroom was shabby! The tiles in the shower had been painted over and the paint was peeling, the extractor fan didn't work and the paint around it was peeling. The carpet and the rug in the lounge had dirty marks on them, and the carpet in the bedroom was fraying. This unit was booked as a little holiday for my husband and I after suffering a bereavement in the family, and I have to say I was expecting more for the price paid.

As you would expect for the price tag. We had a pleasant stay. This apartment provided great value for the size of the room and the location. So centrally located making it easy to get around the city The only negative is the apartment was just a bit rough due to age, it could use a refresh but it’s liveable

A good central location. Very convenient for city, restaurants, etc. The apartment was great, with good bathroom and kitchen areas. The pool on the roof top was good, with one exception - the steps into the pool were broken and couldn't be used. Also, the air conditioning in the main room worked OK for that room, but the air didn't flow into the bedroom. Hence it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping.

Great location, close to Darling Harbour which is main reason for booking. Booked for 2 adults, 2 children - only 2 bath towels in bathroom. Had to go and get more towels from reception which wasted time. Aerial in TV was already damaged hence no signal on TV. For the price you pay, you would expect a TV to be working especially with kids in the room. Phone in room did not work to call reception, liquid stains on telephone which was gross. Level 1 where we stayed had a side alley from the street (King St) which we had the pleasure of being woken up before midnight with a group of loud drunken people outside for at least 40min while they drank, swore, smashed bottles in the alley way.

The air conditioner did not work properly and needs servicing, as it did not cool the room at all. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on and was also quite noisy during the night. The rooftop pool was poor. The only good thing about this apartment was its central location.….. Would not recommend
