Hotel simples, quarto simples, mas funcional, o chuveiro tem uma pressão baixíssima. Café da manhã com poucas opções (como já indicam outros reviews) e sempre igual. Elevadores lentos. A região é bem tranquila, a uma quadra da Av. Santa Fé, com vários restaurantes e lojas na região, a duas quadras do teatro Coliseo e 4 do teatro Colón.
Hotel simples, quarto simples, mas funcional, o chuveiro tem uma pressão baixíssima. Café da manhã com poucas opções (como já indicam outros reviews) e sempre igual. Elevadores lentos. A região é bem tranquila, a uma quadra da Av. Santa Fé, com vários restaurantes e lojas na região, a duas quadras do teatro Coliseo e 4 do teatro Colón.

El hotel es muy lindo,linda pileta climatizada, buen sauna ,el gym con maquinas rotas. La habitacion amplia y comoda,muy linda, el baño con detalles a arreglar. Muy buen restorant ,buen desayuno.

The pictures shown in Hotels.com are old so when you actually get to the hotel it is in pretty poor condition. The shower had mold on it and the curtains were dirty and seems they don’t change or wash the blankets, I tried to use a blanket and it had lots of hairs from the previous gets (nasty)! Also the front desk and the middle age man that was the server at the restaurant at breakfast time they were not polite not welcoming. If you would ask for anything they would get mad and answer back in a condescending way. That is not hospitality. Lastly the elevators don’t work, we had to use the service elevator because both of the guest elevators were out of order.

Nice hotel very well located. Very clean but rooms could be revamped. The elevators are slow and sometimes it takes time to get one. Staff nice and welcoming but check in process could be better. I had to fill in a paper form even when I had already completed everything online. The hotel is dark, no much daylight in any area. The breakfast is nice.

Breakfast was gross. Elevators are slow especially when everyone is checking out at once. I had to wait more than 30 minutes once I left my room to finally get a free elevator and wait in line to check out. The cleaning staff only restocked towels and soap when rhey cleaned the room and the bed was left unmade and disorganized.

There was some problem with the elevators where it stopped and opened its doors at every floor when going down. I was on the 7th floor and needed to go down twice, so this was time-consuming and uncomfortable with multiple guests inside also waiting to reach the lobby, and other guests trying to enter the elevator (which was too full at each floor). In my room, the keycard holder next to the door was loose/not affixed to the wall. Even after I placed my keycard inside, I couldn't turn on the electricity in my room. I managed to shower/prepare for bed using my own flashlight, but I couldn't charge my phone or other devices during my stay. The room itself was about 2-star level. The common areas (reception, breakfast) looked fancier, around 3-star level. The staff and service were very good -- I was able to store my luggage with them after checkout, and I was also able to exchange USD for pesos at a favorable rate without needing to go to an exchange office.

Excelente hotel, possui uma estrutura muito boa. A piscina é aquecida mas a área de musculação é defasada, possui apenas esteira e bicicleta. O quarto é amplo, cama confortável e espaçosa e o café da manhã era bom.

NO corresponde PRECIO-CALIDAD. NO hay personal que ofrezca masajes cuando en la pag. dice que el hotel cuenta con SPA y lo incluye. NO funcionaba bien el ambiente del sector piscina. Hacía mucho Frío. La temperatura del agua era "ambiente" FRÍO NO ofrecen BATAS cuando en la pag. dice que sí. NO hay Jacuzzi ...son jets en la misma piscina de donde salía agua FRÏA (la única persona que estaba allí nos advirtió que salía agua fría y que ya tenían muchas quejas pero ella no podía hacer nada al respecto) La MALÍSIMA atención del Sr. que está detrás de la barra del desayunador es tremenda. No te daba ganas de preguntarle nada. HORRIBLE ATENCIÓN de ese Sr. NO tienen desayuno BUFFET apenas si había huevos revueltos...jamón y queso... no es un verdadero desayuno buffet. 3/4 clases de frutas Ni siquiera tenían bananas... NO tenían variedad de cereales... DESASTROZO EL DESAYUNO. No condice con las fotos y descripciones de las páginas. Lo único bueno fue la atención de los recepcionistas. Que tuvieron que poner la carra para decir: No hay masajes... No hay batas...(que encima en la habitación figura como que está en ella y si la perdés TE LA COBRAN!! Pobres extranjeros!!! NO LO RECOMENDARÍA NI VOLVERÍA JAMÁS

Hotellet som helhet var bare helt ok. Det så veldig fint ut i resepsjonen, men resepsjonistene som møtte oss var ikke spesielt imøtekommende. Dette gjaldt hver gang vi kom i resepsjonen. De snakket litt engelsk, som var en pluss, men de klarte ikke presse frem et smil. Når vi skulle betale når vi dro betalte vi med penger og måtte stå å blafre med de litt for å få resepsjonisten til å se opp fra telefonen sin. Hotellrommet var greit nok. Litt mange ting der som man kanskje heller ville ha fjernet for å ha bedre plass til koffert, men føltes rent nok. Badet føltes litt mer skittent, og dusjen gjorde gulvet helt vått. Så alt i alt, ikkje kjempebra, men helt ok. Blir resepsjonen hyggeligere hjelper nok det veldig på.

La habitación tenía una plaga de chinches que picarón a mi esposa y tuvo una reacción alérgica, el hotel solo nos cambio de cuarto, no nos ofreció fumigar y lavar nuestra ropa, las chiches viajaron en nuestra maleta e infectaron nuestra casa. Hemos tenido que fumigar 1 ves y un más próximamente para exterminar esas che chinches. Llevamos gastados en doctores y medicamentos más de lo que pagamos por el hospedaje, además de las molestias

El hotel carece de cochera, las habitaciones son muy chicas al menos la que estuve yo que fue 13 04, el Frigo bar estaba vacío, la ducha no tiene presión de agua, los ascensores son viejos chiquitos y tardas más de 15 minutos en poder bajar al lobby

Gente, não acreditem q a foto é o hotel! Na verdade o fotógrafo é muito bom! Parece um hotel 2 estrelas, mas bem mal conservado! Quarto com móveis baratos, banheiro refeito sem capricho nenhum, chuveiro que mal tem Agua, o kit banheiro não é nem de longe o que está na porta. além de um frigobar que não tinha nada dentro e estava inteiro quebrado e enferrujado. No mais, os travesseiros eram tão duros que estou morrendo de dor nas costas. Quanto aos atendentes, as arrumadeiras são as únicas que salvam! Recepcionistas de cara fechada, td que se pergunta a resposta é não. Fora a entrada do hotel… Só penso em como o fotógrafo é bom! E cuidado com o elevador….

Quarto com móveis baratos, banheiro refeito sem capricho nenhum, chuveiro que mal tem Agua, o kit banheiro não é nem de longe o que está na porta. além de um frigobar que não tinha nada dentro e estava inteiro quebrado e enferrujado. No mais, os travesseiros eram tão duros que estou morrendo de dor nas costas. Quanto aos atendentes, as arrumadeiras são as únicas que salvam! Recepcionistas de cara fechada, td que se pergunta a resposta é não. Fora a entrada do hotel… Só penso em como o fotógrafo é bom! E cuidado com o elevador….

A região é bem tranquila, a uma quadra da Av. Santa Fé, com vários restaurantes e lojas na região, a duas quadras do teatro Coliseo e 4 do teatro Colón.

Parece um motel e não um hotel. Wi-Fi não funciona e nem o 3G dentro dos quartos. A recepção não dá a mínima importância. Deviam colocar um fax nos quartos então, já que voltamos aos anos 90. Fica na parte feia da Recoleta. Caro para o que oferece. Não recomendo!

A localização é muito boa, bem seguro e fácil de conseguir Uber, Didi ou Cabify para qualquer lugar. O metrô e ônibus também ficam bem perto. Tem mercados e restaurantes perto. A cama tamanho rei (king size) é confortável e espaçosa. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e tem muitas opções. Ficamos no quarto 1402, mas o chuveiro elétrico estava desregulado. Tinha hora que ficava muito frio e depois muito quente. Não reclamamos pois conseguimos ajeitar e ir tomando banho. Mas precisam verificar isso. Choveu muito em Buenos Aires e mesmo com a porta fechada entrou água pela varanda.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa do começo ao fim. O recepcionista Lucas nos atendeu muito bem. O café da manhã é muito gostoso e os quartos têm ótimos tamanhos. A localização do hotel é perfeita. Queremos voltar mais vezes.

Hotellet som helhet var bare helt ok. Det så veldig fint ut i resepsjonen, men resepsjonistene som møtte oss var ikke spesielt imøtekommende. Dette gjaldt hver gang vi kom i resepsjonen. De snakket litt engelsk, som var en pluss, men de klarte ikke presse frem et smil. Når vi skulle betale når vi dro betalte vi med penger og måtte stå å blafre med de litt for å få resepsjonisten til å se opp fra telefonen sin. Hotellrommet var greit nok. Litt mange ting der som man kanskje heller ville ha fjernet for å ha bedre plass til koffert, men føltes rent nok. Badet føltes litt mer skittent, og dusjen gjorde gulvet helt vått. Så alt i alt, ikkje kjempebra, men helt ok. Blir resepsjonen hyggeligere hjelper nok det veldig på.

The pictures shown in Hotels.com are old so when you actually get to the hotel it is in pretty poor condition. The shower had mold on it and the curtains were dirty and seems they don’t change or wash the blankets, I tried to use a blanket and it had lots of hairs from the previous gets (nasty)! Also the front desk and the middle age man that was the server at the restaurant at breakfast time they were not polite not welcoming. If you would ask for anything they would get mad and answer back in a condescending way. That is not hospitality. Lastly the elevators don’t work, we had to use the service elevator because both of the guest elevators were out of order.

Breakfast was gross. Elevators are slow especially when everyone is checking out at once. I had to wait more than 30 minutes once I left my room to finally get a free elevator and wait in line to check out. The cleaning staff only restocked towels and soap when rhey cleaned the room and the bed was left unmade and disorganized.

Room was nice, but noise harassment by maids at the crack of dawn. Also, rude reception. Completely ignored me while looking on his computer endlessly. I asked to leave my bag for two hours since check out is 10;00 am. When I returned to fetch my bag I was handed a bill for the bag! No mention of baggage fee when I left the bag.

Nice hotel very well located. Very clean but rooms could be revamped. The elevators are slow and sometimes it takes time to get one. Staff nice and welcoming but check in process could be better. I had to fill in a paper form even when I had already completed everything online. The hotel is dark, no much daylight in any area. The breakfast is nice.

Hotel está desatualizado, toalhas gastas, café da manhã bem básico. Estive no mesmo hotel 10 anos atrás e a experiência foi outra, muito melhor: ou eu era menos exigente rs. Mas a equipe é muito simpática, especialmente o Enzo e a Llamila.

Muy buena estadía en este hotel. Estuve solo por una noche y todo perfecto. El personal muy amable, habitación amplia y cómoda, y el desayuno excelente con muchas opciones y buena calidad. Lo recomiendo.

Bueno pues el servicio bien el de los camareros y recepción , calidad de la comida horrible el desayuno horrible las frutas y verduras marchitas , además el día que me marche en la madrugada del día 14/12/2023 se me quedo mis dos anillos en Sina de la mesa de noche se me hizo tarde para el aeropuerto y Lis dejé en la habitación cuando me doy cuenta y llamo , sorpresa me dicen que no están les digo que miren las cámaras para que me vean cuando entro con los anillos puestos y cuando salgo en la madrugada que no los llevo , entonces me dicen que van a mirar las cámaras y que me llamarían nunca paso , lo que me queda es que ya lo hice , denunciar al hotel , ya voy de regreso en estos días ora hacer la denuncia formar en la Policía de BA son muy importante para mi esos anillos es un regalo

Excelente hotel, possui uma estrutura muito boa. A piscina é aquecida mas a área de musculação é defasada, possui apenas esteira e bicicleta. O quarto é amplo, cama confortável e espaçosa e o café da manhã era bom.

NO corresponde PRECIO-CALIDAD. NO hay personal que ofrezca masajes cuando en la pag. dice que el hotel cuenta con SPA y lo incluye. NO funcionaba bien el ambiente del sector piscina. Hacía mucho Frío. La temperatura del agua era "ambiente" FRÍO NO ofrecen BATAS cuando en la pag. dice que sí. NO hay Jacuzzi ...son jets en la misma piscina de donde salía agua FRÏA (la única persona que estaba allí nos advirtió que salía agua fría y que ya tenían muchas quejas pero ella no podía hacer nada al respecto) La MALÍSIMA atención del Sr. que está detrás de la barra del desayunador es tremenda. No te daba ganas de preguntarle nada. HORRIBLE ATENCIÓN de ese Sr. NO tienen desayuno BUFFET apenas si había huevos revueltos...jamón y queso... no es un verdadero desayuno buffet. 3/4 clases de frutas Ni siquiera tenían bananas... NO tenían variedad de cereales... DESASTROZO EL DESAYUNO. No condice con las fotos y descripciones de las páginas. Lo único bueno fue la atención de los recepcionistas. Localização excelente quarto com ótimo isolamento acústico para os barulhos da rua. O café da manhã é honesto e as roupas de cama e travesseiros são de altíssima qualidade. O ponto fraco é a acústica interna, que deixa a desejar. Se puder, peça um quarto longe do elevador e das áreas de circulação, pois é possível ouvir toda a movimentação e conversas do corredor. Fora isso, a estadia foi muito agradável!

Quanto a limpeza e estrutura ok, porém, O checkout é às 10h, o café da manhã até as 10h, um horário péssimo. Se tivesse percebido isso não teria fechado.

Everything about this hotel snd the experience there is amazing, it’s decor, it’s cleanliness, it’s absolutely pristine, it is immaculate with it’s cleanliness, it smells incredible, the decor in the lobby when you first walk in is very high-end and regal-there are large containers, filled with lemon ice water to welcome guests with. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and also multilingual, check-in went incredibly smooth, they were extremely accommodating and even offered to help with me confirming excursions I had booked, I’m not fluent in Spanish and was having trouble confirming, the gentleman working the desk called the Tour Group for me and confirmed all of my details for pick up… Which was incredibly nice and greatly appreciated. The morning breakfast buffet is delicious, well stocked, and the dining area in the restaurant is beautiful The rooms were in true form to the rest of the hotel, absolutely pristine- very modern, very elegant, the beds and pillows extremely comfortable, it was a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. This is in a great area of the city, very high-end and close to all of the attractions, I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience there, I know I will return to Argentina again in the future and will absolutely book my accommodations at this location again
