Läste recensioner och bokade detta boende, vet ej hur folk tänker och hur denna kunde fått så höga poäng- börjar tvivla mer och mer på det som står på olika sidor. Vi bokade 4 nätter och redan vid incheckningen så blev det fel eftersom vi bokade en extra person och betalade för henne men enl. boendet så ingick ej frukosten för tredje personen så jag fick kontakta hotels.com för att reda ut det vilket löste sig ganska snabbt. Sedan när vi gick in till vårt rum så kände vi direkt en stark lukt men trodde att det skulle försvinna när vi startar AC. På kvällen när vi kom från stan gick vi in och då kändes så starkt att vi kunde knappt vara där inne och andas. Lukten påmminde om gammalt trä och vi kunde även se mögel på väggarna i badrummet. Den natten kunde vi inte alls sova så vi kontsktade receptionen direkt på morgonen och anmälde detta. De erbjöd oss ett annat rum vilket var något bättre men lukten fanns även i det rummet. Vi bestämmde oss efter vår första natt att lämna stället och boka ett annat hottel istället. Skapade ärende på hotels.com för att ev. få pengar tillbaka för de resterande dagarna men hotellet var inte alls villig att ersätta oss. Vi har rest överallt under våra 30 år men aldrig behövt checka ut på detta sätt så ni får dra era egna slutsatser.

Loved this accom so much! Out of the centre so away from the hustle and bustle and busyness. Amazing room with everything you need, such charm to the space I loved it. Lovely spa with great treatments at a good price! And we loved the meditation pool too. Breakfast and food options were delicious! We loved the location as it was in middle of rice fields but also near some good food spots. Quick grab to the center! Perfect

Wonderful hotel in a great location Stayed here in May 2026 and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were amazing and looked after us throughout our 3 nights stay. We booked the family three bedroom villa with private pool. The pool was a good size and the kids made use of this every day. Breakfast could be had in the restaurant (we did twice) or delivered to the room (we did once). The standard was always the same and always plentiful. The service when going into the restaurant was a little slow, but nothing too bad – just worth noting if you have trips to get to – which we did and probably made us over worry about service times. As for other meals, we did not eat in the restaurant but had food delivered on our first night and the standard was very good and the prices very reasonable. We did have drinks in the bar one night and again very reasonable in price. Rooms use standard lock and key. For one room the door could be locked from the inside without a key, but for the other it needed the key. Worth noting if travelling with children as they need to lock themselves in and you then wont have access to the room. Rooms were always clean and generally in very good condition. The upper room is very spacious. The location is down a road that cannot be accessed by cars, but its easy to get the hotel golf buggy to take you between hotel and area to get drivers/taxi’s. Beautiful accommodations with a fantastic staff. Close enough to Ubud center that it is not inconvenient, but far enough a way for a more tranquil experience. Included breakfast had many delicious options to choose from. The property exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return!

Stunning property. The staff were all so friendly. We had a fantastic half day tour with Aris. He taught us so much on our adventure. We also had another staff member in the restaurant that was remarkable. Sadly, we don't have his name. We would come back for sure!
