Hotel Riu Paraiso Lanzarote - All Inclusive

This is a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was good with a variety each day. Hotel entertainment staff were excellent and were very encouraging to get people involved in the many activities. Evening entertainment was excellent with a variety of hotel entertainers and external people. A fantastic family holiday.

Personnel très agréable, hôtel propre et bien entretenu. A cette période (Novembre) les espaces communs sont calmes et la piscine facile d'accès. Une était même chauffée. La nourriture est très international rien d'extraordinaire mais globalement bonne plus de variétés auraient été apprécisé.

Un séjour au moment de noël inoubliable. L'hôtel est top, le personnel fort sympathique. Il y a bien deux piscines sur les 4 de chauffées à cette période ce qui est appréciable. L hôtel est très bien entretenu et juste en face de la plage. Je pense que nous reviendrons très certainement. Merci

Um hotel muito família e com uma praia super tranquila. Localização excelente com uma linda orla. A recepção foi muito atensiosa em todo momento. Comida execelente e para todos os paladares. Os shows são execlentes, pena que termina muito cedo. No máximo até as 11 PM. Fiquem atentos pois as espreguiçadeiras que se encontram na praia não são do hotel e por isso caso queira ficar nela durante o dia terá que pagar por dia (10 euros).

We thought the cocktails and wine were terrible, undrinkable, the towels too small , we missed all the shows as not enough seating and no waiter service restaurant The good points was the cleanliness of the whole hotel

Fabulous staff - always attentive and happy. So clean everywhere. Entertainment team were excellent even if you didn’t want to take part. Food was great and very varied. Plenty of sun beds and right opposite the beach.

Hotel was overall very good, all inclusive choice of food was excellent, alcohol choices were extremely poor. I would normally stay in H10 and it doesn't really compare to be honest. At H10 you get a choice of a bottle of water or glass of wine with your dinner. Here you only got a small glass of water. Room was very clean and air conditioning was also very efficient, hotel overall was well manicured which makes for a very pleasant experience. Shower size and pressure was excellent, there seemed to be a slight glitch in that occasionally where the shower water would get very hot quite quickly without having touched the regulator (Room 326). Hotel location is very good approx 4km from the port in Puerto del Carmen and something similar to the airport runway. The beach to the front of the hotel is an excellent beach and reasonably safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is designed to make it feel like each room is an apartment and when you leave the room you get a feeling of being outside immediately which is quite nice and takes away the claustrophobic feel of hotel corridors. Entertainment was also very good taking into account it is a holiday hotel, a lot of the performers seemed to be from Bulgaria and we really enjoyed the shows they put on and you could tell there was a lot of effort put in with limited stage and equipment to probably work with so they deserve a lot of credit. Overall its a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel, great staff and location Safe clean etc But fully suitable for Teenagers yet , no pool table , chess or games room, lack of co ordination for teenagers

The hotel is in a great location just across the beach so even though its not a private beach, its literally across the road. The hotel is very clean and the hygiene levels, etc are excellent. the pools are very clean and there are loads of deck chairs around as well. Our bathroom had a peculiar sewage type smell though it kept appearing and disappearing. The staff was really very good generally - except for a couple at the bar area who were not particularly friendly. The real disappointment was the all inclusive food. it was all well below par and completely unexciting and a bit tasteless. Even the 2 speciality restaurants were nothing to write home about, though the Pan Asian one was decent. Their non-alcoholic pina colada was really watery. The cappucino & breakfast were the only saving graces.

Room clean staff courteous

Resort was very clean in all areas inclusive g the rooms, gardens, pools, restaurants etc.The all inclusive food options were pretty good too. The only negative I would have is that the reception staff were not the friendliest. It felt when you made a request for a taxi or had a question that you were “bothering” them.

The RIU paradiso has been recently renovated and it has improved significantly! The hotel has good amenities but feels a bit too big to be personal. Dinner is very good but breakfast would benefit from fresh orange juice and fresh cooked omelettes. Value for money is good ! We enjoyed the quieter pool beside the main accommodation blocks.

Bel hôtel récemment rénové. Tout est parfait sauf la nourriture…… dommage que l’on ne puisse pas déjeuner ou dîner en extérieur.

Reservei 3 quartos vista mar,mas qdo cheguei disserem que só tinha 1 quarto vista mar ,mas que me ofereciam e colocavam os outros dois vista mar . Qdo paguei o preço era todo igual e para quartos vista mar Quanto à vista mar,afinal era vista PISCINA e 1 dos quartos tinha vista para 3 palmeiras O buffet do pequeno-almoço era razoável,mas a fruta não era variada . Acho que fui ENGANADO pelo hotel,porque paguei por VISTA MAR e não tive

Dès notre arrivée le matin, on nous a donné libre accès à la totalité des prestations de l'hôtel. Dans la mesure de leur possibilité, nos chambres nous ont été données en tout début d'après-midi; Les femmes de chambres sont professionnelles et efficaces avec un ménage comme on en voit peu : TOP ! Les serveurs de tous les restaurants sont TOP et l'équipe d'animation fait tout pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. - Les chambres sont spacieuses et dotées de terrasse. Elles sont grandes avec du rangement et une literie de qualité. - La restauration est variée et bonne. Un petit bémol histoire de dire quelque chose de négatif : Pour les petits déjeuner le jus d'orange frais serait appréciable. -L'emplacement est super pour visiter l'île car en voiture il est au plus loin à 45 mn du Nord et 45 mn du sud de l'Ile Nous étions 7personnes et avons séjourné 15 jours. Nous sommes tous du même avis. Attention aux personnes à mobilité réduite : bien le préciser à la réception afin d'avoir des chambres dans le bâtiment principal sinon l'accès aux autres chambres se fait par une longue et interminable passerelle

Leider wirklich von vorn bis hinten enttäuscht. Nach Ankunft um 15:30 war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, das Baby Bett konnte erst nach 4 mal anrufen am späten Abend gebracht werden, Dusche wechselt ständig zwischen heiß und kalt -für babies sehr sehr schwierig, das Budget war komplett auf Maße ausgerichtet -man hat sich wie auf einer Massentierhaltung gehalten. Bedienung der Kellner war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, front desk hingegen konstant unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Ich gebe dem Hotel max Sterne -es ist weit von 4 entfernt. Wirklich schade für den ausserordentlich hohen Preis.

El personal es de lo mejor, fuimos por motivo del ironman y el trato fue inigualable.

Bien placé près de la ville de puerto del carmen pas une belle promenade au bord de mer. Propre bar et repas tout compris fort agréable

A lovely hotel, staff super friendly and an amazing selection of food. THe 2 restaurants (which need to be booked but is easy enough to do) are outstanding.

The hotel was lovely along with the staff however the food let it down. Selection was not of great quality which lead us to eating out every night. Breakfast and lunch was good tho. Still would come back but would know not to eat dinner.
