Room was beautiful and clean. View was stunning! Very relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Would have been 5 starts if the sound from the air condition wasn’t so loud. Had to sleep with airplugs and headset

For the premium price paid, the room and service was below expectations. I booked the Royal Suite, the most expensive and biggest unit of the whole property. But the room is quite run down and looked very old. Many switches and lights were not working, aircon was making a lot of noises when switched to high fan, shower pressure was very very poor. I had requested many times through my stay to try to improve the pressure by either changing the leaking shower head but the staff could not even do that simple request.

We got a great room. It is huge! The pool is huge! But you can feel that this place needs renovation. It is clean, staff is friendly and location is also great. But it is getting old.

The villa offered a lot of space which was nice. Inside is pretty beat up. Walls have cracks, chipped wood, really needs some TLC. The pool was nice but it was extremely uncomfortable resting your arms on the side. Tried to do same day laundry like the hotel said it offered.. They claimed it would take 2-3 days.
