Personnel sympathique. Chambre bien située. Un rafraîchissement serait bien. Kitchenette dans la chambre. Par contre vaisselle sale. La piscine est juste un grand jacuzzi pour se poser et se rafraîchir. Par contre parking hyper cher, 75€ pour 2 jours. Et 40€ pour ma chienne. Je trouve ça très exagéré

The hotel bedrooms are in an overflow building away from the breakfast area, away from the pool and terrace. This is not clear in the photos or description. The front door of this property was always unlocked as it was broken. The front door is a very heavy metal and glass door which squeaks and groans when pushed open or closed and this will always wake you during the night. As the point of a hotel is to sleep this is something of a problem. WiFi seemed to be turned off at night so if you can’t sleep or get woken and don’t want to pay for roaming you’ll be out of luck. The floor of the bedroom was cheap vinyl.

Wow what an awful place to stay. The pictures on the advertising are not how the property is now. I wish i could post a video as there is no roof top solarium only crap everywhere. Roof top pool non existant. Room was clean the rest a complete ... hole. Staff have attitude and tried blaming hotel.com as they posted the incorrect photos on their website. I went on to the hotels site direct and it was the same pictures. Reception said they couldn't deal with the complaint as we booked through hotels.com so i complained to hotels.com who contacted the property who told them that they have a strict refund policy that you cant be refunded unless you cancel 24 hours in advance! How were we to know that we were mis-sold the hotel in advance. Room was clean but TV wasn't on the wall only holes. Toilet roll holders falling off the wall. Light hanging by bare cable. No hot water we were told to keep the taps running. Following day looked behind the boiler to look for a switch only to find it unplugged. The only socket to plug it in was halfway across the room!!!!!! See pictures.

Me gustó la cama muy cómoda y también las toallas que eran grandes y mullidas. No me gustó que la recepción está en otro edificio y no tienes código de acceso si no tienes apartamento allí, y que en su garaje privado sólo caben 4 coches

Superbe petit hôtel pour un séjour de visite à Séville. Le personnel est très professionnel et très accueillant. Un petit bassin sur le toit avec une jolie terrasse. Je recommande ce logement avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix

I opted for this venue as it’s heavily marketed on many sites as a very popular gay adult apartment hotel. The term used is gay hotel Sevilla - the accommodation had more heterosexual couples and families than gay travellers. It’s convienently located very central however it is in a very busy district so if you have a room window facing the street it will get very noisy. Rooms are decent sized, hot water can be temperamental but it eventually starts running hot if you leave the tap running. There is a room top spa & naturist area however this is only in the white building (22) - the other half of the hotel is in the red building (19) which is on the opposite side 50metres down the street so access to the spa isn’t easily convenient if you are given a room in block 19. Check out is 12pm on which is a positive however there was pressure to leave the room before 12 which was a bit disappointing. Staff: one was friendly the other seemed grumpy all the time. Big positive is that all access is by code includes the room too so no need to carry any hotel room cards

Nous avons répondu à un courriel de l’hôtel pour réserver un stationnement et nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse, cependant à notre arrivé on nous a bien dirigé vers un stationnement public. La chambre, surtout la salle de bain, était défraîchie avec des traces de moisissures. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Nous avons répondu à un courriel de l’hôtel pour réserver un stationnement et nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse, cependant à notre arrivé on nous a bien dirigé vers un stationnement public. I really enjoyed the place. It had a small kitchen with everything you would need. It was very clean as well. The only low point was that my room was facing the street and it was really loud on a Thursday night, I could not sleep much, but that is not the hotel´s fault. I would repeat for sure, because I loved the place. Jesús, at the front desk was really nice and helpful.

Nous avions réservé dans cette hôtel pour la piscine et malheureusement pas de piscine. Le ménage à été fait une fois sur les 4 nuits passées. Bruyant ! Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Heureusement le personnel était agréable et professionnel.

La ubicación es muy buena. Las instalaciones están bien, pero la limpieza deja un poco que desear, además que (aunque suene contradictorio) pedí que NO se limpiara diario ni habitación. Por lo cual cuando llegué y encontré todo en otro orden me dejó sorprendida. Además que la limpieza no es excelente. De ahí en fuera sí me gustó.

Antonio à l'accueil parle français assez bien et il est très aimable, l'autre employé aucun intérêt. Le studio était de propreté passable, bien outillé niveau cuisine (éponge neuve, savon vaisselle, un linge, vaisselle) par contre la poêle et les casseroles étaient à changer, téflon trop rayé pour être utilisé. La literie était confortable. L'eau chaude n'était pas présente en grande quantité dans la douche, et deux personnes ne peuvent pas se laver l'une après l'autre, faut laisser du temps pour t'avoir de l'eau chaude. Quand on met l'affiche "Faire la chambre" on s'attend à ce que la chambre soit entièrement fait : changement de draps, serviettes, vider poubelles, nettoyage toilette, remettre papier de toilette, etc... mais non! les lits refaits et poubelles vidées, c'est tout. Des lacunes à corriger. Dans l'ensemble c'est un bon endroit où loger dans Séville. Nous avions réservé d'avance le parking Saba de la Plaza de Armas à 10 min à pieds avec un tarif imbattable : 72€/5 jours avec un QR code pour entrée/sortie à volonté. **Dommage, je ne peux ajouter de photos, ça ne fonctionne pas.

Avisé que había una cucaracha en la habitación y nadie se hizo cargo y tampoco fueron a retirarla. El wifi funcionaba muy mal. Había una luz que prendía y apagaba sola todo el tiempo. El mínimo ruido de otros huéspedes se escucha.

Great location, really nice people, the room is nice and clean, the bathroom was clean (very important). The wifi is really bad, I could't work with my computer or watch Netflix beacuse it failed a lot; also the bathroom door is not opaque enough and that is unconfortable.

Hotel rates in Seville have gone up considerably in 2022 but overall this property was overpriced. Very little about this hotel was as advertised for us. We traveled with a newborn and we chose this place because it was marketed as an aparthotel. In fact, our room was in teh "apartment" side of the property. The listing for our unit included a "griddle" and "coffee and tea in public areas". None of that was there. When I mentioned this, the staff told me it was probably an error and to their credit, I saw how they changed their listing in Expedia. Our "Deluxe Room" was changed to a "Comfort Triple Room". Good for them, because there was nothing "deluxe" about our room, which was tiny, tight and half-baked. There even was a floor lamp by a corner that was disconnected because there wasn't a single outlet you could connect it too! It did look nice, though... when the sun was out and you didn't need to turn it on. The were no nightstand lights, so you either had to be in the dark or have the entire room lit up, not ideal with a newborn when you have to wake up every two hours to nurse. The bathroom had very awkward towel hangers and the shower was too cold or scalding hot, impossible to find the sweet spot. And then there was the internet... totally useless. I had to use up my cellphone's data package to use it as a hot spot because the WiFI was garbage. You could barely browse, let alone stream anything. This is a pimped up pension de toda la vida at boutique hotel rates.

Hotel rates in Seville have gone up considerably in 2022 but overall this property was overpriced. Very little about this hotel was as advertised for us. We traveled with a newborn and we chose this place because it was marketed as an aparthotel. In fact, our room was in teh "apartment" side of the property. The listing for our unit included a "griddle" and "coffee and tea in public areas". None of that was there. When I mentioned this, the staff told me it was probably an error and to their credit, I saw how they changed their listing in Expedia. Our "Deluxe Room" was changed to a "Comfort Triple Room". Good for them, because there was nothing "deluxe" about our room, which was tiny, tight and half-baked. There even was a floor lamp by a corner that was disconnected because there wasn't a single outlet you could connect it too! It did look nice, though... when the sun was out and you didn't need to turn it on. The were no nightstand lights, so you either had to be in the dark or have the entire room lit up, not ideal with a newborn when you have to wake up every two hours to nurse. The bathroom had very awkward towel hangers and the shower was too cold or scalding hot, impossible to find the sweet spot. And then there was the internet... totally useless. I had to use up my cellphone's data package to use it as a hot spot because the WiFI was garbage. You could barely browse, let alone stream anything. This is a pimped up pension de toda la vida at boutique hotel rates.

Plutôt mitigée , Pour les côtés négatif : j’avais pris un studio , le côté cuisine n’étais pas très bien équipé ( seulement 2 casseroles dont 1 cassée et aucune poêle .. pas de torchon ) Le studio se situait sur le niveau du palier et les murs plutôt fin du coup assez bruyant . Et alors inexplicable mais toutes les nuits vers 1 h 30 du matin il y avait un bruit sourd comme si quelqu’un déplaçait un meuble .. donc toute les nuits réveil à 1 h 30.. malgré tout le logement était propre , assez grand et bien placé Pour le prix je trouve donc que c’est plutôt correct malgré les qq points négatifs .

Avisé que había una cucaracha en la habitación y nadie se hizo cargo y tampoco fueron a retirarla. El wifi funcionaba muy mal. Había una luz que prendía y apagaba sola todo el tiempo. El mínimo ruido de otros huéspedes se escucha.

The hotel is located in 2 separate buildings and reception is in one of them. Not too keen on the passcode system to enter the rooms, prefer a card, but would work for late check-ins I imagine. Daniel was very helpful. Loads of places to eat and drink nearby and very central for all of the sights.

l'hôtel est très bien situé, très bien meublé, confortable, avec un accueil symphatique. Mais attention, en dehors des heures de présence, attention à ne pas avoir de problème, le téléphone répond, mais personne ne vous aidera ; pas de réponse aux emails envoyés. Le parking est minuscule, difficile d'accès.

I opted for this venue as it’s heavily marketed on many sites as a very popular gay adult apartment hotel. The term used is gay hotel Sevilla - the accommodation had more heterosexual couples and families than gay travellers. It’s convienently located very central however it is in a very busy district so if you have a room window facing the street it will get very noisy. Rooms are decent sized, hot water can be temperamental but it eventually starts running hot if you leave the tap running. There is a room top spa & naturist area however this is only in the white building (22) - the other half of the hotel is in the red building (19) which is on the opposite side 50metres down the street so access to the spa isn’t easily convenient if you are given a room in block 19. Check out is 12pm on which is a positive however there was pressure to leave the room before 12 which was a bit disappointing. Staff: one was friendly the other seemed grumpy all the time. Big positive is that all access is by code includes the room too so no need to carry any hotel room cards

Lo mejor es la ubicación, excelente! Lo único, recomiendo no hacer noche aquí un sábado, ya que se escucha a la gente joven que va de fiesta hasta las mil de la madrugada… Por otro lado, el colchón de la cama doble era muy duro y nos hemos ido con dolor de espalda. El trato con el personal impecable y responden rápidamente a cualquiera de tus dudas. 👏

I liked the fact that it is located at a walkable distance from many attractions (15-20mins) but still far enough from the crowded areas. I liked that there were room service, a fridge, forks, bowls, wine glasses, etc. Noise: it is next to a club that is only open on Thurs to Saturday nights. Luckily, we did not hear music all night. We hear some shouting at night on the streets. Inside, you might hear your neighbors checking in if they are loud but it wasn't a major issue. Staff: they were very nice to us. Price: there were majors events the week we were there so the booking price was high.

El peor hotel que me he hospedado en la vida! Debí hacerle caso a los malos reviews que tiene en Google! El espejo del baño está súper alto y sólo me veo la frente. Yo mido 1.56m. No me pude arreglar el pelo en mi estancia allí. El baño tenía mal olor que sale de los caños. Cuando uno llega y entra a la habitación el olor a cloro es tan fuerte que si eres alérgico a eso, mueres. Y luego nos dimos cuenta que era para tapar el mal olor que sale por el baño. Para que salga el agua caliente hay que esperar como 15 minutos y juro que no exagero, llegué a pensar que no funcionaba y que nos tendríamos que bañar con agua fría. Pero lo peor es que nosotros somos un matrimonio y la cama no era una queen, sino dos camas personales juntas pegadas que cuando dormíamos se nos separaban y teníamos que estar todo el tiempo levantándonos a empujar y juntar las camas. Ah! Y el "lobby" tiene una clase de escalera sin rampa que mejor no lleves maletas pesadas porque te vas a herniar cargándolas ahí! Lo único bueno que tiene este lugar es la ubicación que sí es muy céntrica. Trata de evitar quedarte aquí. No fue una experiencia agradable.

May 22-25/26 One star, ⭐️. I’m 64 solo traveller.🇨🇦 Don’t go by the pictures on the site you’re using. I have foot/back issues. You arrive in old town, which has narrow cobblestones sidewalks. Very historical. 💜 If you’re using a wheelchair, not for you. I asked for a ground floor or an elevator, as I can’t do stairs. There was an elevator, but they gave me this room on ground level. You can’t open the curtains, as all the people/noise till 4am, walk by window. If I sound like a whiner, sorry. I’m honest. Maybe pay more for a better room. I paid $150 a night. I guess I got what I paid for. 😞 The 3’ dipping pool is across the street and down 5 buildings with the public walking by. Wear your cover-up, as some sketchy people around. You arrive to reception. I got young guy Daniel. I texted him to help, as my taxi was 20’ from Him! He didn’t and said no help around. I get to room, didn’t know how to work aircon, he was over in 10min. Why could he do that but not help with luggage? I put chicken in this beer fridge/broken. I didn’t check as in a hurry. Next day food bad, Daniel didnt care at all. He said he’d send handyman, I said No, don’t bother, pay me €15 food then we talk. Coffee maker a joke! No kettle! Clean small room 👌Reno- bathroom, I would have preferred a quieter room/higher floor. Bad experience. Used the dipping pool once. Did not like the walk. I told this all to contact, and.no reply.
