This is a great place to stay for a few days or longer. We appreciated the ease of walking to the shops at Dadeland Station, literally across the road, to get groceries, coffee, clothing, car rental, etc. It's a 10 minute walk to Dadeland Mall and a dozen restaurants. The property offers free secure parking, night security guard, free package collection for online shopping and the staff are very easygoing. Rooms are bigger and better equipped than most any hotel room, so we'll definitely stay here again when visiting South Miami.

This property is a gem..I stayed 5 times last month due to some medical stuff... It's like you are home extremely comfortable.They allow pets and have a great walk area. Target and a few other stores across the street.. K pizza under on the first floor is great.. it has some authentic Italian food.. The staff at the condo is amazing they are ready to help.

This place was incredible. We were so great full to find such a nice place that’s a 2 bedroom apartment for less than a small hotel room. The only confusion was where to check in. You need to go next door to the entrance of building to check in. The parking wasn’t bad just very small parking spots and was difficult to get in them. I defiantly would stay here again!

Great place to stay when moving our sons into apartments for college. We stayed for a few days to shop for necessities before their apartments were available. Wonderful having so much space and two bathrooms. We enjoyed our early morning coffee at the rooftop pool from the cappuccino machine!

It was an amazing location, pool area was beautiful, and overall cleanliness was good. What we struggled with was all the furniture and toilets were so close to the ground. If you are young and can get off the floor easy, you will have no problem. If you are older, like us, you will struggle.

Excellent, ample, quiet place to stay in South Miami. My only comment would be that we did not get pool towels. We used the pool, but there were no towels there either, and no one to ask about it. Other than that, we loved this place, and will return to it.

I really enjoy staying at the this property. It is perfect for families or friend traveling together. Everyone gets their own room own bed and own bathroom. The gym and pool area is great. The gym is equipped enough for what you would want whilst away from home. I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a complaint but my one complaint this time is housekeeping went way overboard with the Febreeze in the bedroom, it was so intense I could’ve tasted it we had to open the window to air out the room. The linen and pillows were overwhelmingly smelling of Febreeze.

The unit was outdated and unclean. There was random blood spots above the headboard in the master bedroom and fingernail clippings on the bathroom floor. There were two full bathrooms and showers but only one person could shower at a time as the water pressure only supported either one shower, or use of laundry machine, but not more than one at a time. They only provided 4 towels for four people for our 4 day stay. On the second day, wife and kids decided to go to the pool, expecting towels to be provided at the pool while all four of our towels were in the washer dryer. Unfortunately there were no towels provided at the pool as we assumed. My wife and kids (age 7&9) were then yelled at by the property manager because they got the tile floor wet in the hallway leading from the pool, as theu didnt have a towel to use. My wife was forced to leave the kids at the pool alone to go back to the condo to get wet towels out of the dryer, per the managers instructions. Apparently while my wife was gone this property manager (Mariellena?) persisted to yell at my children and take photos of them in their bathing suits while my wife was gone to get a towel for them so they didnt get the floor wet. My kids were upset and traumatized. We ended up filing a police report with Miami Police. Fair warning, Avoid this property,

This was a perfect place for our family of 5. It was spacious and had great views of downtown Miami in the distance, as well as food options nearby. Only complaints are that the master bathroom had lots of dirty grout in the shower and the carpets were really stained and in bad shape. The mattress in the master bedroom was very hard as well, we didn't sleep that great. But, overall, it was a good place and it met our needs. I would definitely rent from this company again and choose a different unit to stay in.

The apartment was basically new and spacious with huge walk in closets. It also included a fully equipped kitchen, with a full size refrigerator , stove, and microwave. The beds were firm, but comfy. The bathrooms were also huge, with plenty of closet space. The hostess was very kind walking us up to the apartment.

Great place the only issue was privacy the blinds on room 809 are not working in the leaving room and there are several missing in the bedroom MAJOR ISSUE with all the balconies which face every other way allowing for any one to look into your room other than that it was ok for the money.

We really enjoyed our stay; however, we had 3 issues: - the rugs had just been shampooed so they were damp when we arrived. - we were never able to connect to the internet - there is a $250 charge if we don’t leave the parking sign in the room. This is really excessive for a sheet of paper that can easily be duplicated.

No front desk. This wasn't a hotel it was an apartment. Took the elevator to ground level. Was greated by pit bull type dog. Asked if it was friendly. It wasn't. Young man said he was only the dog walker and didn't know.

My wife and kids (age 7&9) were then yelled at by the property manager because they got the tile floor wet in the hallway leading from the pool, as theu didnt have a towel to use. My wife was forced to leave the kids at the pool alone to go back to the condo to get wet towels out of the dryer, per the managers instructions. Apparently while my wife was gone this property manager (Mariellena?) persisted to yell at my children and take photos of them in their bathing suits while my wife was gone to get a towel for them so they didnt get the floor wet. My kids were upset and traumatized. We ended up filing a police report with Miami Police. Fair warning, Avoid this property,

There were two full bathrooms and showers but only one person could shower at a time as the water pressure only supported either one shower, or use of laundry machine, but not more than one at a time. This place was incredible. We were so great full to find such a nice place that’s a 2 bedroom apartment for less than a small hotel room. The only confusion was where to check in. You need to go next door to the entrance of building to check in. The parking wasn’t bad just very small parking spots and was difficult to get in them. I defiantly would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was large and comfortable, but the thing that made it most special were the people. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from check in to security. We felt right at home and well taken care of. Highly recommend

The front office was wonderful! The place was perfect for us. Just wish we knew more details upon arriving. Nice to know a Nespresso machine. Parking we weren’t aware based on listing but was a wonderful surprise. Just lack of details. Would definitely stay again! Bit outdated but clean and friendly! Thank you!

When we arrived the female security attendant there was very friendly and helpful. It was late and she helped us with getting food. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The stay was nice.

Very clean, very quiet. Our 2 bed/2bath, full kitchen, laundry was perfect for our visit. Metro station right around the corner, Target store a block away, a shopping mall 3 blocks away. Staff was very courteous & helpful.

This is a great place to stay for a few days or longer. We appreciated the ease of walking to the shops at Dadeland Station, literally across the road, to get groceries, coffee, clothing, car rental, etc. It's a 10 minute walk to Dadeland Mall and a dozen restaurants. The property offers free secure parking, night security guard, free package collection for online shopping and the staff are very easygoing. Rooms are bigger and better equipped than most any hotel room, so we'll definitely stay here again when visiting South Miami.

This property is a gem..I stayed 5 times last month due to some medical stuff... It's like you are home extremely comfortable.They allow pets and have a great walk area. Target and a few other stores across the street.. K pizza under on the first floor is great.. it has some authentic Italian food.. The staff at the condo is amazing they are ready to help.

Exceptional Stay at Towers of Dadeland! I had an amazing experience during my stay at Towers of Dadeland by Miami Vacations! This was a perfect place for our family of 5. It was spacious and had great views of downtown Miami in the distance, as well as food options nearby. Only complaints are that the master bathroom had lots of dirty grout in the shower and the carpets were really stained and in bad shape. The mattress in the master bedroom was very hard as well, we didn't sleep that great. But, overall, it was a good place and it met our needs. I would definitely rent from this company again and choose a different unit to stay in.

Great place to stay when moving our sons into apartments for college. We stayed for a few days to shop for necessities before their apartments were available. Wonderful having so much space and two bathrooms. We enjoyed our early morning coffee at the rooftop pool from the cappuccino machine!

Absolutely perfect location with Target and Dadeland Mall within walking distance. Traveled with 3 children under 8 years old and it was everything we could’ve wanted and asked for. Very spacious and super clean! The outdoor pool and coffee on the 7th floor was a huge plus! Downtown Miami was only a 20-25 mins drive for us. Totally will be back at the Towers!

Such a convenient place to stay. Nice rooms with full kitchen and washer and dryer. Located next door to mall and other great shops. Great for persons who don’t drive as the metrorail has a station just behind the property. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. This is the only place I stay when visiting Miami.

No washcloths. And a window was left open so when we got there it was very hot in the room. More curtains are needed since they don’t block any light and some were missing panels.

Nice spot with Target just right next to it for easy shopping or getting essentials. Roof top pool is a huge plus, just wish they let us use the pool until 10pm or so. Pool closes after sunset. Rooms are clean and you have your own private small balcony. Almost everything you need for everyday usage is provided before hand. Check in was a little confusing for first timers especially if you check in after hours or on the weekends.
