Excellent view of the Bay of Biscay. Extremely gracious staff. Breakfast buffet was standard fare. Car park holds only 7 and costs additional. Great beach and breakwater for exercise.

Wir buchten das Hotel, weil es Hotel Fahrräder gab. Diese waren nicht vorhanden. Aussage: Wir warten auf die Räder! Sie sind noch nicht da! Wir buchten ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen. Beim Check in sagte man uns, dass das Bett 1,35 m breit ist und wir für ein Upgrade von 20€ pro Nacht ein größeres Bett bekommen! Wir reisen viel, so etwas ist uns noch nie passiert. Die Frauen an der Rezeption waren freundlich, konnten allerdings über keine unserer Fragen Auskunft geben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit guter Auswahl. Das sind die positiven Seiten. Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht weiter!

We stayed for 4 days and expected to have a good experience based on the most recent reviews. You have to pay for parking the hotel doesn’t have free parking so you can pay for parking on the street not a huge deal. I asked for ice and was told they don’t have an ice machine except she didn’t say they have a small machine in their breakfast area. We found a roach in the second to last day on the first level, yuk. Our shower wouldn’t drain and when we asked for service they said it would have to be the next day. When the guy came he just used some liquid but that probably needed to have stuff removed. That night, not sure if related we had around 2-3am sewer gasses in our room. We had to open the front door and the balcony. I believe it was coming from the AC since I didn’t really smell it in the bathroom. Not a great experience unfortunately.

Great location right on the beach, and close to some places to eat. Good eco credentials. Breakfast choices could have been a little better and perhaps a few more staff. Also would be worth letting guests know about parking before hand, we didn't know we had to reserve paying in the car park, but in the end on street parking using the app was really easy and cheap. Maybe some printed instructions that can be given to guests in the relevant language would be worth looking into.

Gracias a Enya por ser encantadora y preocuparse porque no nos faltara de nada en el desayuno, gracias a Jaume por su simpatía y su ayuda para movernos por la zona y sus recomendaciones. La habitación amplia y con vistas espectaculares, el aparcamiento hay horas del día que es complicado pero se aparca bien en los alrededores

The hotel is in a great location just by the beach. There is plenty of parking in the surrounding area. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, especially at the reception and during breakfast. Enya was really awesome! However, the hotel needs further renovation and refurbishment, as its age is starting to show.

In terms of price and value the client wins every time. From the help from the receptionist when I arrived to the quality and cleanliness of the room, perfect. The room so well equipped and comfortable to the excellent comprehensive breakfast. Excellent hotel representing great value for money

Fantastic location. But upon arrival there is a distinct drain smell. Receptionist is polite and helpful. The room needs a good deep clean. Lots of dust, cobwebs and indentations on the floor. For the cost of the stay which had to be 3 days I would defiantly not stay here again.

L' emplacement de l'hôtel est fabuleux ,il est face a l'océan pratique pour aller a la plage. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le promenoir et la piste cyclable sont très agréables , ils partent , du village des pêcheurs et vont plus loin que le pont de Biscaye . Pour info: nous avons pris une chambre au 1er étage , elle donnait sur l' intérieur , avec une petite fenêtre et ont entendait l' évacuation de l eau des chambres du 2 -ème et 3 -ème étage .Sinon la salle de bain est très bien avec une douche hydromassante. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nice little beach front hotel. I wish we had booked a beach facing room. The view would have been amazing, I’m sure. Our only drawback was the lack of usb ports available in the room to charge phones etc. These are pretty standard in hotels now and the lack of even one port was unusual.

La habitacion era de uso individual o como mucho monoparental,no era una habitacion pequeña doble ,para dos personas ,dudo mucho q cumpliese la normativa de habitacion doble. Al comentarselo a la chica de recepcion dice q lo pone en la publicacion,y no señora ,en la publicacion pone habitacion pequeña con cama de 1,35 ,pero esa no es pequeña ens mini y no entra la cama ,mi marido ha vuelto con una herida en la pierna por un golpe con la cama. Si estan llenos pues lo dicen peto no pongan una doble cuando no lo es

I asked for ice and was told they don’t have an ice machine except she didn’t say they have a small machine in their breakfast area. We found a roach in the second to last day on the first level, yuk. Our shower wouldn’t drain and when we asked for service they said it would have to be the next day. When the guy came he just used some liquid but that probably needed to have stuff removed. That night, not sure if related we had around 2-3am sewer gasses in our room. We had to open the front door and the balcony. I believe it was coming from the AC since I didn’t really smell it in the bathroom. Not a great experience unfortunately.

You have to pay for parking the hotel doesn’t have free parking so you can pay for parking on the street not a huge deal. The hotel is in a great location just by the beach. There is plenty of parking in the surrounding area. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, especially at the reception and during breakfast. Enya was really awesome! However, the hotel needs further renovation and refurbishment, as its age is starting to show.

L' emplacement de l'hôtel est fabuleux ,il est face a l'océan pratique pour aller a la plage. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le promenoir et la piste cyclable sont très agréables , ils partent , du village des pêcheurs et vont plus loin que le pont de Biscaye . Pour info: nous avons pris une chambre au 1er étage , elle donnait sur l' intérieur , avec une petite fenêtre et ont entendait l' évacuation de l eau des chambres du 2 -ème et 3 -ème étage .Sinon la salle de bain est très bien avec une douche hydromassante. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Loved all of it. We had the oceanfront room and it was definitely worth the extra money. The area is so relaxing and quaint. Narrow streets with shops and places to eat to explore. The area is small and quiet. Easy access to the subway into Bilbao.

Also would be worth letting guests know about parking before hand, we didn't know we had to reserve paying in the car park, but in the end on street parking using the app was really easy and cheap. Maybe some printed instructions that can be given to guests in the relevant language would be worth looking into.

Small room, bunk beds overhang the two twins, but it was a VERY nice location. Paid a LOT for the room, more than I've ever paid for a hotel room in my life, but it was the last one in this part of town, and we booked last minute. Breakfast was wonderful.
