As always, a great place to stay!!

The building was nice. The room was nice. Everything was clean but the people are demons! The staff is rude. They lied to my face. The management is inhumane and they're all just a bunch of greedy cold-hearted zero customer service corporate Moguls! I booked two nights but when I got to the hotel it turned into one night with two rooms which I'm sure is my fault but I don't know how it happened and should have been an easy fix! Instead of fixing it they just said they will not change it for anything and I just lost my money and nothing I can do about it! The cold-hearted insensitivity of their employees and management make this place a very poor choice! I will forever tell everybody I know. What a horrible place this is and will never darken their doorway again!

Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were nice. My one complaint would be that housekeeping slid a paper under my door saying they could not clean my room due to a do not disturb tag hanging on my door. It was never there, they were just trying to skip cleaning my room. I had to go to front desk to resolve the matter.

The breakfast was adequate, room temperature was fine, desperately needs blackout curtains room was to light for sleeping. Bed was too hard for my liking. I was expecting the pool to be heated.

My room was good and the air conditioning worked well, but the bathroom faucet was dripping. I reported it to the front desk, but maintenance never fixed it. The staff was nice and courteous. Breakfast was good and fresh.
