Theresa at the front desk was cheerful, pleasant, and gave good restaurant recommendations. The rooms are small and need to be updated. The bathroom doesn't carry lotion. There are no clocks in the rooms either. The bed is comfortable, but the television is limited. The bar only serves beer and wine until 10pm. The onsite restaurant has few options.

I had reserved two rooms this month to attend my daughter’s wedding. Our room was changed 4 times.The bathroom floor was dirty, yellow stuff coming out of the shower, dirty rug,remote was missing,hairdryer missing,items underneath bed that didn’t belong to us, elevator/elevator door was filthy, mirror sliding closet was off hinges(very dangerous for little kids one bump it would shatter ),shower pressure was very low. No body wash, shampoo or conditioner in refill bottles. This was one of the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

I will never stay at this establishment again. The rooms were not clean at all. My air conditioner did not work the four days that I was there and no one tried to accommodate me by moving me to another room. I have been calling to speak with the manager says I left and they keep telling me she’s not gonna be there until the next business day my room had dog food all over it. You could tell that the room has not been vacuumed. the wall had a stain on it, and the mirror was off track as well. My dating also was not changed and I kept requesting to speak with a manager who they said it was not on duty. It would be in on Sunday morning. When I checked out on Sunday, they told me that she would be there on Monday morning at 7 AM. When I called in this morning, they told me she would not be there till tomorrow at 7 AM. This is not the way to run an establishment I will never patronize this hotel nor stay here again, and I advise the same to anyone else who’s gonna be here there are other options that may be available that you should choose
