Description de l'hôtel mensongère. Il n'y a pas de café gratuit et encore moins de petit-déjeuner gratuit comme vu sur plusieurs sites. La piscine est bouchée ! Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. La chambre réservée ne correspondait pas à la chambre qu'on nous a donnée. La réceptionniste a voulu nous faire payer la chambre alors nous avions déjà payé via Internet. La réceptionniste n'est pas aimable. Aucun professionnalisme. A éviter !

This was probably one of my worst hotel stays of my life. I had to go down to the front desk, at least six times to get a key that worked; however, it wasn’t an issue with the key. I informed the person at the front desk that it was the door that was broken. I then had to go to the person behind the desk again and get the door popped open. This whole time, my dogs were lockedinside the room barking as we were pounding on the door trying to get in. I then had to go to the front desk again to ask to be able to get my things after being transferred to another room. The person at the front desk told me it would be 10 minutes because he was busy. I asked that he called me or bring my items to me after 10 minutes had passed. After waiting an additional 45 minutes I had to go down again to the front desk to then obtain my stuff. All in all, it was probably about an hour and a half to two hours before I was actually able to get settled into a room– a room that I had already paid for and reserved in advance.

When I checked in, the clerk gave me the wrong room number... TWICE. I stayed there again two nights later and was given the correct room number, but then the key didn't work. What a mess.
