Stayed at the annex building. Provided us w the best view without seeing cars, roads, people in general. Guest laundry services was convenient. Free parking was great. The annex building is right behind the town shuttle stop. Just wish middle March was busy enough for the town to stay open later and have the shuttles run later. Shuttles stop before 8 and many of the restaurants close at 8. Start your days off early when vacationing here despite how cold it is at sunrise. Nice place to visit at least once in your life. Hotel De Novo is perfect too in that it is at the edge of town. Going into Virgin and Hurricane is just a short drive away. The food in Springdale is a tad overpriced and not the best truthfully. You’ll find better deals and better down home cooking in other neighboring cities. One of the best hot tub views you can ever have anywhere in the world. Also the front desk staff were very friendly. The gym was lacking a lot but will be a lot better once they get in their weights. Nice that they had a bottle refilling station. If I ever come back to Zion I will most likely stay here again.

Great location and facilities, only wish they had an elevator. It was very sad to have to make many trips up and down stairs with luggage and not having an elevator. This is criminal.

Clean spacious room with all amenities- unreal backdrop sitting out on patio. Fantastic staff and excellent dinner at connected restaurant. Grateful for the coin operated laundry after a day of hiking! Best coffee machine anywhere.

Great service. Had just reopened after a renovation. Not too far from Zion - last shuttle stop right across the street. My only complaints are the parking lot very dark (I understand some due to keeping night sky line) and the numbers on the doors are not lit up so keep phone light handy to find your door if coming in after dark. We actually stayed here and gave up our room in St. George (still had to pay) because this location was so much better and we were tired!!

Great location on outskirts of Springdale. Shuttle stop was right outside hotel, so we didn’t have to even drive to get to the National Park Shuttle. Great amenities. Kids loved the pool!

Loved our stay at Hotel De Novo! It was exactly as shown in pictures and previous reviews were spot on. I would absolutely stay here again. The only minor thing was there wasn’t any free weights in the fitness center. There was cardio equipment and it’s open 24/7 which was wonderful. Hot tub and pool were perfect! Thank you!!

Very professional and friendly staff. The property is been remodeled with beautiful finishes. bus station is right in front of the hotel and you can leave your car and get a 15 min ride to the park. Very clean and convenient to go to Zion without dealing with the parking situation there.

The front office staff are super and friendly. They give you a lot of information about Zion National Park and the shuttles to the park. The room is very clean and spacious. Also had a beautiful view from the sit out. The bathroom looks like another room. It’s very spacious and good decor. The housekeeping was awesome and made the room smell good. I will stay here again if I visit Springdale and recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this area.

My stay at Hotel de Novo was a great experience. I had such a beautiful view from the balcony. Bed was super comfortable, cozzy, shower was amazing. The only down side was the super loud neighbors you can hear their dog barking for like 2 hours straight and their TV was very loud.

Everything was great especially the staff EXCEPT for WiFi connectivity. It was reminiscent of a dial up modem that disconnected every couple of minutes. Needless to say that this is more than an irritation nowadays.

Beautiful room, nicest hotel bathroom I’ve ever seen and beautiful views from the deck. The room seemed brand new and spacious. We were in the building across the street from the main hotel. It seemed pretty dark over there. I’m glad it seemed like a safe area or that would have made me nervous. More walkway lighting would be beneficial. Or a light by the door. I couldn’t even see our room number on the door without a flashlight. Over all, great place though. And several built in power banks to charge all of your devices easily!

Perfect spot for visiting Zion National Lark with easy access to Springdale shuttle that takes you to the park entrance. Staff was super helpful and kind and gave great recommendations for our visit. Enjoyed the hot tub after long hike days! Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Really nice place. Check in was a transaction. Not friendly. Other staff were friendly and helpful otherwise. Juan in housekeeping kept our room spotless and so comfortable. Very convenient. We would stay here again.

Left late got to the hotel late... Just after midnight and was met by a wonderful, fresh faced, cheerful young woman who took great care of us. Room was beautiful and well kept and the restaurant is quite a treat as well!

The toilet clogged and they delivered a plunger in the evening. The next morrning they did not have available house cleaning to declog the toilet we tried but could not unclog ourselves. They wanted us to use the lobby bathroom walking there in the cold morning temperature.

BEAUTIFUL room!!! You cannot go wrong with this hotel. It is at the beginning of the town but very quiet and we loved that part. A bus comes right in front of the property to take you into town or Zion. I cannot say enough about how much we loved this hotel!

This hotel is a 5-10 minute drive from the main town of springdale. During peak season, the free shuttle goes ever 10-15 minutes from 8 am - 8 pm, and the hotel de novo is the final stop. This is a bit of an inconvenience when you want to get dinner in the town, however it is a massive benefit if youre heading to zion national park. As its the first stop, youre guarunteed a spot on the bus. Believe me, this will improve your day immensly as the busses fill up quickly, and personal vehicles are not allowed to drive to through the park to the hiking areas in peak season. The hotel is well appointed, clean and the swimming pool is pleasant. There is no breakfast available, but if youre heading to the park there is an excellent coffee shop in the complex before the entrance that does sandwiches, smoothies, etc. Something to keep in mind is that most of the rooms are up a flight of stairs, so if you have accessibility requirements you should let the front desk know at time of booking because they have dedicated accessible rooms.

New hotel on the end of town. Last shuttle stop but shuttle comes frequently. We never drove our car. Clean comfortable and just a lovely place to relax and take in the Zion views. Perfect balconies. Hope to come back again soon!

Great location on outskirts of Springdale. Shuttle stop was right outside hotel, so we didn’t have to even drive to get to the National Park Shuttle. Great amenities. Kids loved the pool!

This place is beautiful! Incredible view of Zion valley. Located at shuttle stop 9. Nothing is walking distance but the shuttle is right there. We will definitely stay there again.

This property was in an incredible location. The views were completely beautiful in every direction. The hot tub and heated pool were lovely. There was a shuttle stop right outside of the hotel, which made getting around the city and getting to and from Zion National Park very convenient. The onsite restaurant, Añu, was dreadful. I ordered steak and eggs. I ordered the steak medium. It was cooked thoroughly, all the way through. It was very tough. I am convinced it was cooked the day before, stored in the refrigerator, and reheated. It was flavorless. There was no attempt to season the steak. Stay at the hotel. Skip the very poor, onsite restaurant.

Had a great stay at this property! Only a mile from all the shops and restaurants in Springdale . The town and Zion park were both easily accessible via shuttle (located directly in front of our hotel) that ran every 10 minutes or so from 7am-7pm. The restaurant in the hotel had an awesome menu and some of the best views the city itself had to offer. The rooms were clean and updated and the staff was very friendly as well! Highly recommend!

The hotel was very nice the staff was very helpful. The pool is heated for the winter. The restaurant and bar were convenient. Would stay again. The Italian restaurant in town was amazing.

The place is really nice. Comfortable, beautiful views, clean, close by the Zions park entrance by car. Their restaurant is really good a modern fusion of Latin America and Asian food. We will come back again. Super friendly staff.

This place was clean and nicely appointed. Food at the restaurant was also good. Having a park shuttle stop just across the street is a real bonus.

Since there was not a category for restaurant i scored the staff & service score poorly due to the dissatisfaction of our experience at ANU the onsite restaurant. I will say the server was friendly & attentive continuing to check on us….Not only was our appetizer delivered at the same time as our meal but it was the incorrect order, but that wasn’t the only thing incorrect one of our two main courses was also incorrect. So now we have two of our three ordered dishes incorrect, once we had the two correct entrees finally arrive at our table they were tasteless and the short rib was like rubber. We choose not to complain as I thought they would provide adequate compensation for the negative experience. We received our bill and was extremely disappointed with TWELVE $$ removed. That didn’t even cover one of our four cocktails. The restaurant was not busy and really no excuse for those mistakes to come out of the kitchen only explanation was the expeditor was to occupied on his phone, which we observed when we exited. It’s unfortunate this occurred, the property was well maintained and clean. The room was in great shape and a really comfortable bed. But for dining options much better local options available up the street.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was great. The pool and hot tub were nice. The restaurant on the property has only been open a short time and needs some changes. The breakfast was better than the dinner. Our chicken was very overcooked. The servers were friendly though.

Stanza comodissima in un edificio dal lato opposto della strada rispetto alla hall, col vantaggio di avere un piccolo balcone con vista spettacolare delle montagne. Letto comodo e tutto pulitissimo.

The hotel staff were all very friendly, especially Nathan at the front desk when we checked in on our first day. He not only welcomed us warmly, but also enthusiastically recommended a scenic route in Zion where we could enjoy and capture the beauty of Zion in the snow. Thanks to him, we were able to experience a different side of Zion. From the very first day, we truly felt the hospitality, warmth, and relaxed atmosphere of this wonderful place.
