Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist guests deserve special recognition. What impressed us most was the excellent customer service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout our holiday. It is always a pleasure to stay somewhere that makes you feel valued, not just as a guest but as part of a family.I would particularly like to thank the entire hotel team, from the reception staff to the restaurant, housekeeping, and everyone working behind the scenes. Finally a 5 Star Resort that deserves the 5 Stars. It was perfect! And the staff were super friendly and helpful. And I find the prices very good. Food was amazing!!!
