L'hôtel est très bien situé, au pied de la basilique ND de Lorette. le personnel d'accueil est adorable, très chaleureux, serviable et arrangeant. L'hôtel est joli, les chambres très correctes, il y a même un petit jardin intérieur et une belle chapelle. seul point négatif: les murs pas assez insonorisés, j'ai parfois entendu la TV de la chambre d'à côté tard le soir et ai dû demander à mes voisins de la baisser...on entend aussi quand les gens rentrent tard le soir et parlent (les italiens parlent souvent fort, c'est leur seul petit défaut ;-) à part ça tout est parfait

As a former hospitality employee, I can understand many things, and some expectations will and should change. Now, when common customer service, run down and extremely outdated equipment, decoration and furniture, cleanliness, and clogged sink… it doesn’t make sense. Our first impression was that there was no parking available, even though it advertised it has. After half an hour of going in circles, I had to pay on a parking near by untethered next day. At check in, they told us that they had an event and it lasted until 8 pm, that after that, I could park… Anyway, the lady got the room key, that was an actual key with an acrylic key holder that said the name of the hotel and the room number… not safe at all. Then she walked with us, and since my wife has issues going up and down on stairs, we asked her for an elevator. She wasn’t happy because we had to go around. Anyway, we were three and when we got to the elevator, she told me that I had to wait for the elevator because only 3 could fit in it… when I saw the elevator it has to be at least from the end of the 1960’s

It is not a good conditions 👎👎👎

This place is awesome and the staff very very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

We were visiting the Padre Pio Church, and it was very convenient to walk to the church. Good location and a beautiful sunrise from my balcony at the hotel.
