Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur, City Square

Their friendly and efficient Staff and Service brings me back to this property. Otherwise, the property itself needs renovation.

I was here for 8 days. The swimming pool was horrible and dirty. Kitchen staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful and accommodating. Need to update the hotel facilities if they really want to claim their status as a 5 star hotel. Overall 3/5 experience

The people were top notch. Owners need to spend money and update the flooring and lighting. Also need to clean up the outside.

We are 2 families went for 2 night trip to jaipur and consider my person experience of this hotel The location is centrally located in jaipur and its not a five star by any way no service, Facility or support, don't get fooled by the Picture , the building is very old and need maintenance from outside and inside, the service is very slow and hotel is not also very big, food is average at dinner and good options in breakfast i would give this facility a 4 star and service 3 star

The property location is terrible. The spa should be better with better service. Shower floors need some cleaning. Most staff are nice apart from a guy at the front office . He’s dark and around 5.4 feet tall. He didn’t seem to be happy I was there. When I tried to book , he said it full booked. Yet the rooms were available on Expedia. I felt unsafe around him. He should not be at the front desk if he cannot accommodate every race .

The staff at this hotel is beyond amazing. They go above and beyond to make it a great stay. The hotel needs a lot of updates. I would recommend Marriot putting a little money into this hotel to make it up to the Marriot standards. The employees make up for the old hotel, though. Again, they are amazing.

Worst customer service ever. Initially when we came in staff refused to help assist with luggage. Then we were allocated a room where the air conditioning wasn't working. Then on the day of check-out at 9AM they call and ask when are you leaving the room. We asked the hotel can you please assist with a taxi as our driver cancelled totally ignored. Also they have a swimming pool, perhaps there's more piegons and their poop than human beings. I wonder how they're even a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend you don't stay at this hotel.

Old property. Needs renovation

This is falsely advertised as a 5 star hotel. It is an older property that hasn’t been maintained and should be adjusted to a two star hotel. Pigeons were swimming in the pool. The room was dirty. The bed was old. The carpet in the hallway was passed its expiry date. I decided not to stay because the hotel was horrible. If you want a five star hotel, then try the Marriott.

The room floor was chipped. Bathroom sink has bugs coming, cockroaches coming. Room service came and spread the chemicals and it stopped.

Hotel has some good food options and staff in dinning are amazing and definitely way better than the front desk. Hotel room was terrible and bathroom was awfully dirty. Hotel doesn’t give you 5 star vibes at all. Will never be staying there again. Will also think twice before booking with Four Points anywhere else around the world.

Great service provided by the entire team. Hotel is in ideal location, very clean, hotel, rooms comfortable and very clean. Many thanks to Vishal from the reception team who welcomed me to the hotel and always checked that all was ok with me and ensured safe departure from the hotel. Thanks to Vishal for his hospitality and professionalism that he demonstrated in his work. Thanks to Dalveer, and Ranveer and rest of the housekeeping team for ensuring my room was comfortable, clean and all required amenities were in the room. Thanks to the restaurant team in ensuring meals were delicious at meal times and ensuring all were comfortable.

The rooms are falling apart. It’s misleading when booking. The rooms were terrible.

The stay was awful. The air condition was not working even Maintance stayed that. Had to have refrigerator changed out 3 time because it didn’t work. Had to call the manger down and he took his sweet time getting down there. I demanded to be move and the refrigerator still not working. The coffee pot had live wear hanging loose and Maintance side it was ok. Do not stay here

It is not worthy of a four star rating. I had many issues during my stay. The first room we were given had a cockroach. No hot water in the shower (barely luke warm). I stayed there during the winter, so not having hot water was an issue. The food service at the restaurant is extremely slow. Overall very subpar experience for the price. Not at all worth it.

Shops nearby | Did not have toilet paper or hand towels in our room. Had to call multiple times to get towels. Other room phone and TV did not even work. Porters however we're very good and helpful.

Place is unsafe. No electral appliance worked. Staffed stated a/c was not work and stated they didn’t know how to fix it.

It was a good say, but they did not have exhaust in the bathroom to take out the smell.

One of the worst properties in terms of service. Following events occurred with us: 1. During check-in when I was mailing ID documents front office executive started attending another customer 2. Since next morning we had to drop our son to his school early for SAT exam, we requested for packed breakfast for him. Next morning I called the reception 20 min before leaving and was told breakfast is ready. But when we reached reception it wasn’t. Also the breakfast that we asked for wasn’t packed instead he was given two muffins and some cut fruits. We left since he had to reach school and child was empty stomach till 1pm as he doesn’t eat such things. 3. We reached hotel around 3pm and that was when room was being cleaned and was not cleaned properly. 4. Around 5pm I was making coffee and since there was no stirrer in the room asked room service. Even after 45 min nothing came and I called reception got bit angry then they got tray full of stirrer and spoons. 5. On first morn while bf we were told it’s available till 11 am, so next morn we reached restaurant by 10:45 and asked for some eggs to be made but that never came. And wishing 5 min all food was taken. No one came and checked if we want to place last order or need anything since they are closing. When complaint to manager they apologised and later on my insistence Ex Director of the hotel came yo visit us. Not sure if any action will be taken to improve service, cleanliness etc to keep us quiet gifted chocolates.

Food was good, but the hotel condition is not as showcased in the pictures. Very poorly maintained. Also airport pick up is a scam, they say 800Rs but end up charging you more than 1000Rs when the actual Uber rate is around 130Rs. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel for the price.

We are very pleased with the staff at the hotel. The staff at the hotel are very polite and professional. There are a few things we dislike about the hotel, such as its location or the manner in which the rooms are kept. As far as Marriott high quality standards are concerned, this hotel is not meeting them. Although the restaurant at hotel is quite affordable, there is a good variety of food on offer, and there is a buffet on offer, as well as a friendly and helpful staff.

Worst Hotel i ever visited . It's a 2 star hotel not a 5 star . Rooms was stinking and very poor service from the hotel . AC was not working and Food Quality is very bad and smelly . It's not worth to spend such amount on this hotel .It's a advise to u pls remove this hotel from your site that nobody book from your portal .
