Had a nice room with a beautiful view near the water. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Had a lil hiccup and got locked out of our room at 6:30pm but thankfully the staff at the casino up the road were able to get ahold of someone to get us in. The only thing I think needs to change is having office staffed past 5PM and a number to reach staff that doesn’t just go to voicemail after hours. Never know when you’ll need assistance or xtra towels etc. Other than the hiccup we were pleasantly pleased with the room.

Many things in the unit didn’t work…the pass keys failed twice…we were locked out and mgt fortunately had not yet left the premises..had to locate the maintenance staff who had their cell phone ringer off..if mgt hadn’t still been on premise at 8pm we would have been locked out of our room the entire night…contact number went to an answering service that said to call back in the morning…many outlets in room didnt work and the mattresses were so old you sank in the middle

The few rooms that are rented here are an incredible value. They are of good size (ours had 3 beds), clean and include a small kitchen and refrigerator. But the best part of them is the deck that is at the back of the unit, with incredible views of the Smith River and the Pacific Ocean beyond. Don't be turned off by the less than impressive initial view of the RV units and office. Great value.
