Fantastic location, spacious rooms, check in and check out staff were absolutely lovely. Would stay again we were a group of 3 and it was really quiet overall and within the rooms. Not over crowded, didn't have to wait for the lifts all that long considering. Very relaxing stay. I wouldn't of known was completely booked out if it hadn't been for an event on at Olympic Park being the reason for our stay.

Very nice hotel. Efficient, attentive and friendly staff. Lovely room and bed. Disappointed to see so many single use plastics in use in the bathroom next to the "help us help the environment" card.

We love staying here. It's so handy to everything. The trains etc. We have stayed here 3 times as a family of 6. The only complaint I had was the live in guests below us were constantly smoking Marijuana and we were u able to leave out windows open as it would reak our room out. I did mention to staff on day 1 and nothing was done. I would stay here again regardless. But that was really annoying
