One grievance (not specific to the hotel, since they are all clustered together on the opposite side of the airstrip): It says that airport shuttle is offered, but it actually costs as much as a regular train ticket to downtown Oslo. I have travelled extensively in over 80 countries, and this is a first for being charged for the airport hotel shuttle. It’s due to the Vy monopoly, I am guessing

It was an OK hotel for a short stay. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. I would have liked a coffee machine in the room because coffee wasn't available 24/7 in the lobby. The biggest downside was that the shuttle to the airport only runs every 30 minutes, it costs NOK 80 per trip and it was SUPER crowded.

It was ok to stay for a few hours before the flight. I wouldn’t stay there any longer. Not the cleanest bathroom, the bed only had one skinny pillow, toilet paper felt more like sanding paper. The mattress and the blanket were good though. I appreciated no carpet on the floor and thus no odor in the room. The front desk shares the functions of reception and restaurant ordering, so the line to check in wasn’t moving that fast. The parking is 150 NOK only if you park and don’t leave. If you want to leave and come back, you’ll pay 35 NOK per hour and it will add up to much more than 150. The restaurant did not have many choices for dinner on the menu, pizza tasted good but the salad was terrible (drowning in heavy mayo-based sauce). If you want to eat something healthier, you’d better bring it with you.

Dette er mitt go to-hotell når jeg er i området. Men fant godteri mellom sengene og leppestiftmerker på glassene på badet, så renholdet var desverre ikke 100% denne gangen. Men ellers storfornøyd med hotellet generelt, beliggenheten, sengene og frokosten. 😊

Har bodd her flere ganger. Fine enkle rom og gode senger. Mye støy fra gangen med folk og kofferter til alle døgnets tider. Hadde vært fint om de som sjekker inn om natten fikk en påminnelse om at folk sover.

When we checked in and needed help, the receptionist was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond helping us take the bus to the mall and was extremely helpful all through out. The warmth she had extended made the experience more like a 5 star ⭐ experience. She was amazing! I hope I got her name but I haven't. She helped us with our check in on Oct 15 @345-4pm.

Innsjekkingen tok 30 minutter. Verste jeg har opplevd noe sted. Fullt kaos i resepsjonen og stigende frustrasjon i køen av slitne reisende mens den ene av de to resepsjonistene til stadighet solgte øl og vin til tidligere ankomne gjester. Steng baren når påtrykket blir så stort! Rommet var uten ventilasjon, og det var ikke mulig å regulere temperaturen, som var for høy. Vinduet kunne ikke åpnes skikkelig. Ellers var rommet pent og rent, og det var en god stolt å sitte i når jeg ikke kunne sove. Bra frokostbuffet.

Hotellet i seg selv er pent det! Servicen derimot vil jeg ikke skryte spesielt av, fikk feil beskjed angående hvor shuttlebussene går ifra, og ved ankomst var ikke betjening hyggelig.

Check in was under staffed, there was a long line. Our room was very dark-not enough lighting. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated. The breakfast was boring. Not much variety. The dinner was good but the chef was alone in the kitchen with lots of orders, doing the best he could. The dinner was good. The whole place just seemed understaffed and everyone was just doing their job as best they could but in a way, just going through the motions. It was a quiet room.

CheckIn nur am Automaten, funktionierte insofern, dass alle Daten eingegeben wurden, ich konnte auch schon für 100NOK Aufpreis ein früheres Zimmer bekommen. Aber es waren noch keine Schlüsselkarten da, die man aufladen musste, Personal nahm anfangs keine Notiz von mir. Sie meinten dann, ich sei zu früh, aber früheres CheckIn war ja möglich. Dann wurde im Display die Zimmernummer nur kurz angezeigt, man bekam keinen Ausdruck, sollte sich das auf einen Zettel aus der Zettelbox schreiben, es war aber kein Stift da. Das ist insgesamt nicht optimal gestaltet. Zimmerausstattung einfach aber völlig ausreichend für eine Nacht und sauber. Frühstück war dagegen sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Weitere Essensmöglichkeiten im Hotel nur Snacks und Getränke, Restaurant aber im Nachbarhotel.

En fin overnatting, litt kjedelig å betale for frokost når det var bare ost, pålegg og melk og te.... skjønner det ikke er så mye kl 4 på morgen. Men da burde det stå det. Kunne hatt appelsin juice. Litt runstykker og frukt.

Alltid koselig på Runway. Praktisk i forhold til Gardermoen. Enkelt med shuttle buss. Og Frokost kl 04.00. Fine rom og rent å pent. Bruker dette hotellet fast på reiser der overnattimg er nødvendig på Gardermoen. Mvh Emil og Rachada.

På grunn av oppussing av kjøkken , ble det utlevert papirposer med en svett baguett , liten boks eplejuice , barneyoghurt og et dårlig eple . The room was good, only had a night there waiting for an early flight. The bus to the airport stopped right outside the door & only took about 10 mins. Can't comment on the food as we were gone before it opened at 4a.m

This is a bare bones establishment, not really what I would consider a truly comfort stay. It met our needs as it was close to the airport and on the shuttle bus route. There were minimal amenities in the room…2 small towels each, no shower mat, no tissues. The mattress was about 2 inches thick and not at all comfortable. Only one outlet worked; the usb port did not. We were told that there were no technicians available (it was a weekend) but the reception staff did offer to change our room; however we found the same situation in the other room. The breakfast was plentiful but not remarkable. This was our second Comfort Hotel stay in Norway and likely our last.
