Lovely ITC Gardenia has outstanding staff who provide excellent service from the moment you arrive. Wonderful breakfast. In house restaurants are superb. Pool & workout area. On this visit housekeeping staff Kavya and Tetei were especially outstanding. I highly recommend ITC Gardenia for everyone.

This hotel is very nice. Definitely worth the 5*. Most of the staff at the hotel are really welcoming, nice and knowledgeable. Majority of them will go the extra mile to make your stay at the hotel really comfortable. Rohit who works at reception is exceptional. He is such a great employee and every morning he took time out to greet me, shake my hand and ask how I am and if I have any issues/questions. He provides top quality service and he is the reason why ITC Gardenia should be rated 5* purely down to his hard work. The room is lovely and big. Everything about the room is fine, bed, shower etc etc. the restaurants in the hotel are great and at good price and the canapés from 18:00 - 20:00 is a great idea. This hotel is very close to local attractions. The only thing I don’t like about the hotel is few staff members who work at the spa/gym. They aren’t helpful and feel like they are watching what I do. The spa is not recommended. I had a facial done and it did not last the allocated time and generally I don’t feel it was good. I had 20% discount and with them knowing that, I feel they just gave me the most expensive treatment to cover that discount. If Rohit is the honest member of staff, the staff at the gym/spa ruin it. I would stay at this hotel again and again but will for sure not make the same mistakes of using the gym/spa.

Breakfast buffet requires few items to be ordered and the staff is not organized by table so nobody or multiple waiters stop by the table. The filtered water upset my stomach so I switched to bottled water. The person who checked me in on the first day was good, all other front desk staff are not trained for international travelers - no line, take forever, rude. I requested my invoice twice in advance and still it took the front desk 15-20 minutes. The spa staff is good. Gym requires an upgrade and some bars have rust. Restaurant staff, front desk is not attentive and service is poor compared to other similar properties.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty! A beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Very impressed with their “green” initiatives such as refillable glass bottles for drinking water, no plastic bags or accessories. 5 stars ⭐️ all the way!

This was a wonderful oasis on our trip to India. Superior service and security. Breakfast bar has a great diversity, however, not very many vegan options. I would not exchange money at any hotel, the rate is high. I would use ATM machines. Room was excellent as well the facilities (pool, gym, etc.)

Bad Experience. Room was Dusty, Balcony was Dirty, Power Points were Broken, Lots of Scratches in the Furniture. I asked for Ginger Tea. It was over Boiled and No taste of Ginger.

When I checked in they put me in a smoking floor. The rooms were stinking of tobacco, while the guy checking in told me that it was clean and there will not be any smell. He says that it is fully booked , no other rooms available. Then they tried to find me another room in the same floor that was equally bad. Finally when I asked to see the duty manager and insisted I would leave they magically found me a room. That is pathetic considering we pay such huge amounts for the room, and this is not the expected level of service.

Lovely ITC Gardenia has outstanding staff who provide excellent service from the moment you arrive. Wonderful breakfast. In house restaurants are superb. Pool & workout area. On this visit housekeeping staff Kavya and Tetei were especially outstanding. I highly recommend ITC Gardenia for everyone.

The hotel room was nice and very clean. I stayed here with two friends and booked a suite, which included breakfast. The three of us checked in with our passports and IDs, which took a while. They put our luggage through a bag scanner and then separately scanned our bodies individually. This whole process took longer than airport security. The next morning I went down to breakfast alone while my two friends were getting ready. While I was having coffee, the manager at the restaurant came over and told me that he overheard I ask for a table for 3. I said “yes, the other guests in my suite will be joining shortly.” He then told me I had to leave the restaurant because I had unregistered guests. I was very upset, and immediately spoke to the front desk who said that the restaurant manager had just made a mistake. They were very apologetic, but it really ruined the experience at this hotel for me. I think for the cost of the hotel, you could find better service in Bangalore.

Check-in was a disaster. It was a late check-in and the rude front desk manager made it even complicated. It took 45 mins or so to get the room. Not expected in a 5-star hotel. Could and should have been handled much gracefully. The rest of the crew compensated for the initial hiccup. Will i stay again - not sure

Despite of willingness to serve well, the staff failed again. IRD is too slow. No one picks up phone at IRD and Concierge. Restaurant for bf is a total disaster in managing the the number of guests. It is almost a chaos. 50 min I spent there waiting for few ordered items which never arrived. Small issues in room etc…

I travel very frequently and don't often leave reviews. The hotel was excellent but the staff were superb. A big shout out to Rosxh at front desk and the house keeping staff who were truly a cut above.

This hotel is very nice. Definitely worth the 5*. Most of the staff at the hotel are really welcoming, nice and knowledgeable. Majority of them will go the extra mile to make your stay at the hotel really comfortable. Rohit who works at reception is exceptional. He is such a great employee and every morning he took time out to greet me, shake my hand and ask how I am and if I have any issues/questions. He provides top quality service and he is the reason why ITC Gardenia should be rated 5* purely down to his hard work. The room is lovely and big. Everything about the room is fine, bed, shower etc etc. the restaurants in the hotel are great and at good price and the canapés from 18:00 - 20:00 is a great idea. This hotel is very close to local attractions. The only thing I don’t like about the hotel is few staff members who work at the spa/gym. They aren’t helpful and feel like they are watching what I do. The spa is not recommended. I had a facial done and it did not last the allocated time and generally I don’t feel it was good. I had 20% discount and with them knowing that, I feel they just gave me the most expensive treatment to cover that discount. If Rohit is the honest member of staff, the staff at the gym/spa ruin it. I would stay at this hotel again and again but will for sure not make the same mistakes of using the gym/spa.

It's a nice hotel to stay in. I usually stay here whenever I'm in Bengaluru. Of late, service at Cubbon Pavilion is lacking a bit. You order food or hot drinks at breakfast and they tend to forget and you are having to chase several times. This is the only complaint I have.

This was a wonderful oasis on our trip to India. Superior service and security. Breakfast bar has a great diversity, however, not very many vegan options. I would not exchange money at any hotel, the rate is high. I would use ATM machines. Room was excellent as well the facilities (pool, gym, etc.)

Simply superb! The front office staff, cleaners, concierge and the gym + pool instructors were all spot on. Only improvement will be to the Pavillion Cubbon restaurant staff. They were all over the place and needs more customer centric attention across the restaurant service. Food was fantastic with a lot of multi cuisine varieties, local delicacies were delicious. Overall, a very good experience with spacious rooms, bathroom and Wi-Fi facility. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Overall wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful generally. However breakfast is although a huge spread, the quality of the food is iffy. At times the scrambled eggs were dry and chewy, the dosa colorless and limp, the chutney was mainly water. A surprising thing for this property since it’s otherwise stellar. And in a city like Bengaluru, it’s a shame to have a poor meal in a classy hotel when a smaller establishment offers hygienic, cheap and delicious fare.
