Room was absolutely clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Great service & beautifully maintained property. Right from the time we arrived at the property, welcome by reception staff, staff at the restaurant, room service staff, security personnel…all were extremely courteous. Credit goes to the management for training its people & maintaining the property so well. Will visit again whenever in Jodhpur.

Room a little tired, no mini bar, needs a lick of paint. Staff ignored me totally at breakfast whikst buzzing like flies around others

This is not 5-star hotel. Property has a charming architecture but interior is dated. Rooms are big but upholstry dirty. pillows dirty . carpets in hallway dirty and smell bed. we had 2 rooms booked , but were seperated on on opposite ends for first night. Food was included and was ok. our safe would not open and we had to call the security guy to open that took 1 hr. Location is also very far from airport and too much construction right outside of the hotel .

The property looks old and decrepit. The spa was not functional. It did not have a resort feeling to it. It was modest. The rooms were clean but the beds and towels were old. The tub did not drain well. It was very basic. They have much upgrading to do.
