Y a las 5 de lamañana nos despertaron con este mensaje de whats: Chicos soy la muchacha del hotel, Les quería pedir de favor miren realmente está prohibido lo que realizamos si pueden salir ustedes y cerrar ustedes el zaguán cuando se retiren para no tener ningún problema. Ya no pudimos dormir y luego nos dijeron que fue un error que era para otros huéspedes.

Para ocupar por primera vez el estacionamiento no había personal disponible para indicarnos dónde estaba y que nos.diera acceso. Posteriormente hubo personal para dar acceso al estacionamiento de manera normal. Muchas gracias.

El lugar está súper bonito, cerca de todo, no tiene estacionamiento pero afuera es muy seguro. Las personas que nos atendieron súper mega amable. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Terrible experiencia. No es un hotel, y mucho menos BOUTIQUE. No tenían agua caliente en la habitación y estaban llenos porque tienen muy pocas habitaciones. Tuve que bañarme con agua fría, en un lugar (Bernal) que es de por sí muy frío. Las dos noches que me hospedé estuve sin agua caliente. La respuesta fue una disculpa. Nunca hicieron la limpieza de la habitación de un día para otro. Dejaron todo tal cual, cama sin tender, sin toallas, sin limpieza de nada. No tiene estacionamiento y tuve que dejar el coche en la calle porque lo cierran a las 10pm. Tienen que poner en su página que no tiene estacionamiento. El estacionamiento que usan es de un tercero y no tiene control sobre el y esta uno sujeto a los horarios del tercero. Además pretendían cobrar por el estacionamiento.

The suite we stayed in was beautiful. It had a spectacular view of La Peña. The little attached balcony was perfect for sitting out. Very clean place. Walking distance to everything. They only provide breakfast on the weekends. They do provide instant coffee packets, but you have to request hot water from the staff. Not a big deal unless you like your coffee early in the morning. We had to wait until about 9am, when restaurants open, to get breakfast/coffee. One deal breaker for us for was the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. Absolutely uncomfortable. I'm just glad we only stayed 2 nights. If it wasn't for the bed, I would have loved to stay longer.

Based on a single excellent review we decided to try our luck and we were rewarded with a lovely stay in the most beautiful and spacious suite of this hotel: Room el Cielito Lindo, which has a terrace with a fantastic view of the Bernal peak. Only a few minutes walk from the village square where you can buy the best Mexican cheeses and sample local delicacies. Very attentive staff and highly recommended

The service was excellent! Leo treated us wonderfully, making our stay much more comfortable—his attention to detail was the best part of the hotel. The property is beautiful, with an amazing view and conveniently close to everything. Highly recommended!

Muy destacable la atención del personal, realmente nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. La casa muy bonita, muy bien conservada y todo muy limpio, altamente recomendable. Una excelente ubicación, a una cuadra del cuadro principal.

¡No se alojen aquí! En internet se ve precioso, pero las habitaciones huelen a humedad. Al hacer el *check-out*, el personal iluminó las sábanas con una linterna para buscar manchas y revisó todas las toallas. Inspeccionaron las habitaciones y se enfadaron porque una toalla tenía una marca y a la de mi padre se le cayó un poco de suciedad al tocar el suelo. No es broma. No podía creerlo. El personal es pésimo. DO NOT STAY HERE! It looks beautiful online, but the rooms smell like mildew. When we checked out the staff held a light to our sheets to check for stains, and checked all the towels. They inspected the rooms and got mad because one towel had a mark on it, and my dads towel fell on the floor and got a tiny bit of dirt on it. Im not kidding. I couldnt believe it. Staff is horrible.

Me cobraron por una toallita que se ensució después de usarla. ¿Qué? Son blancas, se van a ensuciar. ¡Elijan otro alojamiento! Avoid staying here. They charged me for a washcloth that got dirty after i used it. What? They are white - they are going to get stuff on them. I had to pay for the washcloth!
