It was a pleasure visiting Pleiades Blossom Hill Houses. The villa was very well maintained and Nikki and her team kept it immaculate always with smiling faces. The pool was checked and cleaned on a daily basis. Maria and Katerina at Reception were always on hand to offer advice and suggestions to enhance our stay.

Emplacement exceptionnel et villa bien conçue avec une jolie piscine. L’accueil est charmant (comme souvent en Crète) et assez réactif pour résoudre les petits problèmes qui peuvent arriver. Un point à noter : trop peu de vaisselle (5 couteaux et fourchettes impose de faire la vaisselle tout le temps !)

The villa was over two floors with the bedrooms being downstairs and therefore cooler overall. The reception was manned at all times and were so helpful and friendly. Even offered to give us a list to the local town if we didn't want to drive. A car was needed due to the location but that worked well for us and parking was fine. The facilities were great inside and out - had everything we needed and the welcome package was a nice touch. The pool was pretty private and big enough to do a little swimming too. We loved the area and managed to explore a few local towns and went on an excursion or two and got picked up from the villa. Overall - a great experience and a lovely getaway.

Our villa was lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and brought directly to the villa We had a lovely holiday here and would really recommend Pleiades Villas. Our only slight disappointment was that the villas were 3 miles away from where Expedia said they were!! The staff were extremely helpful to assist us in communicating with Expedia however.

It was wonderful being back at Pleiades Villas in Crete. Julie who ran the whole complex went above and beyond and is an exceptional ambassador for the Domes organisation. Anastasia, Nikki and Georgia were outstanding and always greeted us with cheerful smiles and kept our villa spotless. However the maintenance operative we found not up to the high standards of Domes. There were several issues relating to the villa we had to bring up and unfortunately it took days to fix and in a very surly manner. Sadly in the end we had to report these issues to the Domes of Elounda management team who sorted the issues out but not being able to use the pool for 24 hours and waiting 8 days to get a shower head put on is not acceptable.
