I had to switch rooms because the AC wasn't working in the first one i was aasigned to. While I was waiting for a new key, another guest told the clerk their was a hole at the base of his bathroom door. The clerk said "It's been there. We know about." So they know about repaira that are needed but haven’t made them. The door to my new room had to be lifted to close and had mold all across the ceiling above the bed and couch. I didn’t feel like switching rooms again so i just stayed in it. The elevators rattle. The pool was closed. The conputers in libby were also out of service.

When we got to our room there were several towels hanging on the shower rod but other than that the room seemed clean. The pool had cardboard or dirt floating around but the kids still enjoyed it, just made them shower afterwards. Fair price for what it was.

Everything was wonderful, other than the room had a strong odor but nothing we couldn’t fix we just got air freshener. housekeepers were great taking our trash and fresh towels everyday. Front desk and other staffs are so nice . Room was clean , Loved the pool ,gym and great breakfast in the morning . This will be our main hotel when we come back and visit

Making reservation, checking in & checking out was easy. Room was in 4th floor. Room was right beside the elevator (noise did not bother us), ice/vending machine did not work, went to 1st floor to get ice, no ice machine had to go to 2nd or 3rd floor for ice. Breakfast was very good, parking was safe.

We were only here for one night, and overall it was just fine. The location was kind of odd, so we originally missed our turn. The room seemed clean enough, but the shower did have some mold stains in the grout. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was basic. There was a pancake machine, but we were in a hurry. The little omelettes were probably previously frozen: they had an odd taste to them.

The people working there were friendly and nice. Our room had stuff in it, left by previous occupants. We had a dead cockroach in our bathroom on 2 different days (at least they were dead). Some outlets didn't work. Pretty good breakfast. Convenient location.

We loved the spaciousness of the room, perfect for my husband and small child. Loved the name brand products for hand washing, lotion, body wash, hair shampoo, and hair conditioner. The breakfast setup was great - solid options for various diets and especially liked the hot items. The gym as just off the lobby and did not feel claustrophobic that some hotel gyms tend to feel. The only knock I would have is the thinness of the walls on the door that lead to the hall. We could hear people coming in and out through the night (might have been a more busy weekend but we heard a lot more people coming through the hallways than I hear at other hotels.)

It's a reasonably priced hotel that's showing it's age. The shade in my room was broken, and the Chromecast on the TV wouldnt connect to the Internet despite using my Google app and following the directions. Finally, the safe in my roof was locked with a "low battery" code, but I wasn't about to tell the front desk I needed to leave valuables in my room. You get what you pay for.

This hotel was hidden behind a large building. The road it is on, is poorly lit. In order to get to the property coming from the north, you had to turn across 3 lanes of constant traffic. The small road you turn onto, is hard to locate. Most times you could not make the turn. You had to go forward, make a U-Turn. and then head back. If you needed to head south from the hotel, you had to cross the same 3 lanes and then get in a far left turn lane. Due to the constant traffic, it was almost impossible. You had to go forward and make another U turn to get on your way. This hotel is in a very bad location. During my stay I requested housekeeping early in the morning. They said it would be no problem. Housekeeping arrived around 3 PM. They were not aware the request had even been made. The front desk area was left without staff for a substantial portion of the day. Service appears to be lacking at this hotel. Having said this, the property was cleaned and well maintained. It had one of the best hotel breakfast buffets that I had ever had.

I did not know there was an animal fee as this website just states "pet friendly" so we stayed with our two small dogs. I received a phone call on the second day stating we needed to pay the 80$ for the dogs which we had no problem doing once we got back to the hotel. Once we arrived to the hotel we found that we were locked out of our room with all our belongings inside because we hadn't paid this fee that we weren't even aware of . This management group is ridiculous and has no tact. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. We were there to collect a dead family members ashes and these low life's made the experience even worse. They were so unprofessional and disgusting.

Mario said he checked us in but found out he didn't and he gave us keys that few hrs after he gave to us we got locked out of our room plus we were told we didn't have a room when Mario said we did. He was t all that friendly. 2nd time we came back to get our keys unlocked we were so close to being charged $50 twice but the nice lady who straightened it all out had to fix everything. Our first time staying here too. Not sure I would come stay back at same place. People need to take pride in there jobs and do not do a half you know what job .

We have chosen your hotel because it's close to the Alhambra dinner theater where we have season tickets. We always stay at your hotel because it's nice, clean, and has a very good breakfast. The only issue I had this time around was that when we got there, despite having no line, it seemed to take two different clerks a very long time to find our reservation and get us checked in. It could have been a computer issue. But found it strange since we were the only customers to check in at that time.

Rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast is good. We stay here regularly because it is close to the Alhambra theater where we hold season tickets. It's very difficult to get to the entrance off the main drag due to heavy traffic.

Easy check in. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great breakfast- eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc. Easy access, but hard to see hotel sign from road bc of newer storage units built in front of it.

Overall, very enjoyable. Beds were comfortable, room was an adequate size for 3 adults. We appreciated having the fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Front desk was generous with providing more coffee. Breakfast was just what we wanted - omelets, sausage, fruit, along with muffins and pastries. We would stay here again!

Room was clean but reeked of cigarette smoke even though the room was in a non smoking. Bed sheets were damp from high humidity in the room and had trouble with the room next doors fire alarm going off for no reason. Other than those things breakfast was good and the stay was not terrible

I stayed here while visiting family. I chose this hotel because it was nearby and received good reviews. I won't say here next time around. They were busy when I checked in, so I didn't have a problem waiting. However, when I went up to my room, I found another guest's belongings still in the room. When I went back down to the desk, the gentleman at the counter was clearly confused and went up to check the room himself. He ended up moving me to a different room and was sure to go check it out before I went up. I was on the second floor, and the entire floor smelled musty/damp. My room smelled as well. When I was checking in, another guest was at the counter explaining that when they entered their two room, they found one with the air conditioning until in pieces and on the floor and the other with a wet carpet. Her room was on the third floor, and I imagine that had something to do with the second floor smelling the way it did. The overall cleanliness wasn't impressive, but it was good enough. By my third morning, the tub/shower wasn't draining. It was hours before all of the water had drained out after a shower. The bed was comfortable enough, and the AC unit in my room worked, although it was noisy. Next time I visit Jacksonville, I'll find a different hotel.

A card in the room concerning how to get to the channel guide on the TV would be helpful. The switch for the lights above the headboard was hard to find. I had to call the front desk to ask where it was. A colored switch would help as black on black is difficult to see. It was disappointing that the only ice machine was on the 3rd floor. I had to ask the front desk about that too. Otherwise, the staff was amazing & the breakfast was great.
