Large beautiful room, centrally located. Since it was a weekend we were able park easily, but on week days the parking spots are mainly reserved for other businesses in the area.

Enjoyed our stay at the historic Cork Factory Hotel. It was very quant and the staff was friendly. My husband used the small gym. We got coffee in the lobby in the mornings. The room was very spacious with a large living room, large bedroom, and large bathroom. Parking was in a safe and secluded location in the middle of the cork factory buildings. Bed was pretty comfortable. Heard the upstairs room walking around a little bit because of the age of the building but did not impact our stay. There's also a small store to buy snacks in the lobby.

Quiet, nice and clean. Staff was very nice and always greeted us with a smile, saying good morning or welcome back. Only slight negative is it is a little difficult to find as it is tucked away, but it is right next to the science center.

Beautiful nicely updated historic property close to downtown with easy parking. Great pub across the street Quips!! Nice outdoor area very clean easy check in and out… nice little upscale snack selection and free coffee in the morning. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!!!

This property has multiple buildings housing rooms. If weather is inclement getting from check-in to room my be difficult. There is no breakfast service in the restaurant which could be inconvenient. No real closet in the room just short hanger "boxes". The HVAC system was so loud it needed to be switched off for proper sleep as there was no fan speed settings.

Parking was a bit confusing and seemed limited with the “No Hotel Parking Signs”. The front desk staff said we could park in those spots after business hours. I was worried I would get towed.

Check in was relatively normal, easy, but all the parking was marked no hotel parking except for 2 small lines right at the lobby building. We had to make another trip in to ask where to park. We were told to ignore the signs and park anywhere. That would have been helpful at check-in. There are no signs leading to the hotel rooms. We got a vague wave 'that way' and had to figure it out. Having said that, once we got parked and found the room, it was more than sufficient, clean, comfortable. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the places we were heading this past weekend (Berlin, kitchen kettle, furniture stores). It has clearly become quite the event place as there were weddings both Fri & Sat which added noise and cars, full restaurant, very busy place.

Second night parts of bedding were left on the floor but trash was taken. Bathroom was not clean when I arrived or when I left. Big stain in hall way just leaves you feeling dirty. This hotel was gorgeous! The beds and pillows were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and large, the staff were also attentive and friendly. The in-hotel restaurant has great drinks and the aesthetic was lovely. I would definitely stay again.

This is a great hotel with a lot of great character, however housekeeping let them down. One day they left our door open and unlocked, the next they gave up half way through and left the job unfinished. It’s a shame because the reception staff were friendly and welcoming

Reception staff were fantastic! Housekeeping staff on the other hand need retraining. The bathroom floor did not look as though it had been properly cleaned in a long time. Hair clips and other stuff on the floor from previous guests and behind the toilet was grubby. We also did not have our room serviced while we were there. Not good enough!

Our room was very comfortable, except for the fact that the hotel is a remodel of an old distillery, and in an effort to keep the industrial feel and vibe, the rooms aren't well insulated. We recommend requesting the top floor so you can't hear every step in the room above yours.

We loved our stay here. The rooms are very spacious and the suite we booked had a nice-sized living room, dining area, and kitchenette that was separate from the bedroom. The rooms are sparsley decorated and they stick with the industrial theme, but all the furntiure in them including the bed was very comofrtable. Great location with easy parking, and an outsanding resturant on site.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds very comfortable and room was attractively decorated. Our only comment is about the dim lighting in the lobby and other areas. Staff was friendly and attentive. The facility was very quiet.

We had some unique experiences because we had a birds nest on the metal roof above our 4th floor room. So the family of birds was incredibly loud. The television was so small. We travel for work and sports a lot. I haven’t seen a tv this small in forever. The bathroom was clean but needs updating. The restaurant is not open for breakfast which was really inconvenient. I don’t have a problem paying for a sit down breakfast. The staff was friendly. The accommodations were fine but not great and will probably look for something downtown next time with breakfast option.

We like this hotel, it’s newly appointed, centrally located, clean, and the staff was helpful. However, the third floor rooms have open rafters and you can hear every squeaky step the fourth floor occupants take. Difficult to sleep, early morning too. Apparently, management is aware but has yet to rectify the problem.

Great historic hotel with a warm inviting ambience. No breakfast even though there is a restaurant on the premises. Offered great coffee in the morning. Didn’t enjoy getting in my car to get breakfast. Nothing is within walking distance. Would like to see less use of plastic water bottles and cups. Air conditioning is very loud when it comes on in the room.

Everything about our stay was great. There were several wedding parties there and I was there for a swim meet. The staff made sure that we were in a quiet area so my son could sleep. We decided to add a night and Rosetta at the front desk was so kind and called us at 7am to let us know that over the night a guest canceled so we were able to stay in our room. She went above and beyond from check to warm helps as we entered the building. We will definitely be staying there again!!

My stay was very brief, but the staff was all very nice and they even worked to resolve an issue that was actually Expedia’s fault. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. I also appreciated that they had coffee in the morning in the lobby.

Property is clean and parking is great. Was able to park right outside my room window. Check in staff was a bit preoccupied and somewhat melancholy from a service standpoint. Also forgot to properly authorize my room keys so I ended up having to make a trip back to the front desk. No big deal but still impacts the overall gist of the service factor. Night shift desk service was much more engaged and helpful. Overall a pretty nice stay. Was meeting some friends at a local restaurant but next time I’ll definitely check out the in hotel restaurant, which got rave reviews from my local friends.

Room were clean and well-designed. That said there seems to be little insulation between rooms so they’re noisy, and our bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. The hotel was also insufficiently staffed with no one working the front desk for long periods, causing extended waits and lines for guests.

Liked the industrial decor in the rooms and halls. Place was clean except for one dead bug under my nightstand. Room size was a good size and the shower was great. The place is not located in the best neighborhood but it is close to lots of things and parking is good.

Love this remodeled cork factory. Extremely tastefully done and beautiful finishes. Love that it was walking distance to the Lancaster brewing and close to downtown.

Very unique hotel in an excellent location, walkable to downtown and drivable to surrounding sights. Excellent restaurant on site and very good pub across the street for dinner, although lacking for breakfast. Overall room was clean and there were enough towels for our 3 night stay, however, housekeeping should be more attentive as to emptying garbage daily. They did respond quickly to any request we had as did the front desk…would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay in Lancaster…close to downtown (walkable), and an easy drive to other sites such as Kitchen Kettle and Sight & Sounds Theatre. Cork Factory is very unique, and hands down beats all the other chain hotels. It has a lovely restaurant on site for dinner…my only suggestion is to also have breakfast available as that is our only negative.

Quiet, nice and clean. Staff was very nice and always greeted us with a smile, saying good morning or welcome back. Only slight negative is it is a little difficult to find as it is tucked away, but it is right next to the science center.

Parking was a bit confusing and seemed limited with the “No Hotel Parking Signs”. The front desk staff said we could park in those spots after business hours. I was worried I would get towed.

Loved the brick Very disappointed there was no breakfast and no coffee pot in the room We ate in the dinning room for dinner. Waiter was very attentive and interesting however the food wasn't very good and was extremely expensive

We loved this place. The rooms are fabulous, the beds super comfy, the pillows are excellent. Clean, and amazing decor. We walked to the Lancaster Brewing Company 7 mos away-easy and had lamb burgers, wings, and strawberry wheat ale. You could smell the berries in the drink. Highly recommend

Check-in lobby was dark and congested. When booking, there was no indication that there was a separate building I’d be in, couldn’t see my car or the parking lot from my room, tight alley ways, and difficult access pattern to parking. Had to go down the elevator to use the microwave and coffee maker, and it was in a hall, no lounge space. The restaurant, in the main building was only open for dinner, had to leave to get breakfast, nothing in walking distance. Quaint, I won’t return or recommend.

We stayed at the Cork Factory Hotel for 3 nights recently attending a friend's wedding. We found the hotel to be a really good value, and loved our stay here. The first 2 nights were weekdays, and the hotel wasn't as crowded, however the last night was a Friday night, and the hotel was a little more busy. The hotel is in a beautifully restored factory, with authentic/antique beams/structural components. We did find that when someone occupied the room above us, the floor above us did creak and make some noise that was loud enough to wake us up. It's what you should expect for staying in a historic building. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good. My wife and I had 2 great meals there with tasty drinks. I highly recommend both!
