Instead, we were offered a discount because we had technically “used the facility.” The reality is that we only stayed because it was nearly midnight and we had nowhere else to go at that hour. Had we arrived earlier, we absolutely would have left immediately. I appreciate that the staff helped us change rooms, but a guest should never be given a room in that condition in the first place. This experience was extremely unsettling and disappointing 😞

The staff was very professional. Check in was extremely good,,, the rooms are always clean and a above average breakfast bar. I would recommend Comfort Inn to anyone traveling to the Post Falls area.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a nice location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the free breakfast. The only issue was that there is only one elevator, and it is not located in the building where we were staying, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. We would be happy to stay here again!
