Updating my stays over time. Once again the staff is the highlight of this hotel they are professional courteous and attentive. I am glad to see that the "real" coffee has been put back into play, the Folgers bags were cheap and disgusting. The room (which I admit I don't pick) was a bit more bare than I had in the past. There was no desk, and most importantly no mini-fridge! The small touches were missing too, there is usually a small box on the bed with a refreshing spray, that wasn't there, and the room smelled like it just had been perfumed. I've come to expect a certain level from this hotel as I've stayed here now at least five times, and I definitely cannot complain. From a guest standpoint it has everything that is necessary. Its the little things that I notice over time. I'll keep booking here because it's cost effective, clean (most importantly), and the staff is outstanding. I hope the management realizes that guests notice when costs are cut, even if it is small things. I'll update as time goes on.

Very nice hotel. Not far from a lot of major stores and restaurants. Also the location is not even that far from NY! Staff were friendly and very helpful. I liked that they had a restaurant Inside the hotel. Room very Clean and as Advertised.

Great hotel… only complaint was that the room was tiny

I had an accessible room. The shower was the only accessible feature. The heavy door needed auto open or some way the door wouldn’t close on my walker. The coffee maker and the safe were on high shelves. The coffee maker had no nearby plug. The refrigerator wasn’t turned on No microwave. Purchased a muffin for $4 for the road It was rancid Breakfast ended too early

The staff was great an allowed us to check in a bit early. The only issue was our door was not easy to shut. We managed to shut it while we were sleeping and away, but it had to be really slammed to get it to latch. This would be a good thing to get fixed.
