The hotel is run down and missing some of the amenities that are advertised. For example, there was no iron in the room and the bar and restaurant were both closed when I arrived at 9pm. The receptionist tried to charge me for breakfast that I had already paid for and I then had to ask to move rooms due to flying insects in the bathroom in my original room. The whole place had a feeling of having been abandoned and I did not feel at all comfortable. The towels and bedding were clean but other areas felt grubby and in need of re-decorating. The WiFi was poor quality and I did not see a single member of staff at breakfast or check out. It may be cheap but it's not good value. I would never choose to stay here again.

This Hotel keeps improving. The owners are certainly working hard. As with each of my stays hear, the room was clean, included tea and coffee, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi and plenty of channels on the TV. Water is hot and the luxury of a heated towel rail. Breakfast is much improved. Food is now available in the evenings. The menu is not large but the food was excellent and very well presented, the best meal I have had eating out in a long time. Three courses and a can of soft drink for under £20. I can certainly recommend the food and I am looking forward to my next stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights its just of a roundabout with a garage and a greggs. Rooms are very clean bright and airy. Bathroom as a bath and a shower bonus for me love me baths... breakfast what csn i say breakfast was carnaged absolutely disgraceful.. waited 35 mins for them to bring the hot stuff out in bits and drabs no plates, no cups no cultery. They bring boiled eggs out then you waited 20mins for bacon few pieces which were burnt and like rubber. at a time then you waited for sausages like the bacon a few at a time beans werwhich were under cooked and cold.. boiled eggs the yolk were black each time There were 2 young girls running the kitchen.... they only disappointmemt was the breakfast i would stop here again as the rooms are very very clean but i wouldnt even entertain the breakfast

The Hotel is very good value for money. Great for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean although would benefit redecorating. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a heated towel rail and free WiFi. Ample car parking. The Hotel lacks Bar/Restaurant but a Buffet style Breakfast is available. This looks much improved from my first stay. (I have stayed five times at this Hotel) There is now a Bistro menu in the evenings, I am looking forward to trying this on my next visit.

A quick 2 night stay to see friends nearby. From the outside we wiuld nit have bothered if we had not booked. They need a gang of friends to help tidy the weeds away and wipe down the paintwork. Inside a lovely friendly greeting from the guy on reception. Bedroom clean and tidy, bed pretty fair, bathroom good. Breakfast items a little sparce and sadly the beans were luke warm. Coukd do with investing in a hot water flask urn thing. Overall the place is clean and serves its purpose, you do not expect the ritz for the price and you would not be so friendly served at the ritz. Like me its tired and needs tlc.

This hotel apparantly has recently reopened after housing asylum seekers. There is a poor cleaning regime and general decoration is poor. We only discovered the once excellent restaurant on site no longer existed. Breakfast was sel& service to the extreme - I’ve never had to fill and boil a kettle in the breakfast area of a hotel before with the obvious public health and safety issues if there had been children present. I now know this is a cheap overnight bed stop in the main for tradesmen etc and not ideal for the elderly or couples on a road trip but that’s my fault for not checking reviews and rather remembering what a better place this was prior to 2020. At least there is EV charging at the adjacent garage. The hotel car park bin was overflowing with rubbish and I felt it necessary to use a steering lock for the night!

supreme Inn Boston first appearance was very sad, the out side area or gardens suffer for lack of care, it seen as if no care about the appearance. The trees all need cutting. Has we came inside the Hotel there was a smell and it was everywhere in the Hotel. The room was ok but the bathroom had spider webs all in the corners and the bath tub and basins need taking out [very old] the reception area in the evening had no one there. A note was on the deck which say ring this no if you need any help. any one would have come in side of the road into the hotel.Not safe. in the morning when leaving all the rooms cards was left on the ton of the reception desk because no one was there to book anyone out. Would I stay there again No... No ...No.

Room was ok but bathroom was grim ,mouldy and limescale over taps and showerhead. Woken up at 05.50 by someones child shouting this went on til.nearly 8am.

The first room had hair clmps in plugholes, rust and mould around the taps, bathroom door would not close. Moved to a second room, still rusty taps, grime around shower fixtures and leaked in differt direction to water spray. Room looked like had never been polished. Wardrobe doors stuck together and would not open. Provided milk in rooms was off and replacements no better. During second night had young dtunk woman, in underwear, banging door after unable to enter her room for an hour, reported to reception whom did nothing, then an hour later the banging and crying continued. We did not dare try the restaurant and would definitely not return. Ever.

Overall the room was clean and tidy, bedding and towels immaculate and the bed and pillows comfy. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful. Sadly no mattress cover. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and the underside of the bathroom taps had lots of limescale plus the washer between the shower head and hose seemed to have gone so it was leaking.There was no one on reception when I left to give feedback on these small issues

Price was good, room cleanliness and staff were good. BUT bed comfort was appalling absolutely terrible. Mattresses was all springs which cut into you and were noisy and could be felt the whole night. The pillows were also terrible (about 2 cm thick). If they invested in new beds it would have been great.

Room was ok but bathroom was grim ,mouldy and limescale over taps and showerhead. Woken up at 05.50 by someones child shouting this went on til.nearly 8am.

The first room had hair clmps in plugholes, rust and mould around the taps, bathroom door would not close. Moved to a second room, still rusty taps, grime around shower fixtures and leaked in differt direction to water spray. Room looked like had never been polished. Wardrobe doors stuck together and would not open. Provided milk in rooms was off and replacements no better. During second night had young dtunk woman, in underwear, banging door after unable to enter her room for an hour, reported to reception whom did nothing, then an hour later the banging and crying continued. We did not dare try the restaurant and would definitely not return. Ever.

Overall the room was clean and tidy, bedding and towels immaculate and the bed and pillows comfy. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful. Sadly no mattress cover. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and the underside of the bathroom taps had lots of limescale plus the washer between the shower head and hose seemed to have gone so it was leaking.There was no one on reception when I left to give feedback on these small issues

The hotel is run down and missing some of the amenities that are advertised. For example, there was no iron in the room and the bar and restaurant were both closed when I arrived at 9pm. The receptionist tried to charge me for breakfast that I had already paid for and I then had to ask to move rooms due to flying insects in the bathroom in my original room. The whole place had a feeling of having been abandoned and I did not feel at all comfortable. The towels and bedding were clean but other areas felt grubby and in need of re-decorating. The WiFi was poor quality and I did not see a single member of staff at breakfast or check out. It may be cheap but it's not good value. I would never choose to stay here again.

supreme Inn Boston first appearance was very sad, the out side area or gardens suffer for lack of care, it seen as if no care about the appearance. The trees all need cutting. Has we came inside the Hotel there was a smell and it was everywhere in the Hotel. The room was ok but the bathroom had spider webs all in the corners and the bath tub and basins need taking out [very old] the reception area in the evening had no one there. A note was on the deck which say ring this no if you need any help. any one would have come in side of the road into the hotel.Not safe. in the morning when leaving all the rooms cards was left on the ton of the reception desk because no one was there to book anyone out. Would I stay there again No... No ...No.

Brilliant. Nothing to fault and it exceeded my expectations. I would prefer to stay here than a premier inn/travelodge. The food was better than excellent, the staff were friendly, patient and polite. Very efficient and no negative feedback or comments. The room was a tad chilly when I first got in and wasn’t too sure how to warm it up, but figured out in the end and it was lovely. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you for having me and I look forward to staying again.

Unfortunately the negatives far out weight the positives and I wouldn’t recommend staying here or will I be returning. We stayed for one night as we were visiting family in the local area. On arrival we found that we were given the incorrect room and needed to move, while reception were helpful and move us unfortunately the second room was not very nice. The room had a strong smell in it, as we were checking in and going back out we opened the window thinking it would have cleared when we got back ….. it didn’t. In hindsight we should have asked to move room immediately. There unfortunately weren’t any staff around it ask. Facilities in the room weren’t great, we didn’t have enough towels, only three tiny hand towels. Again there were no staff to ask.

Stayed here for 2 nights its just of a roundabout with a garage and a greggs. Rooms are very clean bright and airy. Bathroom as a bath and a shower bonus for me love me baths... breakfast what csn i say breakfast was carnaged absolutely disgraceful.. waited 35 mins for them to bring the hot stuff out in bits and drabs no plates, no cups no cultery. They bring boiled eggs out then you waited 20mins for bacon few pieces which were burnt and like rubber. at a time then you waited for sausages like the bacon a few at a time beans werwhich were under cooked and cold.. boiled eggs the yolk were black each time There were 2 young girls running the kitchen.... they only disappointmemt was the breakfast i would stop here again as the rooms are very very clean but i wouldnt even entertain the breakfast

This Hotel keeps improving. The owners are certainly working hard. As with each of my stays hear, the room was clean, included tea and coffee, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi and plenty of channels on the TV. Water is hot and the luxury of a heated towel rail. Breakfast is much improved. Food is now available in the evenings. The menu is not large but the food was excellent and very well presented, the best meal I have had eating out in a long time. Three courses and a can of soft drink for under £20. I can certainly recommend the food and I am looking forward to my next stay.

This hotel apparantly has recently reopened after housing asylum seekers. There is a poor cleaning regime and general decoration is poor. We only discovered the once excellent restaurant on site no longer existed. Breakfast was sel& service to the extreme - I’ve never had to fill and boil a kettle in the breakfast area of a hotel before with the obvious public health and safety issues if there had been children present. I now know this is a cheap overnight bed stop in the main for tradesmen etc and not ideal for the elderly or couples on a road trip but that’s my fault for not checking reviews and rather remembering what a better place this was prior to 2020. At least there is EV charging at the adjacent garage. The hotel car park bin was overflowing with rubbish and I felt it necessary to use a steering lock for the night!

Was OK as a 1 night stop over but wouldn't go again. In the corridor on the way to the room there were a couple of lights that were flashing obviously needs addressing. In the room itself there were cobwebs all over the place, the lights were very dusty. There was no handle on the wall to help get in/out of the shower or bath. There were no plugs so couldn't have a proper shave. To top it all off it was 2 beds pushed together so not a proper double bed. Can't say much about the staff as only saw 1 person when checking in.

Contractor hotel on outskirts of Boston, everything was okay Has plenty of parking, good access, comfortable bed, quiet. Breakfast not great very cheap ingredients probably give it a miss next time. Plenty of hot water, working TV. Suited my needs as a base for a few days to visit Boston and Kings Lynn.

On arrival the staff we disinterested and were constantly on their private mobile phones. We had an issue with our room key and when we brought it to their attention it seemed like we were bothering them. They wouldnt let us book breakfast, said it was just turn up at the door. On arrival found out breakfast wasnt bring served at all and was only a petrol station near by. The room was as basic as it can be, the pictured advertising the room are maybe from when it fisted opened. There was damage to every bit of furniture. The bathroom itself clearly wasnt cleaned as there was still evidence of the previous guest in the room.
