Le lieu sans ambiance, sans grand intérêt et grand manque d’hygiène. Nous avons été choqués par le monsieur qui préparait les petits déjeuners. Cette personne est arrivée en retard selon l’heure indiquée à laquelle nous l’avions indiquée. Il ne paraissait dépassé et perturbé par la situation. Ce monsieur commence à cuisiner, et là, c’est le dégoût ! Il s’est mis à se moucher avec ses doigts, cracher dans l’évier, renifler en permanence, se curer le nez sans même se laver les mains. C’est un manque total d’hygiène. Je me suis même proposé de préparer les pancakes au vu du dégoût que nous avions. Le repas a été servi plus d’une heure après la commande. Avec seulement une petite assiette de pancakes et un chocolat chaud sur le coin d’une table. C’est bien beau d’écrire que le petit-déjeuner est inclus mais à ce compte-là autant ne rien faire ! Je conseille vivement d’aller au restaurant juste à côté, qui est beaucoup plus sympathique et où l’on mange très bien ! La direction ne considère en rien ses clients, elle ne se sent pas concernée malgré mes messages et relances. Aucune réponse.

Did not get a response to my emails prior to my arrival to get airport pick up had to take a taxi Minimal English speaking at the resort use Google translator Even with the translator, there were some confusion about what I was asking The included breakfast was nowhere that I could see or find There was a carafe copy that was very cold No one greeted me when I went over to instruct me as to where I would have breakfast once again no Comprende was usually the response even with my translator I had ceviche for lunch every day. It was delicious. There was no water in my five days I received two bottles of water My room was cute, quaint, clean, and surprisingly, although it is surrounded by lots of trees vines and thatch there were no bugs! The resort itself was exactly what I was looking for quaint organic. There’s a little pool as we enter to the resort on the right hand side, which is where I did most of my swimming it was clean and pretty and quiet. The remaining pools typically had leaves and debris in them I found my own way back to the airport to depart

This was a great property!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!!! Marvin is the greatest person ever!!! He is a true sweetheart!!! Can’t wait to return. They have the most peaceful beaches!!!😘😘😘
