Good food, nice setup, overall excellent stay. Unfortunately the pool was not functional during my stay but overall it's a very nice place. You can cook and there is refrigerator in the rooms.

Clean room and well maintained property

The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. However, the breakfast was not very good and there weren’t many options to choose from. We would have loved to have waffles for the kids, but they didn’t have a waffle maker available. The pool was also quite dirty, and we even found a baby’s diaper in it, which was very concerning.

Our check-in was delayed by two hours because we were told the previous guests had left the room in an extremely poor condition and housekeeping needed additional time to prepare it. We had taken an early flight specifically to maximize our first day, but because our room was not ready until 5:00 PM, the benefit of arriving early was completely lost. Later, we were informed that the real issue was a significant shortage of housekeeping staff, which left insufficient time to prepare rooms. What was particularly disappointing was the response we received from the hotel staff. Instead of offering a sincere apology, we were told that some guests check in as late as midnight and that a 5:00 PM check-in was therefore “not that bad.” This response showed very little understanding of the inconvenience caused to our family. We also booked and paid for a room with the reasonable expectation that it would be available at the advertised check-in time. If a guest were unable to pay the full room rate on time, it would not be considered acceptable for them to simply pay less. By the same logic, it is difficult to understand why the hotel would not be held accountable for failing to provide the room at the promised time. Furthermore, the advertised housekeeping schedule of service every other day was not followed during our stay, apparently due to the same staffing shortage.
