Chambre spacieuse avec balcon salle de bain merveilleuse avec grande baignoire et télévision, literie au top, service de chambre irréprochable. Petit déjeuner buffet varié Piscine sur le toit agréable Seul défaut le personnel du petit déjeuner désagréable le café arrive 20 min après la demande dis à peine bonjour ne débarrasse pas les table ils sont nombreux mais n’ont vraiment pas envie de travailler

Riesiges, beeindruckendes Hotel mit tollen Zimmer (vor allem das Bad) und vom Balkon & Pool Blick auf die Pferderennbahn. Gute gelegen für jede Richtung für Ausflüge in und um Dubai, mit Auto oder Taxi. Etwas merkt man das alter dem Hotel bei Möbeln an und das Frühstück war zwar gut, aber vier Tage das Gleiche.

Hôtel beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c'est. La qualité du buffet et diner et les options de restauration inexistantes ne sont pas du tout a la hauteur d'un 5 etoiles. Piscine minuscule pour un hôtel aussi grand. On a eu droit a des préparatifs d'un événement qui a conduit de la musique très forte pour les essais jusqu'à 22h30. Il a fallu que les residents de l'hôtel se plaignent pour que la musique cesse. Chambre belle mais manquant cruellement de prises électriques, machine nespresso HS... Quand on paie le prix demandé par cet hôtel, on s'attend à beaucoup beaucoup mieux.

Tres bel hotel un des meilleurs que nous ayons fait. Il est impressionnant les chambres sont magnifiques merci pour l upgrade. La vue de la piscine est incroyable , de notre balcon nous avons pu regarder la course c etait fabuleux. La nourriture est excellente et les pris sont equivalent à ceux de france donc pas exhorbitant. Le personnel est tres serviable. Merci à tous.

Nice hotel, big rooms, helpful staff, nice view. The sliding door for refrigerator room can’t be closed which keeps the light running all the time and disturbing my sleep. The breakfast was good but could be improved with more choices. Bed is not that comfortable as 5 star hotel.

First time back in 3 years and delighted to see some friendly faces staff wise who recognised us. I know it’s due a welcomed renovation between April and November but the people from conciege to breakfast at Farriars and the Pool area to Paddock View Restaurant are the heart beat. Specially like to recognise Prasanna efforts and service in both the latter mentioned areas. Breakfast team are brilliant too. Nothing is too much to ask. Can’t wait to see the new place in 2024

This was my absolute best hotel stay. I had such an amazing time here. The staff were all extremely friendly and polite. This was our first time in Dubai and we felt so welcomed and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and will only use this hotel when we return to the country. Thank you!

Gute gelegen für jede Richtung für Ausflüge in und um Dubai, mit Auto oder Taxi. Etwas merkt man das alter dem Hotel bei Möbeln an und das Frühstück war zwar gut, aber vier Tage das Gleiche.

Tres bel hotel un des meilleurs que nous ayons fait. Il est impressionnant les chambres sont magnifiques merci pour l upgrade. La vue de la piscine est incroyable , de notre balcon nous avons pu regarder la course c etait fabuleux. La nourriture est excellente et les pris sont equivalent à ceux de france donc pas exhorbitant. Le personnel est tres serviable. Merci à tous.

Nice hotel, big rooms, helpful staff, nice view. The sliding door for refrigerator room can’t be closed which keeps the light running all the time and disturbing my sleep. The breakfast was good but could be improved with more choices. Bed is not that comfortable as 5 star hotel.

Hôtel beaucoup trop chère pour ce que c'est. La qualité du buffet et diner et les options de restauration inexistantes ne sont pas du tout a la hauteur d'un 5 etoiles. Piscine minuscule pour un hôtel aussi grand. On a eu droit a des préparatifs d'un événement qui a conduit de la musique très forte pour les essais jusqu'à 22h30. Il a fallu que les residents de l'hôtel se plaignent pour que la musique cesse. Chambre belle mais manquant cruellement de prises électriques, machine nespresso HS... Quand on paie le prix demandé par cet hôtel, on s'attend à beaucoup beaucoup mieux.

A beautiful, spacious, bright, and comfortable hotel. My room was cleaned by a few people, however Marivic and Charlyn consistently made my room feel like home. Owing to the airspace being closed and many people being stuck in the UAE, the sunbeds by the pool were in high demand, so you had to get up there by 8am to reserve your sunbed for the day. Pool staff and lifeguards managed this well, and were brilliant at looking after everyone and keeping us hydrated. Sagara was my favourite by the pool! In-room dining was delicious, and I enjoyed several lunch items by the pool. At breakfast and dinner, we were well looked after and were offered refills constantly. The only part of the stay that let things down was the checkout process which was painful. Due to the Iran war, my airline had cancelled my intial flight and rebooked me onto a flight the following Sunday. I extended my room to match this, but days later, the airline then brought my flight home forward by 2 days. I couldn't change the flight back as they wanted to get people home ASAP. As I attempted to checkout early and get my invoices, I explained the above and was told that I had to contact Hotels.com to get them to shorten my stay. I wasn't focused on a refund at this stage, but was still made to jump through hoops just to check out. In the end, I still didn't get my final invoice. I would expect more understanding from a 5* hotel that I'd stayed at for 11 nights. Not the best start to my birthday.
