Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöner Pool und saubere Zimmer. Mit einem Mietwagen sind die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage perfekt. Ansonsten ist die Metro auch fußläufig erreichbar

Our special requests were listened to and a quiet room was allocated - the room was spotless ! The staff were marvellous, very courteous, warm and welcoming. Boede på hotellet i November 2025 i 14 overnatninger, hvor vi var to voksne og to unge mennesker på henholdsvis 16 og 17 år. Værelset dejligt rent og kæmpe stort i forhold til europæiske standarder. Alt personale på hotellet, -lige fra rengøringspersonalet til manden i porten i p-kælderen er super professionelt og servicemindet. Der bliver aldrig sagt nej eller det skal jeg lige undersøge... Der bliver altid sagt "of course" og så bliver ens ønske efterkommet uden yderligere spørgsmål. Hotellet ligger fuldstændig centralt i Bur Dubai, som er den gamle bydel. Old City ligger 500 væk og kun lige nede ad gaden, når man går til højre ud af indgangen fra hotellet. Helt tæt på hotellet og indenfor 100 meter ligger både spritnyt kæmpestort indkøbscenter og metrostation, med "connecting lines". Det vil sige, at flere linjer mødes på denne station. Selve hotellet er noget af det bedste vi har prøvet og alt fra morgenmad, som er kæmpe international morgenbuffet til poolområdet på taget er fuldstændig perfekt. Pooleområdet ligger mod syd og har infinitypool med udsigt udover Downtown Dubai. Der er fuld sol fra morgen til aften. Faciliteterne udover disse på resten af hotellet er helt i top og vi vil gerne komme med en kæmpe anbefaling af dette hotel. Det er ikke sidste gang vi selv har været der. Hotellet har kæmpe sportsbar, to lounges, natklub og to restauranter. Alkohol serveres i alle sammen. Dog er aldersgrænsen for ophold/indtag i natklub og bar 21 år.

Liked:Access to restaurants nearby and Old Dubai. Staff is courteous. Did not like: The property needs some serious renovations. It’s pretty dated and there is a weird stink in the room and closets The staff did try to refresh the room but it did not go away. The breakfast buffet is same options everyday. If you come as soon as the buffet opens you are good or else all the people start using their hands to pick food instead of tongs which is very unhygienic and staff does not bother about it. Water would not drain in the shower properly.

I don't often write reviews, but for this one i had to. We stayed here 10 days. They say its a luxury hotel 5 start. It is a 3 star and at most a 4 star hotel. We were on the executive floor on floor 18 in the 1813 room. First of all the hallway stinks. Second, every morning starting from 7 am to 11 am all u hear in the room is chairs that keep moving above you because of breakfast. Horrible for any late sleepers, and they call this floor executive... I have never seen more horrible pillows then this in a hotel. You have 2 pillows, one is a flat bread and the other big square one is like a balloon filled with air. The bed is average. This hotel needs to be downgraded. Its a scam. Hygiene: We went to the bar in the reception floor to enjoy some beers. We sat at the bar. When he poured the beers we saw like 10 or 15 small flies just take off. Disgusting. And when my girlfriend received her beer it smelled her glass smelled like cigarette. The gentleman working changed her beer right away but let me tell you it was disgusting. Probably some smoker had that glass b4 and it wasn't washed properly. Not a surprise at all after seeing all the flies hanging by the draft beers. Customer service: So after doing some shopping at dubai mall i bought myself some beers. I come to my room to find out my fridge in this luxury hotel isn't working. I call reception to have a bucket of ice and this hotel is so luxury they charge for ice... Incredible even tho my fridge wasn't working.

You have 2 pillows, one is a flat bread and the other big square one is like a balloon filled with air. The bed is average. This hotel needs to be downgraded. Its a scam. Hygiene: We went to the bar in the reception floor to enjoy some beers. We sat at the bar. When he poured the beers we saw like 10 or 15 small flies just take off. Disgusting. And when my girlfriend received her beer it smelled her glass smelled like cigarette. The gentleman working changed her beer right away but let me tell you it was disgusting. Probably some smoker had that glass b4 and it wasn't washed properly. Not a surprise at all after seeing all the flies hanging by the draft beers. Customer service: So after doing some shopping at dubai mall i bought myself some beers. I come to my room to find out my fridge in this luxury hotel isn't working. I call reception to have a bucket of ice and this hotel is so luxury they charge for ice... Incredible even tho my fridge wasn't working.

Boede på hotellet i November 2025 i 14 overnatninger, hvor vi var to voksne og to unge mennesker på henholdsvis 16 og 17 år. Værelset dejligt rent og kæmpe stort i forhold til europæiske standarder. Alt personale på hotellet, -lige fra rengøringspersonalet til manden i porten i p-kælderen er super professionelt og servicemindet. Der bliver aldrig sagt nej eller det skal jeg lige undersøge... Der bliver altid sagt "of course" og så bliver ens ønske efterkommet uden yderligere spørgsmål. Hotellet ligger fuldstændig centralt i Bur Dubai, som er den gamle bydel. Old City ligger 500 væk og kun lige nede ad gaden, når man går til højre ud af indgangen fra hotellet. Helt tæt på hotellet og indenfor 100 meter ligger både spritnyt kæmpestort indkøbscenter og metrostation, med "connecting lines". Det vil sige, at flere linjer mødes på denne station. Selve hotellet er noget af det bedste vi har prøvet og alt fra morgenmad, som er kæmpe international morgenbuffet til poolområdet på taget er fuldstændig perfekt. Pooleområdet ligger mod syd og har infinitypool med udsigt udover Downtown Dubai. Der er fuld sol fra morgen til aften. Faciliteterne udover disse på resten af hotellet er helt i top og vi vil gerne komme med en kæmpe anbefaling af dette hotel. Det er ikke sidste gang vi selv har været der. Hotellet har kæmpe sportsbar, to lounges, natklub og to restauranter. Alkohol serveres i alle sammen. Dog er aldersgrænsen for ophold/indtag i natklub og bar 21 år.

No management in checkin . Our special requests were listened to and a quiet room was allocated - the room was spotless ! The staff were marvellous, very courteous, warm and welcoming. Very poor experience with both check in and checkout. Front desk staff was rude. Could not find my reservation in the system and firmly said that I had no reservation even though I showed my Expedia reservation. Checkout had a hard time charging my credit card that they had put a deposit on. Took half an hour and then I had to use another credit card.

**Hotel Review: Park Regis Kris Kin Dubai** I recently stayed at Park Regis Kris Kin Dubai for 5 nights on a business trip and was thoroughly disappointed. Having stayed here more than a dozen times over the years, it’s disheartening to see the drastic decline in service quality. Unfortunately, this will likely be my last visit. Staff were polite but there were a some mixed information being given about the amenities. The Breakfast Service was fully occupied one morning and I was told that the same menu is avail on the Mezzanine level. When I got there only a partial menu was available and I was expexted to sit at the same table as othe families. Not happy considering how much I paid.

Great hotel and great staff. The only let down were the guests, it was Diwali week and a lot of overseas guests were staying here the behaviour of these guests was ridiculous and disrespectful towards staff and others staying at the hotel. Otherwise a good property, walking distance to Burjuman mall and tram station. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff.

Liked:Access to restaurants nearby and Old Dubai. Staff is courteous. Did not like: The property needs some serious renovations. It’s pretty dated and there is a weird stink in the room and closets The staff did try to refresh the room but it did not go away. The breakfast buffet is same options everyday. If you come as soon as the buffet opens you are good or else all the people start using their hands to pick food instead of tongs which is very unhygienic and staff does not bother about it. Water would not drain in the shower properly.

Good selection of buffet breakfast, all the staff are amazing from reception to housekeeping, we were particularly looked after by the following staff during breakfast, Karolin, Elvira, Twinide, Hemant, Ravishka. But all deserved recognition for their hardwork throughout our stay at the hotel

Good business hotel to stsy in. Close to redline metro sration and burjuman mall. Loads of restaurants in walking distance. Great rooftop pool and gym. Has jacuzzi , steam & Sauna Has a club with an amazing live band. Restaurant on the 19th was closed. The grandstand bar on ground floor has a good vibe with pool tables and live sports matches. Only things i didn't like were the pillows in the room. V uncomfortable 1 is a huge square one and the other was not full so had neck and back issues. Also the breakfast spread was not good with same items being out daily in the live counter. And no fresh juices . Frankly you can skip the breakfast when you book and go down to the many restaurants outside for a good indian breakfast .

very good hotel, 5 min walk burjuman mall and metro. nice and friendly reception . one point only: those food deliveries wating in the lobby hours in and out... disgusting. the pub and filipino club also very nice. food good.
