Brilliant stay. It's a great set up, with the apartments arranged around the pools and a small play area with table tennis, pool and a shaded area for smaller kids. The restaurant was excellent. Everything was in good condition, staff were helpful and friendly. Good recycling set up in the room too. It's also super close to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Would thoroughly recommend.

Just returned from a 3 nights stay at Club Del Carmen. Fantastic welcome from Ana, lovely clean apartment with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Lovely sea view balcony and brilliant What’s App concierge service from Ana and Sheila who answered any questions. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and whilst there is a morning or afternoon booking system in place, we found beds available at any time. The bar area is lovely and well run, all the staff are super friendly. Situated in a quieter area of Peurto Del Carmen with some great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Just an overall cracking little place and will definitely return in the future.

Idéalement situé, appartement très grand, propre, joli et fonctionnel. Des places de parking dans la rue devant sans souci. Le restaurant sur place qui fait de l emporté, à un pas de l océan. Seul bémol la gestion de la piscine, avec des réservations à faire pour la demi journée, même si il y a autre chose à faire sur l île, cette gestion est pas top.

Very good standard accommodation, filter tap for drinking water and air conditioning were big pluses. Lovely pool area and the on site bar and restaurant , Bailybar offered happy hour deals and very nice meals.

Area and hotel very much targeted at beach and poolside type holidays. Seemed perfectly nice for this, good pool and over the road from large beach, just on the edge of the main strip and larger beaches. We had hire car and used hotel as base for day trips etc. also perfectly good for this too.

The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon. The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's. However, would I return, possibly.

Stayed here numerous times and I've never been anywhere soo clean and such attentive staff, excellent accommodation and spotless warm pool. Bar food is reasonably priced and great quality, breakfast is especially a must!!! Great provisions for disabled accessibility and staff go above and beyond to ensure you have an excellent stay.

The full resort was spotless with everything you need to enjoy a sunshine holiday. Every staff member is pleasant and really go the extra mile. Would highly recommend Club Del Carmen to everyone whether thats couples, families or the elderly. Loved the place.

We only stayed for one night but wished it was longer. The rooms were really lovely - stylish and well appointed - the staff were fabulous, the sea views were excellent! We liked that there was a full kitchen in the rooms too, AND filtered water on tap. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay at an exellent resort. We keep returning despite very uncomfortable beds. The facilities make up for this. Maybe the new ownership- Hilton- will address this issue.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. Everything was so clean and well organised. My apartment was so spacious. The bed very comfortable, the air conditioning worked beautifully. There is a restaurant within the club where l enjoyed delicious food and drinks during my stay. Also there is a convenient local bus stop just opposite the hotel. Thank you to the amazing staff that worked tirelessly and made me feel welcomed. Gracias!

Amazing 2nd stay already rebooking. great accomodation spotlessly clean and quality furniture and kitchen everything you need also clean water tap to fill fridge staff polite and courteous across site pools lovely have always ate out at favourite restaurants but the pool bar was outstanding food and staff lovely any requests were fulfilled and great with children and elderly parents couldn't do enough for them also very safe and secure. reception staff available 24hrs and happy to help with any queries thank you and see you soon!

Second time staying at Club del Carmen. Staff are excellent and the facilities are great. Not overcrowded and just a nice comfortable relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa as we travelled with our Son and his partner and their 2 year old. Fantastic villa with everything in you could possibly need. Bailey’s bar was again excellent when we used it and treat our Grandson fantastically well and even had him up singing. Bing thank you to all the staff in the hotel and Bailey’s, looking forward to our next visit.

Second time staying at Club del Carmen. Staff are excellent and the facilities are great. Not overcrowded and just a nice comfortable relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa as we travelled with our Son and his partner and their 2 year old. Fantastic villa with everything in you could possibly need. Bailey’s bar was again excellent when we used it and treat our Grandson fantastically well and even had him up singing. It was fabulous from the moment we entered the gate- in fact our entire holiday was amazing because of this wonderful resort- excellent staff in reception & restaurant/bar-all extremely friendly & helpful.

Stayed one night with family of 4 at Euro 250/night. Not impressed at all. The surroundings is nice and pool area as well. However customer service is non existent. Everything comes with a charge, even towels for the pool. Even when then accepting the charge nothing is then available. No flexibility from staff and willingness to find solutions to ex. allowing to use towels from room or late check out. Other places in the area offer much better service and “can-do” attitude. Apparently run as a timeshare, but then maybe not offer rooms on Hotels.com!

Everything comes with a charge, even towels for the pool. Even when then accepting the charge nothing is then available. No flexibility from staff and willingness to find solutions to ex. allowing to use towels from room or late check out. Other places in the area offer much better service and “can-do” attitude. Apparently run as a timeshare, but then maybe not offer rooms on Hotels.com!

The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon. The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's. However, would I return, possibly.

We had a great time at club del carmen, all staff were really helpful and nice. Simona in reception was really helpful and the lads in Baileys bar Bob Iliam and Paddy were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. The place was spotlessly clean and to a very high standard. It is in a nice quiet area of PDC with the beach on your doorstep. Top class place and will definitely be back.

Idéalement situé, appartement très grand, propre, joli et fonctionnel. Des places de parking dans la rue devant sans souci. Le restaurant sur place qui fait de l emporté, à un pas de l océan. Seul bémol la gestion de la piscine, avec des réservations à faire pour la demi journée, même si il y a autre chose à faire sur l île, cette gestion est pas top.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. Everything was so clean and well organised. My apartment was so spacious. The bed very comfortable, the air conditioning worked beautifully. There is a restaurant within the club where l enjoyed delicious food and drinks during my stay. Also there is a convenient local bus stop just opposite the hotel. Thank you to the amazing staff that worked tirelessly and made me feel welcomed. Gracias!

Very well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. Aircon very efficient. Ground floor apartment perfect for us and easy walking to the decent size pool. Great position within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Area and hotel very much targeted at beach and poolside type holidays. Seemed perfectly nice for this, good pool and over the road from large beach, just on the edge of the main strip and larger beaches. We had hire car and used hotel as base for day trips etc. also perfectly good for this too.

Just returned from a 3 nights stay at Club Del Carmen. Fantastic welcome from Ana, lovely clean apartment with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Lovely sea view balcony and brilliant What’s App concierge service from Ana and Sheila who answered any questions. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and whilst there is a morning or afternoon booking system in place, we found beds available at any time. The bar area is lovely and well run, all the staff are super friendly. Situated in a quieter area of Peurto Del Carmen with some great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Just an overall cracking little place and will definitely return in the future.

We had a fantastic short stay in a two bed apartment. Staff are all great. This is the best accommodation we have stayed at so far in that resort. The food is also great, compliments to the chef. Thanks for a great stay.

Very good standard accommodation, filter tap for drinking water and air conditioning were big pluses. Lovely pool area and the on site bar and restaurant , Bailybar offered happy hour deals and very nice meals.

Amazing 2nd stay already rebooking. great accomodation spotlessly clean and quality furniture and kitchen everything you need also clean water tap to fill fridge staff polite and courteous across site pools lovely have always ate out at favourite restaurants but the pool bar was outstanding food and staff lovely any requests were fulfilled and great with children and elderly parents couldn't do enough for them also very safe and secure. reception staff available 24hrs and happy to help with any queries thank you and see you soon!

Second time staying at Club del Carmen. Staff are excellent and the facilities are great. Not overcrowded and just a nice comfortable relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa as we travelled with our Son and his partner and their 2 year old. Fantastic villa with everything in you could possibly need. Bailey’s bar was again excellent when we used it and treat our Grandson fantastically well and even had him up singing. Bing thank you to all the staff in the hotel and Bailey’s, looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed here numerous times and I've never been anywhere soo clean and such attentive staff, excellent accommodation and spotless warm pool. Bar food is reasonably priced and great quality, breakfast is especially a must!!! Great provisions for disabled accessibility and staff go above and beyond to ensure you have an excellent stay.

Have a great long weekend in May, good location not far from beach. Local supermarket 3mins from apartment with larger Spar being 10mins walk away (great Italian next to Spar -Sorrento di Italia). Lovely balcony overlooking pool with 2 sun loungers, table & 4 chairs although bit tight on space if using all furniture! Also have sofa, nice lounge chair & kitchen table & 4 chairs so plenty of seating options inside. Required to book sun loungers by pool with lifeguard in advance but system seemed to work. Live singers at apartment bar in evening.

Absolutely spotless room with everything you could imagine. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, air con and high speed WiFi! Was such a lovely treat to have a night here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar has happy hour twice a day (2 for 1) and the staff there are also lovely and friendly. You can book sun loungers the day before which means you don’t have to rush around to find one. Highly recommend, will absolutely be back!

We loved these apartments, love the attention to detail, comfort and eco friendly policies and care. We have been coming to Lanzarote a few years and usually stay in a nearby complex. We had to extend our two week trip for medical reasons and there was no availability where we were already staying. We had 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment, it was so much more comfortable than where we usually stay. Bed comfy, good sleep, sofa comfy, kitchen so much better equipped, even has a blender! There is so much attention to detail, eco friendly toiletries, paper and policies. Recycling, water bottle and filtered water was so good compared to us dragging large bottles of plastic around for the previous two weeks. Loved the insect nets at all doors and windows, no bugs or flying insects. We did have a few mini ants in the kitchen which were attracted to food. Once we kept all the food in the fridge and not cupboards they went away, I mentioned this on leaving but it didn’t really bother us during the trip. The What’s app service was brilliant, I really felt like the customer service was the best I have ever experienced in Lanzarote, texts to check if we were ok, texts half way through the stay, weather updates, menus, prompt responses, paella cooking demonstrations.. The pool is lovely , just the right temperature, cool for swimming but not icy cold. Jacuzzi nice. It’s a small complex so you are in close proximity to neighbours but we weren’t disturbed. Can location. We will be back!
