Breakfast is probably the best part of our stay in this hotel, which I've rarely found in a three-stars hotel. All in all, the tranquility of the place and the availability of outdoor parking are to be appreciated. Make sure you check in before 22:00, otherwise no one will open the front door of the hotel for you. If you are looking for a hotel that allows you to cook in your room, this is the one for you. In fact, the room is equipped with a full kitchen, even if in front of the bed.

The hotel is in a quiet location with free parking. At check in the host gave us a menu for the restaurant on site. He said to pick anything on the menu and he would cook it for us. We are so glad we took him up on his offer as the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was really good too.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend organisiert. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken war vielfältig und von hoher Qualität. Das Parken auf dem reservierten Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels verlief problemlos.

This is a small hotel at the top edge of Bad Ragaz. It's quite charming in its way and we had a good week here - skiing. I would be happy to stay again. We only saw two staff/owners here - both were very welcoming and helpful - anything we asked they were only too happy to help. We asked for a few relatively simple things - an early breakfast on the last day to leave for a flight - this was no problem, and if we could borrow a Swiss power adaptor - again no problem. Wifi - an essential in a modern hotel - was fast, easy to connect, and gave no problems all week. They have a different network on each floor (same password) and it was very efficient. Breakfast - there was a good variety and it was well laid out. One chap kept it in very good order and I'm sure that he would be happy to do other things if asked. A nice touch was that they had tea/coffee etc. on in the afternoon as well, which made it pleasant to sit downstairs after the day's skiing catching up on work emails. Parking - there are some allocated spaces a short way further up the street. However - there aren't that many, and one night we found they were all full. That night I had to find a space in town. I asked the guy on reception the following day and he said there was a private space opposite I could have used - parking spaces in Switzerland are very tightly controlled. This is something to ask about on arrival. I've said a little more on Trip Advisor.

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay here with my wife. The younger receptionist seemed a bit perturbed when we arrived, but then was just fine and friendly the next day. The room was clean, enjoyed the shower, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. A great stay for the price. Just watch out, for 2 people in the vicinity, you won't find dinner for less than 100 euros.

Sjarmerende lite hotell i en rolig sidegate i Bad Ragaz. Rommene er av eldre dato, men det er rent og det er gode senger. Uteområdet er koselig, perfekt å sitte med en kopp kaffe og nyte utsikten. Frokosten hadde godt utvalg av frisk frukt, grønnsaker og hva du måtte ønske. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang, og anbefaler hotellet videre til andre. Takk for oss.

This is an Expedia VIP property… but I’m not sure how. I woke up with bites on my legs. My legs are now swollen. The temperature in our room was very high and we couldn’t control it. The bathroom was very basic. When we sat on the toilet, the seat would close on you so it rested on your back whilst on the toilet. Breakfast was the worst. We arrived just before 9 and it was just leftovers. After much persuasion they managed to microwave a couple more sausages so we could eat something. I knew it was microwaved because of the pinging when it was cooked. We had a small cockroach walking along the table when we were eating. It was at that point we left breakfast and ate elsewhere. This place was just too dirty to operate as a hotel.

Unless you keep your expectations high, you’ll like this hotel. It’s a small hotel in an old building in a small town. Furnitures in the room are pretty old too but cleanness is good. Breakfast served in the morning was good as well- but again don’t keep your expectations too high.

Da scheinbar alle Zimmer belegt waren, musste ich in Zimmer 11 (unterm Dach mit schräge) übernachten. Zimmer war sehr alt, Waschbecken im Zimmer und Toilette, Bad separat, aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Klimaanlage und sehr warm.
Da scheinbar alle Zimmer belegt waren, musste ich in Zimmer 11 (unterm Dach mit schräge) übernachten. Zimmer war sehr alt, Waschbecken im Zimmer und Toilette, Bad separat, aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Klimaanlage und sehr warm.

Very noisy if anyone use bathroom or talk to other room you can hear it. Online it shows a 700 SF suite but the suite won’t be more than 300 sf. In Secon room only a bed and a small table could fit with no ventilation. No bed sheets only mattress covers when asked for bedsheets i was told told it would be 10 euro for each bedsheet. Won’t recommend.

Hotel mais antigo , sem ar codicionado no verao o que vc precisa abrir as portas e com isso tem um predio enorme olhando pra cama , sem.privacidade NENHUMA . Tem um rio que passa , que é agradavem da varanda .. uma varanda como o quarto bem improvisado .. antigo . A cidade é linda vale muito vir .. mas as 21h nao tem mais ninguem na rua rs

Gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel in einem älteren, aber renovierten Gebäude an einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, ein paar Gehminuten von Bushaltestellen und Läden. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten; trotz Lage zur Strasse nachts ruhig; das Bad (mit Dusche) war sehr klein. Das Frühstück bot eine grosse Auswahl - von verschiedenen Brotsorten und Konfitüre über Käse, Aufschnitt, Joghurt, gebratenen Würsten und Eiern bis zu frischem Obst und Gemüse; für ausreichend Nachschub wurde laufend gesorgt. Das Restaurant war leider (noch) geschlossen; ein Hinweis auf der Homepage oder am Restaurant selbst wäre hilfreich gewesen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt - gerne wieder.

Wir waren positiv überrascht über die grösse des Zimmers. Auch die Auswahl auf dem Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Zudem ist das Hotel gut gelegen aus unserer Sicht. Uns hat es gefallen.

Beim Check in war die Reseption nicht besetzt und erst bei mehrmaligen klingeln wurde jemand auf uns Aufmerksam. Jedoch wurde uns die Tourismusabgabe 3x verrechnet, obschon Kinder bis 16 davon ausgenommen sind (wurde korrekt auf der Reservierung angegeben). Rückmeldung der Rezeption, das ist nun so und wird nicht rückerstattet.

Sjarmerende lite hotell i en rolig sidegate i Bad Ragaz. Rommene er av eldre dato, men det er rent og det er gode senger. Uteområdet er koselig, perfekt å sitte med en kopp kaffe og nyte utsikten. Frokosten hadde godt utvalg av frisk frukt, grønnsaker og hva du måtte ønske. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang, og anbefaler hotellet videre til andre. Extreemely high priced compared to 2.5 star actual quality! Gives the impression of being some kind of luxuory hotel, but is not. The recepcion is a boot, and not manned after certain hours. Small and poor room and bathroom compared to any 50-60 euro hotel anywhere else! I want my money back!!!

This is a small hotel at the top edge of Bad Ragaz. It's quite charming in its way and we had a good week here - skiing. I would be happy to stay again. We only saw two staff/owners here - both were very welcoming and helpful - anything we asked they were only too happy to help. We asked for a few relatively simple things - an early breakfast on the last day to leave for a flight - this was no problem, and if we could borrow a Swiss power adaptor - again no problem. Wifi - an essential in a modern hotel - was fast, easy to connect, and gave no problems all week. They have a different network on each floor (same password) and it was very efficient. Breakfast - there was a good variety and it was well laid out. One chap kept it in very good order and I'm sure that he would be happy to do other things if asked. A nice touch was that they had tea/coffee etc. on in the afternoon as well, which made it pleasant to sit downstairs after the day's skiing catching up on work emails. Parking - there are some allocated spaces a short way further up the street. However - there aren't that many, and one night we found they were all full. That night I had to find a space in town. I asked the guy on reception the following day and he said there was a private space opposite I could have used - parking spaces in Switzerland are very tightly controlled. This is something to ask about on arrival. I've said a little more on Trip Advisor.

Breakfast is probably the best part of our stay in this hotel, which I've rarely found in a three-stars hotel. All in all, the tranquility of the place and the availability of outdoor parking are to be appreciated. Make sure you check in before 22:00, otherwise no one will open the front door of the hotel for you. If you are looking for a hotel that allows you to cook in your room, this is the one for you. In fact, the room is equipped with a full kitchen, even if in front of the bed.

朝食が質、料共に豊富で良かった。 テルメが歩いて数分のところにあります。 ハイジパーク、テルメの源泉までハイキングで行けます。日本人にはやはりライスが必要です。電子レンジを頼んだら部屋まで持ってきてくれた。ありがとうございました。

The hotel is in a quiet location with free parking. At check in the host gave us a menu for the restaurant on site. He said to pick anything on the menu and he would cook it for us. We are so glad we took him up on his offer as the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was really good too.

This is an Expedia VIP property… but I’m not sure how. I woke up with bites on my legs. My legs are now swollen. The temperature in our room was very high and we couldn’t control it. The bathroom was very basic. When we sat on the toilet, the seat would close on you so it rested on your back whilst on the toilet. Breakfast was the worst. We arrived just before 9 and it was just leftovers. After much persuasion they managed to microwave a couple more sausages so we could eat something. I knew it was microwaved because of the pinging when it was cooked. We had a small cockroach walking along the table when we were eating. It was at that point we left breakfast and ate elsewhere. This place was just too dirty to operate as a hotel.

The hotel claims on various booking sites to have pool facilities. However, there was no pool to be found at this hotel. We arrived at breakfast at a normal time. Many of the options had run out. We asked the staff if they could refill the food, and they said they would, but nothing happened. Be aware that the room is very warm and there is no air conditioning.

Was supposed to have parking(only 5slots, no info where to alternatively) couldn’t park on the road and go ask. Room was supposed to have adjustable air con, only had a noisy floor fan. Room was supposed to have dining area/table, did not. Weird smell, body hair o sheets, could open window blinds. Good coffee and decent breakfast might the only upside on this old hotel for our stay. Do not know if other rooms might be remodelled or something, but our room looked nothing like those pics and was really tiny. Luckily only stayed for one night, not a pleasant stay by any standards. Was planning to take photos for uploading but forgot to say the wifi didn’t work on the upstair.

Room was clean. Shower and sink are in one part. Toilet is in another part. So, there is facility for hand washing in Toilet. You need to come out and go to the other part for hand wash. There in elevator so, if you are going with big checked baggage, be prepare.
