This is more than just a hotel, this is a superbe alpine style resort with heart stunning decor and construction, it is the epitome of perfection, I would highly recommend you make a stop here and make it part of your Moroccan journey. it’s more than a stay, it’s an experience that will touch your senses and you’ll remember forever. The staff is the cream of the crop and attend to your every need before you even ask, the sauna is world class, the indoor heated pool is simply a joy. The rooms have a distinct home feel with a balcony overlooking a serene natural environment with birds flying overhead.

Excellent séjour au Michlifen! Un accueil chaleureux! Un merci particulier à Zineb qui nous a accueilli le premier jour et à Ibrahim qui est très serviable et d’une grande gentillesse à la piscine. Le restaurant oriental de l’hôtel est super!

My experience at Michlefin fell far below expectations for a hotel of this rating and price point. The overall service quality was disappointing and inconsistent with what one would expect from a premium establishment. Staff training and guest service standards require significant improvement — the level of professionalism should align more closely with that of leading hotels such as the Four Seasons. The jacuzzi was particularly disappointing. Charging €1 per minute for use feels unreasonable, especially considering it was poorly maintained and unhygienic, with visible debris and hair. Although the manager, Rashid, was courteous and offered an apology, there was no meaningful resolution, and I was ultimately charged for the jacuzzi despite the condition it was in. Room service was also subpar. The food arrived cold, and the fries tasted as though they had been cooked in fish oil — very unpleasant and far from the quality expected. The only positive aspect of the dining experience was the dessert, which was quite good. Overall, Michlefin needs to make substantial improvements in both service delivery and facility maintenance to justify its pricing and reputation.

We loved the garden and the farm area, the resort is splendid. One small disadvantage is the fact that it's isolated from the city center. Must drive about 10 to 15 minutes if you need anything the hotel doesn't have. Small price to pay in exchange of the tranquility. Highly recommend it. Will go back

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et je tiens à exprimer ma satisfaction. L'accueil a été exceptionnel, grâce à l'attention particulière de Hakima au bar et de Loubna au service de chambre. Elles ont fait en sorte que mon séjour soit agréable et mémorable. Leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité ont vraiment fait la différence. Les chambres étaient impeccables et les services offerts étaient de grande qualité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit chaleureux et accueillant. The rooms, service, SPA etc. were excellent. But first evening we did eat at the international restaurant. One year back, when I last visited the hotel, this was a very good restaurant. The food was really bad! There were 7 people eating different courses, and nobody was happy with the meal My Gazpacho Fish Filets, the fish was hours away from turning really bad and I did need to ask for and put lemon, salt and pepper on it to be able to eat it. My meat main course was also tasteless. Until the hotel changes the chef, it is better to eat outside of the hotel.
The rooms, service, SPA etc. were excellent. But first evening we did eat at the international restaurant. One year back, when I last visited the hotel, this was a very good restaurant. The food was really bad! I booked garden view room and they gave me the worse room that having hotel entrance while my selected kig bed size was double beds fit next to each other making mid line between the two beds uncomfortable to sleep at all. When i asked them to change my room thay informed me that the hotel is fully booked. But when i check their web site there were many rooms available!!! Finally they told me that i got very cheap price online and if i want to change to better garden view room i should pay additional 1500 dirham!!! Totally unprofessional.

Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour en amoureux ou même en famille, ils ont pensé à tous les détails, aucun point négatif. Mention spécial pour la réceptionniste NAOUAR et son responsable RACHID, ils étaient très à l’écoute et ont fait leur max pour que le séjour se passe à merveille. Un grand merci à ALI le responsable du restaurant ainsi que RABIE qui m’ont aidé à préparer une belle surprise à ma femme pour son anniversaire. Franchement une très belle découverte et mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles ⭐️

Nous séjournons dans cet hôtel avec ma famille régulièrement, mes 2 frères ainsi que moi même. Nous avions jusqu’à maintenant une appréciation excellente sur cet hôtel, il suffit de regarder nos évaluations précédentes mais je dois avouer que notre dernière expérience a été très décevante pour un hôtel qui s’affiche comme un 5 étoiles. Dès l’accueil, nous avons été refroidis… après avoir réglé les formalités de check-in, on nous propose un welcome drink, au moment d’être servi mon épouse reçoit 2 verres sur elle, la serveuse était très gênée. Nous l’avons calmée en lui disant que ce n’était pas grave mais ensuite la situation a été épique… du jamais vu et pourtant nous avons l’habitude de voyager partout dans le monde… 2 personnes de l’accueil se sont précipitées pour demander à la serveuse de partir et pour nous demander de nous lever car notre chambre était prête. Je précise que nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, qui s’apprêtaient à se rafraîchir par cette chaleur… nous attendions une attention particulière par rapport à ce qui s’était passé mais rien ne s’est passé… merci le service !!! Le second point négatif est que nous sommes allés à la piscine, la personne se chargeant de distribuer les serviettes nous croise sans rien nous proposer, c’est alors que je l’interpelle en lui demandant 4 serviettes… après 20min d’attente ma femme s’est rendu à la réception pour se plaindre et c’est après 10min de plus qu’il est revenu nous jeter les 4 serviettes sur les transats…

L'hotel est magnifique et reposant. Les chambres sont bien equipes. Par contre le servixe est tres decevant on a pris une option stay and ftour pour le ramandan mais au moment du sourh on nous a oublie la moigie du repas on avait reserve pour 4h30 ils sont arrives a 4h50 alors qu'il fallait arreter de manger a 5h06. On viulait resetve pour le spa le soir on noua sut que c'etait full toute la soiree quand on etait a la piscine le spa etait vide.Et quand tu dis a la reception les points negatifs on te repond dommage. Franchement dommage pour cet endroit qui merite pas un tel service surtout pour un 5 etapiles et pour le prix que tu paye.

Excellent séjour au Michlifen! Un accueil chaleureux! Un merci particulier à Zineb qui nous a accueilli le premier jour et à Ibrahim qui est très serviable et d’une grande gentillesse à la piscine. Le restaurant oriental de l’hôtel est super!

My experience at Michlefin fell far below expectations for a hotel of this rating and price point. The overall service quality was disappointing and inconsistent with what one would expect from a premium establishment. Staff training and guest service standards require significant improvement — the level of professionalism should align more closely with that of leading hotels such as the Four Seasons. The jacuzzi was particularly disappointing. Charging €1 per minute for use feels unreasonable, especially considering it was poorly maintained and unhygienic, with visible debris and hair. Although the manager, Rashid, was courteous and offered an apology, there was no meaningful resolution, and I was ultimately charged for the jacuzzi despite the condition it was in. Room service was also subpar. The food arrived cold, and the fries tasted as though they had been cooked in fish oil — very unpleasant and far from the quality expected. The only positive aspect of the dining experience was the dessert, which was quite good. Overall, Michlefin needs to make substantial improvements in both service delivery and facility maintenance to justify its pricing and reputation.

Horrible experience will never come here again. We had our wedding and came here straight after. We checked in at 1am with a large group of our friends. We all booked deluxe garden rooms. As the couple we checked in first and we asked for an upgrade. We wanted to PAY for this upgrade but they explained that they were completely booked. As in the hotel was full. We had 7 rooms booked all under the same amount and type but under different names. As it was a late night and we explained that we were the couple. They explained they were going to give us surprise they decorated the room with 4 red balloons and white flower petals. We were initially very happy and enjoyed the room. It’s a gorgeous hotel. The next day while we were enjoying our day with our friends. They showed us their garden deluxe rooms. They actually had been upgraded without asking into deluxe suites that have full living rooms 2 bathroom and a soaking tub. Two of our friends received these rooms. I was so upset because they checked in not even 10 min after us, they did not ask and they booked the same room type as us. Why would the staff lie and intentionally ruin our wedding night: we even compared hotel receipts we payed 300 dirhams more for a shittier room and 4 red balloons. I have never been more offended as a bride staying in a 5 star hotel. The lack of care to give two upgrades to our group and not us even when we asked. They knew we just had our freaking wedding and we’re choosing them.

We loved the garden and the farm area, the resort is splendid. One small disadvantage is the fact that it's isolated from the city center. Must drive about 10 to 15 minutes if you need anything the hotel doesn't have. Small price to pay in exchange of the tranquility. Highly recommend it. Will go back

The rooms, service, SPA etc. were excellent. But first evening we did eat at the international restaurant. One year back, when I last visited the hotel, this was a very good restaurant. The food was really bad! There were 7 people eating different courses, and nobody was happy with the meal My Gazpacho Fish Filets, the fish was hours away from turning really bad and I did need to ask for and put lemon, salt and pepper on it to be able to eat it. My meat main course was also tasteless. Until the hotel changes the chef, it is better to eat outside of the hotel.

The property is beautiful. It's a sprawling resort with areas outdoors in the woods near a cascading springs that I enjoyed sitting at. I liked the lobby, the swimming pools and the exercise room. Checking in was easy. You're sat in the very nice lobby and you're greeted with a nice apple lemon ginger juice while the check in is proceeding. The staff is very nice, attentive and professional. The room is very nice, nicely decorated and the linen is crispy clean white cotton. The appetizers in the lobby were very good. But the drinks are crazy expensive. There were a few glitches: my minibar was empty. This is an expensive hotel. When I brought this issue to the management, they offered to fill it. But it did seem to me as if they were cutting corners. Also, my room was dark. The lighting was dim and not enough to read. It was a room to just retire to and go to bed and watch TV. It's unpleasant to not have enough light in a room, especially if you want to read. In the daytime, the room tends to be dark in the part away from the window. When I brought this matter to the management, they offered to upgrade me to a suite. However, the sitting room in the suite was even darker while the bedroom was brighter. I thus declined the upgrade. The lobby is very nice but it too needs a bit more lighting in some spots. I had to look for a corner with enough light to read the menu and see my food.
