Ett äldre hotell som funnits med länge men som ändock håller fanan högt. Fantastiskt tillmötesgående personal, trevliga lokaler. Makalös utsikt över bergen och otroligt skönt onzen.

The room is clean. The toilet and bathroom are in separate rooms which is good. Hotel staff is very helpful when we asked for information. Ample parking space but chargeable at 1000Yen per day.

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet is excellent. What impressed me most was the customer service. I left something in my room after checking out and didn’t realize it until the next day. I contacted the hotel through the Hotels.com messaging feature and the staff were so responsive and went above and beyond to coordinate getting this delivered to my next hotel. I did not expect the hotel to respond so quickly and to go as far as to coordinate with the next hotel to ensure my item was returned to me. I am thoroughly impressed with the staff here. I would definitely stay here again.
