A short distance from Takayama Station within walking distance. Excellent service include free flow of ice pop and a bowl of simple ramen as supper. Onsen view overlooking northern alps during clear weather. Pte onsen usage could have improved by booking slot to prevent time slot over run served as a reminder. During my stay, encounter a foreign couple being inconsiderate who occupied more than 1 hour.

Private Onsens at the top floor were amazing. Room felt nice and very traditional. The staff were all very helpful and versed in english and the hotel gave out so many free amenities like free shaved ice and ramen daily!

清潔で雰囲気も落ち着いていて、食事などのサービスも優秀でした。駐車場は立体で面倒かと思いましたが、積雪の多い時期だったので、かえって安心でスムーズに移動できました。

We took the Hida from Nagoya and as soon as you exit, it is a shoe 5-minute walk to your right. The check in was through a kiosk and staff was there to assist if needed. After checking in, the staff explained all of the features of the hotel including the barefoot policy, the onsen and the included nightly ramen service. Our room was spacious with a tea service container on the table. The amenities included a double and single bed, refrigerator, makeup area for my wife, a television (never used while we were there!), and a very nice bathroom. The onsen on the 13th floor had a waiting area with public men’s and women’s onsens along with three private onsens. Also on the 13th floor was a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Washing was free and the dryer cost 100Y for 20 min. The hotel was very close (10 min walk) to the old town and the daily Miyagawa outdoor market. An amazing hotel that I’d recommend 100%!

A great location - a few minutes to the station and 10-15 min walk to old town. Really nice Ryokan style facility - shoes off at the entrance, Tatami mats throughout, group and individual onsens on the top floor with views of the city And the breakfast buffet was an impressive array of eastern and western foods.

Hotel with a hint of Japanese ryokan style, with tatami mat floors from reception onwards. Cleanliness was top notch. Hotel was beyond my expectations. There are private and public onsens. The onsen waiting room felt like a place for social gathering whilst waiting for their turn for the private onsen. Hotel is within 5 mins from the station and within 10 mins walk to the morning market. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

とても良いホテルです。フロントの方の説明は丁寧で分かりやすく、対応も早かったです。海外からのゲストには英語で対応されていました。大浴場、貸切風呂も清潔で気持ちの良い空間でした。温泉の泉質も私は気に入りました。温度もちょうどいいぐらいでした。朝食も種類も多く、一つひとつがとても美味しく、朝からガッツリ食べて元気になりました。飛騨牛を朝から食べられて幸せでした。夜の夜鳴きそばも夜食にちょうど良い量でした。また高山に来る際は利用したいと思います。

A middle-to-high-end onsen inn located in proximity to Takayama JR station. Grand hotel exterior. Staff were very welcoming. Room was spacious and pristine. However, the aircon was noisy during the evening. Hot springs are well maintained and clear instructions and signages throughout the hotel.

很好的酒店，非常方便從高山車站或濃飛巴士中心只需行5分鐘，15-20分鐘可以行到高山陣屋、高山老街和宮川朝市。房間寛敞，放了兩張榻榻米、雙人沙發、茶几、書枱，空間感還是很好，打開29寸大篋完全沒有問題。喜歡淋浴間，我個人不太喜歡浴缸。酒店有3個私人風呂，不用預訂，先到先得。公共浴池也很好，有室內池，也有露天溫泉，溫泉在最高的13樓，露天溫泉望出去景觀開揚。職員服務態度很好，有禮貌，英語溝通完全沒有問題。唯一要投訴的是室內冷氣機，有點吵，會間歇發出很大聲響，影響睡眠。其他都非常滿意，值得推薦。

호텔이지만 다다미방 감성이 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 옥상의 사우나 시설 중 야외노천탕 감성 장난아닙니다. 방도깨끗하고, 야식 소유라멘 무료서비스도있습니다. 와이파이 빨라요. 키오스크로 체크인도 되서 편해요. 전반적으로 추천드립니다!

Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt nur einige Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Eingangsbereich draußen wie drinnen ist super schön gestaltet und sieht bei Dunkelheit sehr gemütlich aus. Der Service ist sehr nett. Man lässt die Schuhe in der Lobby in Schließfächern, was für uns als Deutsche/Europäer ungewöhnlich ist was aber ungemein zum feeling im Hotel beiträgt. Die Zimmer sind traditionell eingerichtet mit einem riesigen „Bett“ auf dem Boden. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben auf unserer ganzen Reise dort am besten geschlafen. Leider kann man das Zimmer nur schlecht abdunkeln das war wirklich die einzige Kleinigkeit die nicht gestört hat weil ich es wirklich recht dunkel brauche fürs schlafen. Sie Zimmer sind aber sehr ruhig man bekommt nichts von seinen Nachbarn mit. Das absolute Highlight waren aber die Onsen im obersten Stock. Es gibt drei Stück in verschiebenden Größen. Man hat maximal 30 Minuten und dann geht man wieder raus und die nächsten im wartebereich können dann rein. 30 min dachte ich erst sind wenig aber das Wasser ist sehr warm das es voll und ganz reicht. Abends gibt es eine Ramen Happy Hour wo man sich gratis Ramen holen kann. Oben steht auch eine kleine eistruhe mit gratis Eis. Wir fanden es insgesamt super schön dort und würden wieder buchen!

I loved everything! It was so nice and cozy and the staff were very friendly. The onsens were amazing! Very convenient location and walkable everywhere. Definitely recommend! Only thing is that the staff doesn’t speak english too well so they told me the free ramen was at 1030 so I missed it the first night. It says it’s until 10:30pm but they only open for 30 minutes (opens at 9pm and last call is at 930pm) so I don’t think that part is super clear. Besides that everything was amazing!

One really can't go wrong staying at any Dormy Inn location as most have hot spring baths, exceptional food and lots of small perks other accommodations don't offer. Although other Onyado Nono locations are better maintained than this one, it's still a solid choice for exploring Takayama and the surrounding areas.

フロントの女性の対応が冷たい。愛想も無い。説明が適当。駐車場の担当の方も愛想が無い。スタッフ同士の話は明るく楽しそうですが、挨拶もろくにされずに、心に気持ちがこもってない説明と対応。温泉や食事処の方は、挨拶もされあったかい対応でした。勿論、美味しく頂いたし、温泉も良かったです。友達が以前泊まって良かったと聞いたので、宿泊しましたが、次は泊まりません。

とても良いホテルです。フロントの方の説明は丁寧で分かりやすく、対応も早かったです。海外からのゲストには英語で対応されていました。大浴場、貸切風呂も清潔で気持ちの良い空間でした。温泉の泉質も私は気に入りました。温度もちょうどいいぐらいでした。朝食も種類も多く、一つひとつがとても美味しく、朝からガッツリ食べて元気になりました。飛騨牛を朝から食べられて幸せでした。夜の夜鳴きそばも夜食にちょうど良い量でした。また高山に来る際は利用したいと思います。

We took the Hida from Nagoya and as soon as you exit, it is a shoe 5-minute walk to your right. The check in was through a kiosk and staff was there to assist if needed. After checking in, the staff explained all of the features of the hotel including the barefoot policy, the onsen and the included nightly ramen service. The amenities included a double and single bed, refrigerator, makeup area for my wife, a television (never used while we were there!), and a very nice bathroom. Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et ont besoin d’être rafraîchis. L’emplacement est très bien . Tout proche de la gare et du centre ville . Petit déjeuner correct. Le plus , l’onsen au 13 étage . Parfait pour se relaxer après une journée de marche.

Very walkable city with lots of great restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. The historical part of the city is only 10-15 minutes of walking distance. Buffet breakfast was delicious but would recommend exploring local restaurants that serves breakfast as well.

The staff and hotel are amazing. Really nice food and amenities. The only thing to improve on is the curtains in the room. They let in light and if you need darkness to sleep they make it hard to do so. The onsens are an absolute plus!! Wish we had more days here.

I am a returning guest and stayed for two nights over the weekend. Unfortunately, this experience was noticeably worse than my previous stay, which was at least five years ago. The hotel still enjoys a great location, with easy access by both JR and car, and the availability of on-site parking is a definite advantage. The onsen area was also well maintained and provided a pleasant experience. However, the guest rooms now appear more worn and dated compared to what I remember. The hotel requests guests to remove their shoes upon entering the main lobby, dining area, and guest rooms, which is understandable. Perhaps this was due to the larger number of guests over the weekend, but it gave the impression that housekeeping and cleanliness standards have declined. The breakfast selection was acceptable, though nothing particularly memorable.
