In the village of Olten but easy access to Leeds. Just off the roundabout so handy access and good parking. Breakfast was basic but enough and plenty of it. Staff weee excellent, very helpful and friendly. Some nice pubs/restaurants in the local area and a Toby Carvery right beside the restaurant

Good hotel but too many issues with our room, from not being able to check in until 4.30pm, room not being cleaned properly. Toilet flooded and shower dropped all night. Only reason I have rated it as a 3 was due to the service with a very helpful and they did what they could given it was fully booked .breakfast was pretty good but ran out very quickly so was very strung out, not great if you were in a hurry.

Sofa bed wasnt made up and hardly fit in the room, no bedding for it. Bedding on double bed wet, when inspected, there was a large yellow wet mark on mattress which had gone through bedding, my son lay in it before knowing, absolutely disgusting. Toilet roll and soap not topped up so had to borrow from friends room. Only one member of staff on in the evening so didnt get sorted quickly. No spsre rooms so only solution was to turn over the filthy mattress.

Check in was easy and swift. The room was clean but could do with some maintenance, particularly the bathroom floor tiles. The room was a little on the small side to accommodate a family of four. Overall we had a good stay.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the hotel is being used as an overflow for council houses, up until 11:15, until I complained to the management, kids and parents were making lots of noise and slamming doors all over the hotel. Mean I couldn’t get to sleep until after midnight by the time the commotion has subsided.

Toby’s carvery is just next door with excellently dining options. A bit far from city centre. But I assume you will have a car if staying here. Price is very reasonable.

Full of women sat in their pj’s at breakfast swearing and spluttering. These are ladies that are homeless with their children and I feel for them but to be sat in the restaurant at breakfast in pj’s and loud and swearing and the lady who was the staff not polite either! Also immigrate staying here, nothing against them as they were more polite and quieter than the English homeless women and their children. I will never stay in a holiday inn again as breakfast was vile. The women and children using their hands in the shared cereals and swearing so loud! I was staying on a business trip and this was not what I was expecting at all!

The receptionist was so helpful and friendly Breakfast time was a bit hectic, a lot of waiting while food was brought out

Very courteous staff, very helpful. Very good choice of breakfasts and quality food. Rooms very clean and serviced every day. Couldnt fault the place.

Extremely clean. Comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was regularly refilled and tasty. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

I did not stay the night as I felt uncomfortable. There are only 6 rooms allocated for hotel guests, the remainder are being rented to the council. I chose to drive 100 miles home rather than stay here. The guy on reception was extremely apologetic (not his fault) & fully understood why I wasn't staying. Do not stay here.

Room is perfect and good value for money, bed was extremely comfortable and both areas (bathroom as well) were spotlessly clean. Our experience with both Tom on reception and Natasha in the morning for breakfast were fantastic. Both were friendly and helpful and Natasha’s humour when she spoke to us was amazing. The room was very spacious too! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Hotel is being used as an Asylum seekers hotel, not an issue initially then had kids running up and down the corridors past midnight, loud misic at 4.45am - not a pleasant nights sleep
