Beautiful hotel with stylish rooms. Well located close to the cultural centre and the market. So much to see and do in walking distance. The hotel is plush and tasteful decorated. My only complaint was the ‘jacuzzi’ cave, meant to be a private space yet there is a camera watching your every move. I wonder how many people know that they are being watched….

This hotel is in an ideal location. The property is very nice. The rooms are well designed. The only negative was that the swimming pool/hot tub was out of service. Something I was looking forward to using.

We stayed in the Hagia Sophia Suite, located in one of the 17 mansions of this hotel, which features two garden restaurants and two lobbies. The hotel is conveniently located between Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Blue Mosque, and it’s within walking distance of a Bazaar. The spa is exceptional. We booked the Couple’s Romance Package, which included access to a private jacuzzi (pool), private hammam, and massage, all located in a historic building.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut, direkt neben der Hagia Sofia. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Betten gemütlich. Allerdings ist das Frühstück definitiv nur Mittelmaß und auch der Wellness Bereich ist nur sehr bescheiden, da dort nur Slots gebucht werden können (falls verfügbar) und es dort nicht mal die Möglichkeit gibt sich nach der Sauna auszuruhen. Insgesamt, auch in Anbetracht des sehr hohen Preises, nur Mittelmaß.

I was a little bit disappointed with this stay. I booked two room types, one is a standard room and the other is a twin room, which are in different buildings, but because the structure of the house should be wooden and the windows are not well sealed or double laies, the 2 rooms windows face the railway tracks. It was very very noisy every day especially at night because the trains passed by almost every 5 minutes (and rang the bells). During the day, we were very busy traveling around, so I didn't report this to the front desk. If you are a very sensitive sleeper, please don't consider this hotel or make sure that the windows don't face the railway tracks. Although, this is indeed unavoidable, after all, its location is excellent, right next to the Hagia Sophia Mosque, which can save a lot of time, and its house foundation is also very old, so I can fully understand. The hotel's Turkish breakfast is worth trying, with a variety of varieties and good taste. (I have lived in Turkey for more than 1 year), the service staff is very friendly, and the hotel facilities are actually well maintained. Their historical jacuzzi pool is highly recommended, my children had a lot of fun, 40 minutes is about 60-70 euros, this is an additional payment, if you are a family with children, it is recommended because it is private for 40 minutes.

The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. Asli and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming her , and the location was perfect, close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Location Excellent; however, upon entering the room, we were overwhelmed with the odor of sewage. This continued for our 2 night stay. Upon further inspection of all plumbing in the bathroom, we realized the sink was installed without a pee trap. The odor is believed to have been coming from the sink

This hotel is a most convenient property as it right beside the Sofia Hagia and the Blue Mosque. The room was spacious and comfortable with great wifi and quiet in a very busy area. My wife has bad allergies and while the bed was comfortable she found that the bed head was very musty and dusty. The staff came and cleaned it and after that she was fine. The room had carpets which impacted allergies. There are cats roaming about the property and one was by our room door every night trying to enter the room. It seems that the cat was used to staying in the room and this is what was causing my wife's allergic reaction to the room.

The hotel is located right next to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace Museum, which made it very easy for us to visit all three. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides were the outdated bathroom fixtures, such as the faucet and shower head, and the fact that there is no elevator in the hotel.

Rooms were OK, but our room was very small even by European standards and it was a 3rd floor walkup. The problem with the hotel is that you really don't know where you will be staying. It is spread in buildings over a fairly large area. So it is a little bit of a crap shoot. Staff was OK, not great. So if you are going to spend a decent amount for a room you may want to consider other alternatives.

Beautifully appointed room with view of Hagia Sophia. Ideal location to all the ancient archeological sites and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to get to from airport: took the eleven bus to Sultan Ahmed stop (1 hr 13 min ride) to a 3 min walk to hotel. Highly recommend it

We booked a room in the Yesil Ev Main Building, where we stayed 6 years ago. Upon check-in, the staff acted strangely about the extra booking for our child. Without any proper explanation, we were moved to a guest house a few minutes’ walk from the main building we had actually booked. The room was directly next to a tram line, with trams passing by every 5 minutes. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to the constant noise. This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but it felt more like a cheap guesthouse experience. On top of that, we paid $400 for the room and $90 for breakfast, absolutely unreasonable for what we got. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, but this was one of the worst experiences. No sleep at all.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff is very responsive and efficient. Very conveniently located near the tram which can be used easily and is quite safe. We stayed in 2 different rooms: both were beautiful, quite large, surprisingly best coffee machine, very quiet and view on the Ayasofya. Walking distance to the Blue Mosque and steps from Topkapi palace (one of the highlights of our visit, advice is to buy the Harem visit ticket, it is well worth it. The hotel personnel noticed it was my birthday and delivered a birthday cake and decorated the bed, which was a nice surprise. I loved the shower with the traditional bathing bowl right by the modern shower. The AC worked, good water pressure and very comfortable beds. We would absolutely go back. The Hilton restaurant was not that great however: the terrace is lovely but the food average. If you want a really good meal, try Roca at Galataport, that was incredible.

This is a great place to stay - very close to all the attractions and a beautiful park by the boardwalk. The staff is outstanding - incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The mansions are a bit further from the main lobby, but there’s a buggy (and the friendliest drivers) that will take you wherever you need to go around the property. The suite was well-decorated, clean and quiet; room service was very fast. The spa is worth visiting after a long day. If you need an elevator, I’d suggest speaking to someone before booking, our building didn’t have one, but perhaps the main building does. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and will book again next time we visit the city.

check in needs an improvement. they do not charge deposit upon check in. if you check out and they realize that you used minibar, they will call and ask for an immediate payment. (1 juice) like they called our taxi driver to ask him to turnaround but we said no, they they ask me to give them my credit card over the phone, again i said no, thats my personal information. I personally had to demand an electronic invoice. total and complete inconvenience that could’ve been resolved with just charging a deposit upon check-in.

A+++ALL the way! From the moment we checked in we received great service from the staff. This hotel is just steps away from the Hagia Sophia mosque and close to everything. This large golf cart thing they have can take you everywhere around within short distance. My 90 year old father loved it. The buffet breakfast at the terrace was such a treat. We enjoyed the service there and the wide variety of Turkish breakfast food. Overall, I would love to stay here again in the future. Keep up the excellent work!

Bad customer service!!! We email them before we arrive they never responded. (The reception said the email orbitz has on the hotel is wrong so don’t even waste your time emailing because no one will respond) We wanted someone to pick us up because the hotel is inside and we need to walk a lot to get to the reception of the hotel to check in. No one ever responded to us. We have to walk with all our luggage’s to get to reception and where exhausted. Once we arrive the guy at reception was rude and did not treat us well. Also, the food is not so good on the hotel and the staff is not nice. We book this hotel because of the pool they have an advertise but it is not included!!!! You have to pay a lot of money if you want to get in the pool. Terrible experience at the hotel I would have expected better from a Hilton but really bad service. Very disappointed.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. It is the perfect location to see all of the main sites in old Istanbul. Everything you want to see is within walking distance. Be aware though that the hotel is next to the Hagia Sofia Mosque so you will hear the call to prayer early in the morning (6:15 ish when we were there). That being said it is all part of the experience of being in a totally different culture. I generally don’t write reviews but this place exceeded our expectations. The staff we interacted with and deserve recognition are Bechet, Emirhan, Fatih and Wai.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. You can easily walk to the grand bazaar, the spice market, Hagia Sofia, the blue mosque, Topkapi palace, the cistern, and a lot of restaurants. The downside is taxis can’t drop you off at the hotel. The hotel will pick you up with a golf cart and bring you to a taxi stand. We had good weather and don’t have mobility issues so it wasn’t a problem for us.

The location was perfect if you want to be 5 minutes away from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern and Toptaki Palace. It was about 15 minutes away from the Grand Bazaar too. The room was immaculate and a great size. We loved that it embodied traditional Turkish elements. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to be central.

We stayed in the Hagia Sophia Suite, located in one of the 17 mansions of this hotel, which features two garden restaurants and two lobbies. The hotel is conveniently located between Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Blue Mosque, and it’s within walking distance of a Bazaar. The spa is exceptional. Room - Spacious and luxurious. The photos are accurate. It feels more like an upscale apartment than a hotel room. The bathroom was beautiful and modern. The whole unit received a lot of natural light. Hotel and Restaurant - The lobby is beautifully furnished, and the landscaping is beautiful, full of trees and bushes that emphasize the Mediterranean vibe. We stayed at the part that had the Sofia Garden restaurant. The food is delicious but expensive, and service is slow and surprisingly inexperienced. For breakfast, the Sofia Terrace serves a broad and delicious Turkish breakfast buffet. The live music was charming, a singer strumming a guitar, playing classic songs from around the world. It's worth getting a balcony room so you can hear it from your balcony. Spa - Reserve ahead for the cistern jacuzzi. We tried last minute but weren't able to get a spot. Service - Next level. The two desk people, Olga and Aren, made sure to make us welcome and comfortable. They were friendly with the kids as well, helping them feel welcome. There were also niceties, like welcome snacks that weren't packaged, but prepared, like a walnut in a fresh fig. Location - Walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, or Grand Bazaar. (Note that the walk is not so accessible, it's cobblestone hills.) The first room I stayed in was was super noisy and cold since the building is old and on an active street, but when I called the staff and sent real time feedback, they directly responded and moved me to a great room on the highest floor with nice views and quiet spaces, so big thank you to the service and staff there! Also it too hard to get transportation or taxi in or out the area, Uber will not respond due to the traffic and also the hotel will not allow cars around, so you have to walk out, order taxi from the street and pay 5X the price if not more to get anywhere! Last bit is about breakfast, again staff are amazing but there is limited variety in the buffet- which was ok for me as I had everything I like there.

Allerdings ist das Frühstück definitiv nur Mittelmaß und auch der Wellness Bereich ist nur sehr bescheiden, da dort nur Slots gebucht werden können (falls verfügbar) und es dort nicht mal die Möglichkeit gibt sich nach der Sauna auszuruhen. Insgesamt, auch in Anbetracht des sehr hohen Preises, nur Mittelmaß.

Não existe hotel melhor localizado se você quer conhecer a gema turistica de Istabul. Porem contratamos Suites com Meia pensão, e quando chegamos no hotel fomos informado que a janta nao havia cardapio, era o prato do dia. ou Seja vc nao tem escolha do que comer, se quiser comer qualquer outra coisa vc paga. ISSO NAO È MEIA PENSAO. Essa restrição não consta em lugar nenhum nem no site do Hilton ou nos sites de reserva. Infelizmente isso gerou uma discusão com a gerencia que liberou nossa meia pensao como deveria ser , com cardapio aberto. Mas isso nao foi sem briga, foi um desgastte que posterior eles tentaram concertar com inumeras desculpas. No demais o hotel é execelente. O cafe da manha é bem limitado, lugar bem pequeno sempre lotado as vezes nao ha mesas suficiente e vc tem que esperar.

Couldn’t have hoped for a better location: Literally between the Theodossian Wall and the Hagia Sofia. Had a view of both from our room and from breakfast every morning. The Hurrem Sultan Mansion was an incredible surprise. Booked it due to large square footage for the price and the need to accommodate my family. Dinner menu / on-site restaurant was nice given the multitude of options out on the street. Highly recommended.
Couldn’t have hoped for a better location: Literally between the Theodossian Wall and the Hagia Sofia. Had a view of both from our room and from breakfast every morning. The Hurrem Sultan Mansion was an incredible surprise. Booked it due to large square footage for the price and the need to accommodate my family.
