Hotel was great just had one negative. The listing said it has a pool. It doesn't it was concreted in. I forgot when the desk clerk said they did it.

Terrible would never stay there again

Worst hotel experience ever. Zero professionalism. Could this be racism? I travel extensively, but this is hands-down the worst hotel ever. The staff was incredibly rude, the room was unsanitary, and I felt deeply insulted and discriminated against. Disrespectful Front Desk: The staff ignored me for over 10 minutes for a personal call. When I asked how long to wait, they didn't speak but just dismissively gestured with their chin. Woken Up Around 6:00 AM: With no prior notice, someone violently knocked around 6:00 AM demanding I move my car for painting, and shockingly woke me up a second time to move it again. This hotel is so thoughtless that they completely violated a guest's basic right to rest. Cockroaches & Zero Solutions: A cockroach appeared, but they flatly refused a room change, refund, or even pest control, stating, "There is nothing we can do." This place has absolutely no basic cleanliness management, problem-solving, or response systems in place. Appalling Breakfast Response: I asked about my included breakfast. Without explaining hours or menus, the staff just pointed at a fruit basket and coldly said, "That's it." They refused to communicate and showed pure hostility with no apologies. This place does not deserve to be called a hotel. Avoid it at all costs.
