Amenities include Wi-Fi, a private washing machine, private TV, and family-friendly items such as 1 baby bed and 1 high chair. The villa was completely renovated in winter 2023/2024. Step outside to your private garden spanning 2200 sqm, perfect for relaxation and activities. The property features a private outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers, offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. You can enjoy your private covered and uncovered terraces, balcony, and outdoor bar area with a private grill. A large artificial grass play field with 2 small football goals provides ideal space for sports and games. The villa offers stunning sea and mountain views from every angle. Parking is available with 3 shared on-site spaces behind a gated entrance, and additional parking is available in the street. 1 pet is allowed, and smoking is permitted.
