Queen Hotel DT

Hôtel très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur la tour du CN et le Roger Center. Toutefois notre voiture a été vandalisée dans le stationnement que nous avons loué à l'hôtelier. Dans l'emplacement assigné par le locateur , nous avons retrouvé notre voiture rayée par une clé avec un message "don't park here" dans le pare-brise . Le service de l'hôtel n'a fourni aucune aide pour cette situation , ils nous dirigeaient sans cesse vers le service de sécurité du stationnement sans fournir de coordonnées alors que nous les avions informé que nous avions déjà quitté lorsque nous avons constaté le bris a noté voiture .

Tudo perfeito! Apartamento super limpo e organizado! Muito bem localizado e perto das principais atrações de Toronto, tais como CN Tower e Ripley Aquarium! Mais que recomendo!

Felt like home away from home

STAY AWAY! This was possibly one of the worst properties I’ve stayed at. The location of the unit was good. We were able to walk to the CN tower, ferry station, and the St. Lawrence Market, and other attractions. Getting the key was easy. You need it to access the elevator. Beyond that, I don’t have great things to say about this property or Rivet Management. This particular unit did not come with parking- many units in this building do have free parking, but not this one and you cannot buy your self parking on site. Upon arrival at the unit, we discovered the exterior door to the patio (which was dirty and had no seats) did not have a latch or lock. It was covered in tape, suggesting to me that this was a known issue. I don’t know how cleaning staff would have missed this. I contacted Rivet and they offered to send management up in the morning. I didn’t get in and let them know until late in the day.) The patio was on the 12 floor and had a divider between us and the unit next to us, so we were secure, I guess. We elected not to have anyone come up to fix it during our stay. Safe for one night safe for 3? We were two females traveling alone and didn’t want maintenance in our room. No blackout curtains. An elevator went out for an afternoon, we got to climb 12 flights of stairs on a hot July day. The only things management offered were a late checkout and a the next day maintenance check. For a company who asks for $$$ damage deposit upon booking I expected better.
