Hotel Maya Turquesa

Hotel per ragazzini, materasso sporco, servizi inesistenti, di notte non si dorme per il chiasso dei ragazzini che tornano dalle discoteche. Colazione scarsissima. Si dice che c'è il parcheggio ma non si spiega che è in strada e a pagamento. La gestione riserva un trattamento meno favorevole agli stranieri.

Muy bien ubicado, personal atento, piscina pequeña pero agradable y limpia. Por mejorar lo de las discotecas cerca que generan ruido pero tolerable, servicio al cuarto más de seguido y controles remoto del TV muy enredados.

STAY AWAY! Cockroaches were in our room the day we arrived and more after housekeeping swept the first round away. Pool smelled of urine and no staff can speak English. We left and went to another resort which was the best thing we did. DO NOT STAY HERE!

le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel , las habitaciones deberían de tener mínimo un frigobar todo lo que comprábamos se echaba a perder por el calor, la alberca tiene zonas que cortan la piel mi hija se cortó la rodilla

El primer día me toco una habitación en pésimo estado, CON CUCARACHAS (mate 2) y las sábanas SÚPER SUCIAS, pedí que nos cambiaran a otra por obvias razones y aparte no tenía nada que ver con las imágenes que se muestran en la página. La chica encargada en turno, (mexicana) de plano me dijo que en ese momento no podía hacer nada. Ósea me tuve que aguantar esa noche y por supuesto nisiquiera dormimos ya que había también mucho ruido en esa habitación, al día siguiente a primera hora me acerqué a la recepción y Los chichos encargados, la mayoría argentinos, muy atentos y amables y me proporcionaron otra habitación, en mejores condiciones y esa si, un poco parecida a la de las fotos, lastima que no sirviera su aire acondicionado y jamás salió agua cliente; pero de ahí en fuera mucho mejor. Nunca me pude meter a la alberca porque siempre se veía muy turbia el agua y en esas condiciones, prefiero no, es algo pequeña también. El desayuno que viene incluido es una porción muy pequeña pero rico y los chicos del restaurante muy amables y atentos, complementamos con unos huevos o chilaquiles con un costo de $80 y muy bien servidos, con el desayuno incluido y con los huevos que pedíamos aparte quedábamos muy satisfechos para dos personas. Un día completo tampoco hubo señal de tv; y pues bueno fueron varios inconvenientes que no me dejaron una muy buena experiencia con el hotel pero al final me tuve que quedar ya que tenía pagadas 4 noches.

Localização extraordinária, porém instalações antigas, problemas no quarto e limpeza ineficiente. Sem estacionamento, mas pagando 10,00 Mex (R$ 2,80) a hora se consegue estacionar com parquímetro. E ainda tem a opção de deixar o carro no Walmart, a 1 quadra e meia. Piscina boa. A cozinha é boa porém falta talheres e utensílios. O café da manhã é horrível, limita-se a pão borracha e café, e o restante tem que pagar à parte (tomamos café no quarto). Luz não funcionou, resolveram no dia seguinte. Descarga não funcionou, usamos balde. Minibar não gelava (apesar da bola de gelo). Tamanho do quarto ótimo, porém móveis velhos. Vista ótima do nosso quarto (para a piscina) mas outros quartos, janela para o corredor.

Close to fifth avenue they don’t have parking you have to park on the street and pay for parking on the weekend a lot of noise, in our room the water closet in the toilet didn’t work when you flush the tank would not fill up with water or it will take a long time to filled up the door had a hole an you could see into the room and the shower if you open the hot and cold water only hot water would come out so we end up using cold water the rooms were clean the receptionist was really nice she was really helpful they offer free breaks fast but it’s only toast with coffee tea or agua de Jamaica when it rains the floors are really slippery

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The accommodations left a bit to be desired; the air conditioner did not work and the room did not smell so good. Also, the only lounge chair by the pool was broken.

Le falta mantenimiento, toallas viejas y rotas, la atención del personal muy buena. No creas lo del desayuno “gratis” al final te dicen que es continental y son dos rebanadas de pan tostado con mantequilla y mermelada, café, te o agua. Muy cerca de la 5ta avenida. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, debes pagar parquímetro.

El hotel es limpio y el personal es muy amable en general aunque Guadalupe de recepción tuvo un excelente atención conmigo, lo que yo considero es que los colchones requieren una renovación pero en general el hotel cumple bastante bien

No daily housekeeping stayed 3nights. Only One outlet in the room. Paid for a queen got a full, no queens available in the hotel per front desk. Breakfast is a joke you can only choose from their daily selection and everything else is additional even milk for coffee. Killed two roaches in the room.

La atención del personal fue muy buena pero la habitación con plagas de cucarachas en los cajones de los muebles y cucarachas muertas en el piso se le reportó al recepcionista y amablemente lo limpio pero no fue de nuestro agrado la limpieza ya que la tubería del lavado del baño también muy sucia .

En general una instalación regular, buena ubicación. LAMENTABLEMENTE LA LIMPIEZA MUY MALA, TODO EL BAÑO CON MUY MAL OLOR, NO FUE ENTREGADO LIMPIO, LA COMIDA CON FRUTA EN MAL ESTADO Y SIN CUIDADOS DE HIGIENE.

La habitación que nos proporcionaron era insalubre, ropa de cama sucia con sangre, fluidos vaginales, cucarachas en la habitación, el baño la puerta no servía y el chorro casi quedaba en la mano de uno solo nos hospedamos por horas y tuvimos que buscar otro lugar por que era inhabitable

A notre arrivée dans le studio, les fenêtres ne fermaient pas donc ils nous ont changé de studio. Quasiment aucun équipement dans la cuisine. L'hébergement n'était pas propre. Le personnel n'est pas désagréable (mais plusieurs étaient nouveaux donc ont du mal à repondre à nos demandes) et ne parlent pas tous anglais.

Very nice location and wunderfull and very helpfull staff. The hotel is a little worn down but it is clean.

La habitación tenía vista. Ala calle 8 y en ñ madrugada había mucho ruido de l agente que pasaba. No se podía descansar

El desayuno incluido fue malísimo, la comida a la carta tenía comida echada a perder, el Clima de la habitación no funcionaba, mantenimiento nunca llegó y el encargado no fue para conseguir un vemtilador

Primero le dije al recepcionista que tenia una hab con 3 camas y me insistía que no, hasta que entró a su sistema pudo confirmar que así era, para ello nos dio una hab que no tiene nada que ver con la de la foto de esta página, hay que subir unas escaleras de caracol muy feas para llegar a 2 camas y sin tv y no hay baño arriba, no servía el aire de arriba ni la tv de abajo

This hotel is definitely a two star hotel. You get what you pay for. The pictures on Expedia must’ve been taken when the hotel was first set up. However, there is a lot of wear and tear our room door handle was broken, barely hanging however, the deadbolt was sufficient to keep the door closed. Our room was by the stairs so You could hear the party goers coming up the stairs at 4 AM which would wake us up. We could also hear everything that was happening in the kitchen when dishes were being cleaned up or put away, this, too, would wake us up early morning, The bed linen and towels also showed wear and tear. Our beds only had sheets on them. No extra covers so we would use our towels to cover ourselves up to keep warm at night. If you book a room here, make sure to bring a light bed cover. Our booking was for a standard queen size bed instead we were put in a room with two double beds and told us that was an upgrade which, in fact we didn’t feel like it was an upgrade because it was my husband and I we didn’t need a second bed, the ceiling fan if put on anything above low would squeak all night. All staff were very friendly and nice and welcoming so this made our stay a bit more on the pleasant side. Kitchen staff were also very pleasant and friendly. Sadly, when we tried to order bacon for our eggs, there was none available for multiple days. The location of this hotel is perfect to get to the beach in minutes and also plenty amenities all walking distance

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla 5a avenida, comodo per muoversi nel centro di Playa del Carmen. La camera era comoda e grandissima (un appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni!). Tra le cose che si possono migliorare: la colazione inclusa è minima, in generale l’arredamento è datato, i locali nei dintorni sono rumorosi per tutta la notte.

No tienen buena presión de agua pero fuera de eso todo está perfecto

Excelente trato del personal tanto del hotel como del restaurante. Muy ricos desayunos. Lo único que le faltaría sería que el hotel tuviera su propio estacionamiento. El precio es muy accesible y el lugar esta muy agradable. Sin duda alguna nos volveremos a hospedar con ustedes.

Nos dieron una habitación que no reservamos de menor categoría y la primera noche no nos ofrecieron otra opción. La gerente nos dio al día siguiente la que correspondía. El baño no fue limpiado correctamente. Al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento y mejor servicio pues todos los recepcionistas son muy groseros y se ausentan de su área de trabajo. Ni siquiera el saludo responden.

The front desk people, except two of them. Were the worst customer attention i have received in a hotel. They don’t care about the customer experience and helping their consumers either. From a small question about parking to invoices requests. They never help.

This is no Hilton. But it's an affordable and cozy place to stay. Walkable distance to 5th av and the beach. If you go to Playa Del Carmen or any of the cities in the Riviera Maya you should be more time outside exploring the beauty of the beaches, cenotes and parks than in your hotel.

El ambiente es bueno, se siente relajado y seguro, tiene todo cerca: Lavandería, OXXO 7Eleven, tiendas, puestos de comida o chuchería en la calle y sobre todo bares/antros

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but the building is old, so expect cracks and dirt and some rusty faucets and repairs needed. The breakfast was good, but very slow service, so expect to be there for a while. Only one thing more to say: there is a rooftop bar right behind the hotel, so expect noise all night every night. If you can sleep through it, the beds are comfy. If you can't, try and find a hotel a couple blocks away from the center of town.

Bien solo que el desayuno incluido se basa en un té o café . El sanitario le cuesta para bajar . Las sábanas se ve que no las cambian seguido. Es barato y relativo .

Desayunos incluido deala calidad, mejor cobren menos y se desayuna más rico en el mercadito a 100 metros..

Excelente hotel con todos los servicios alberca, aire acondicionado, ventiladores, lo único que le cambiaría sería el restaurante yo pagué estancia de 5 días con desayuno incluído y no tiene variedad a elegir solo tienes una opción de desayuno y se tardan mucho en atenderte por falta de personal de ahí en fuera los meseros y el sabor excelente

No creas lo del desayuno “gratis” al final te dicen que es continental y son dos rebanadas de pan tostado con mantequilla y mermelada, café, te o agua. Muy cerca de la 5ta avenida. Solo era un sándwich el desayuno deberían ponerlo en su descripción ya que dice desayuno eso no se considera desayuno y la cama muy mal de un lado te hundías terrible no descansé
