You guys need to be careful not to overbook your rooms!. I purchased After a family event. We arrived in the middle of the night to sign on the door that says all rooms are sold out. I had already purchased this room and the front desk told me that Hotels.com over sold the rooms. I am so glad the front desk staff was able to find me a room. otherwise we would have been out of luck. Please do better.

Don’t stay here. Our check in took over 20 minutes because they messed up the reservation payment, room was very dirty, tv didn’t work, room only had 2 small towels that were more like dish rags, bathroom toilet was discussing, no coffee or cups in the room, other than that it was great.

It is both a motel and an extended stay property. I was registered in the wrong one so the check-in process was long. I payed Expedia $297 which showed as being rejected at Motel 6. I had to pay again in order to get a room. There needs to be a refund from one of the two parties. The payment was debited to my checking account on 6/20/26.
