Called multiple times to have the outdoor fans fixed. When booking, the ad said we will have cleaning services 3 times per week from 9-3 when in reality it is every 3 days (we got it 2 times in our 7 day stay) BETWEEN the hours of 9 and 3. The pool was not fully clean at the time of out arrival. When we asked for additional bath towels, we were told that only 1 towel per guest is allowed and after an extensive conversation, we were given 4 extra towels. While the house is nice and pool size is great (especially for little kids), the service was not great at all and the misleading ads about cleaning service was bad.

This is a great place to stay. Modern appliances and very clean. Shanelle, the concierge, was great and easy to get in touch with. All in all a very good time was had in Barbados.

Our stay was exceptional from our arrival. The point people were ready and available to answer the many questions I had and helped me to navigate check in and operation of the high tech induction stove. Katrina, the housekeeper was phenomenal and provided top notch service. The grounds were immaculately kept and everyone was so friendly!! I will definitely return next year!
