Breakfast was great! Parking was good, staff was nice - the only reason I couldn't give multiple 5 stars is because the pool was FREEZING and my kids were looking forward to swimming, but were too cold to enjoy. I witnessed other guests try to enjoy it but had to leave right away. I did ask staff nicely if we could turn the temp up but they said they have to keep it at that temperature due to the health department.
Breakfast was great! We enjoy staying at this hotel. Even though it was fully booked, we heard very little noise in our room, which speaks to the quality of the building's construction. Beds, linens, and pillows were of good quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some suggestions to make this hotel better: Find a stronger coffee. The Dark Roast is weak and holds little flavor. Repair the bathroom door in the pool area. It was off its hinges and couldn't be shut properly. The water fountain in the pool area is rusted and non-functional. Either repair it or replace it; otherwise, leaving it as it is only lessens the hotel's appeal. Breakfast is plain; consider ramping up your menu a little. We came back late on a Saturday night, and there was only one parking space left! Removing the metal storage units in the front and back of your parking lots would ensure ample parking for your guests. All in all, it's a decent hotel that is quiet and safe. I would stay here again in the future.
