Ocean Views & Pool Access: Orange Beach Condo!

The correspondence with our unit was seamless. We needed an early check in and it was available! Everything was so clean and the view of the ocean was perfect. Perks: right across the street from a Shrimp Basket and Donut shop that were absolutely delicious!

I arrived with my 4 year old son and my nephew to the condo on Check in day. After walking into the bathroom we noticed there was no rod to hold the toilet paper. At that point when drying hands a the rack that had the towel fell off the wall where it was not repaired correctly. After all of this, last night we went to attend wedding and the door to the condo WOULD NOT OPEN. We were literally stuck inside the condo with my small child and my nephew was locked out. Maintenance employee stated that she could not help as they do not have keys so I called Vacasa. They hung up 3 times 2 times when I was on hold to speak to a supervisor. We then contacted the fire marshal who advised to obtain legal counsel. I then attempted to contact Vacasa again. Spoke to a gentleman that told me he would have a supervisor contact me and I still have not heard a single word. Their negligence to maintain the property ruined the whole purpose of our trip. I 10/10 do NOT recommend booking anything through.Vacasa and whoever leases this condo as it is dated and not taken care of it all.

View and access to beach wonderful. Staff wonderful. The condo needs an entire renovation, including appliances. Very dated. Furniture and bed are very uncomfortable. There is much room for improvement. However, amazing view and beach!

Gen cleaning good! There was a review posted by Katie D from June 2024 with several things and they were all still bad!?!? Vents very dirty, kitchen sink rusty, sliding door very hard to lock, headboard not attached, and I am adding bathroom sink stops up! We love Tide Water and have stayed there for years! Please get these right!
